It can accommodate up to 5 people in two rooms of varying sizes, offering a welcoming and functional environment suitable for families/groups as well as business and leisure travelers. It features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, two balconies, and a TV. Elevator is available.

Location is well-served, with a 24-hour supermarket, vehicle charging stations, bike rentals, and paid public parking nearby.

It's just 50 meters from the Piola stop on the green line M2 metro line, making it 10 minutes to Central Station and about 15 minutes to the historic center.

It's also convenient for those arriving from the airports thanks to quick connections to trains, buses, the metro, trams, and ring roads.

Area Città Studi

Città Studi is a peaceful semi-central neighborhood in Milan that has developed around the Polytechnic. The presence of university students adds vibrancy to the area, which is well-served by various public transportation options, including the metro, buses, and trams. The buildings are mostly from the 20th century, and there are also some architecturally unique structures. All the conveniences for a comfortable stay are readily available, including pizzerias, restaurants, cafes, bistros, and supermarkets that are open 24 hours a day. From this location, one can easily access the city center and all other areas of Milan.

Nice, quiet room with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with plenty of space. Giacomo is a friendly host who responds quickly to requests. Also, right around the corner there is a pasticceria with excellent cappuccino and a metro connection for getting to the city center or the train station. All in all the perfect accommodation for an extended weekend in Milan.
