Beautiful loft with a loft structure, recently renovated, located in the city center, a stone's throw away from the historic pedestrian area full of restaurants and shops, very close to the boat port, the train station, and the funicular.
Perfect starting point for visiting the city or going on excursions.
The property is easily accessible by car (there are many parking lots nearby) or by train (Como Lago station is a 5-minute walk away).

The property is accessed via stairs or a private elevator that leads directly inside (reinforced door for maximum security); upon entering, you will find an open space with a living room, sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils, as well as a comfortable table.
On the mezzanine floor, there is a double bedroom with an open wardrobe.
Thanks to the super-fast internet connection, you can work remotely or watch TV or listen to music. A 43-inch smart TV is also available.
The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
