We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The modern standard, the beautiful view, the proximity to the sea and the train station, the fantastic breakfast, and the incredibly nice host couple made our stay very memorable. The only negatives were that the AC was quite loud and that the trains were noisy when they passed by at night. But despite that, we wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else.

This is the second time I have stayed with you for a weekend and I have always been very pleased. The villa is very charming for its exterior and for the interior design of the rooms. The management is excellent for courtesy and availability.

This short holiday could have been perfect if we had not encountered a major problem,considering we paid €200 per night,which is not little,and I believe that included services must all be functional. The owner tended to pretend nothing was wrong and did not show any kindness about it;she even denied having told us that it had happened before. I,seven months pregnant,with my husband and my three-and-a-half-year-old son stayed in the Lagom room. Beautiful yes,spacious,clean,well cared for,with a whirlpool tub and shower and with a beautiful sea view. I should say we were not looking for a place like that but,as there was little if any availability even in hotels,it immediately struck us and we booked first two nights then added another later. But only scalding hot water came from the shower,which is unpleasant after a day at the beach and walking back to the B&B,not far but still somewhat tiring for me,especially in the heat. We immediately called the owner to inform her of the problem:she had her husband come to check,but in the end the answer was to manage for that evening,so I had to wash in pieces because it was impossible in the whirlpool tub. The next morning they told us they would open the taps more to see if cold water would come out,but nothing changed;in fact we called the owner again the second evening. To make a long story short,they managed to “solve” our last evening because we insisted on having a plumber come:we went down to the beach at 9:30 and returned at 17:00,so the plumber could have come in our absence;instead we were told he would come between 8:30 and 9:00 so we had to wake up earlier,and in the end he did not even show in that time slot:we left the room at 9:30 and there was still no sign of him. So for two evenings I had to wash in pieces and we were even told that,if we wanted,we could leave. At check-out we asked for at least a small discount due to this problem and the reply was that those are the prices,said in a huffy way. We paid everything but we will never come back because customers are not treated like this. I would also add that the parking is not a real parking area,especially if you have large cars:there are too-large flowerbeds that make maneuvers difficult with the risk of touching other cars,and you must make sure you have properly closed the room door before leaving,otherwise you risk leaving it open as it is defective. One last thing:The owner's rudeness is evident simply by reading her past responses to the negative reviews she has received.

Very nice. Elegant. Sea view. Not cheap, but it was worth it for one night.

Historical structure, but well maintained, simple room, but equipped with everything necessary (perhaps add a wall mirror) and with a modern and very comfortable bathroom. Position quite convenient for the beach (only a short climb from the main road). Parking a bit tight for all rooms. Attentive and friendly management. Breakfast is quite abundant and of good quality.

It's a pity about the noise coming from the road. However, the sea view and the beauty of the structure and courtesy far outweigh this negativity.

Great property with an unbeatable landscape. Incredible atmosphere.

B&B converted from a period liberty villa. Only 5 rooms in the entire structure, therefore very intimate and quiet. We stayed in 2 rooms both with a view: Agape (really spacious) and Ramè (smaller but with a shower in the room with a sea view). Breakfast is perhaps the strong point: sweet and savory with fresh and local products, served on a beautiful terrace. Convenient parking and the fact that there is a lift to reach the rooms. The only downside is that it faces the Aurelia, which is always quite busy, and the train passes very close (which is common in Liguria). Nothing that cannot be prevented by sleeping with the windows closed, the air conditioning on, and earplugs. We will definitely return also thanks to the friendliness and availability of the owners!

The strong point of the structure is undoubtedly the sea view. However, the price is exaggerated for the quality: old rooms, the bathtub does not work, poor breakfast.

Very picturesque and characteristic. Exceptional view. I recommend it for a romantic weekend. Satisfied with the choice.

Very nice room, spacious bathroom, everything well furnished and cared for. Very clean. Mrs. Rosalia is very kind and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent. The structure is very interesting and unique in its kind, and the outdoor spaces available to guests are very pleasant. Experience to be repeated, highly recommended.

Historic villa in an excellent location, facing the sea (probably the most beautiful view of Borgioverezzi over the sea). In the morning, opening the window of the room onto the sea is a wow sensation. During our stay, there were only my boyfriend and I, and the host made us feel at home. She was available and attentive to our needs. She served us an excellent and abundant breakfast. We had a great time.

The Villino is truly a wonderful location, as soon as you see it, you fall in love! Personally, it has that retro taste (outside) and a lot of design (the interior is brand new) that I really like. Very well maintained, even in the details. Very clean, quiet and charming. It fortunately has internal parking because the area does not provide parking, the road is very narrow to get there. The owners are very kind and helpful. We stayed in the Ramè room which has a sea view. The all-glass shower directly located in the room was greatly appreciated! For couples, it is top! Probably for a business trip or a couple of friends, a little less. We appreciated it a lot (it communicates with a glass panel even in the bathroom)! The room is very clean and new! The bathroom is equipped with everything, including a professional hairdryer! The only downside is that the windows, being vintage, do not close well and unfortunately, the railway passes under the room. The breakfast served on a lovely terrace overlooking the sea is truly unique! Everything is very well cared for, fresh and good! Rosy, while serving you breakfast, is very attentive and makes you feel at home! Absolutely recommended, you must try it just for the location! We will return soon and certainly for more than one night. Thank you and see you soon! ❤️

La notte tra l'8 e il 9 dicembre 2023, al nostro arrivo, la struttura e la camera avevano praticamente la temperatura esterna, gelida. Il bagno è dotato di un riscaldamento a infrarossi, ma la stufa elettrica della camera non basta per riscaldarla in modo accettabile. Per avere acqua tiepida, si è dovuto lasciarla scorrere per diverso tempo, morale, niente doccia. In queste condizioni invernali, sarebbe meglio lasciare chiuso. Cordiali saluti.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera gelida e l'acqua della doccia inutilizzabile in quanto non è andata oltre il "tiepido". La camera possedeva una vasca jacuzzi che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare per gli stessi motivi e per i quali abbiamo poi chiesto uno sconto sul prezzo della camera che non ci è stato concesso. Al nostro rientro dopo cena la temperatura era buona in bagno, mentre in camera ancora insufficiente malgrado fosse leggermente migliorata. Anche il mattino seguente l'acqua della doccia era ancora solo "tiepida". La colazione curata con prodotti freschi e variati è stata apprezzata.

Very special B&B, well-kept, clean and with excellent breakfast service, served on the veranda on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea if weather conditions allow. Also excellent reserved parking.

Faut signaler that the train passes and a busy road below.\nIn the middle of the night the train sees you wake up or rather startle you when it passes.

We had a great time: beautiful room, large bathroom, delicious breakfast. The lady is very kind. Recommended.

Beautiful historical property in a truly beautiful location, kind hosts and abundant breakfast. It's a shame that the check-in is scheduled very late, which was a bit of a problem for me as I was there for work and just one night. Otherwise, everything excellent.

Outstanding hospitality, amazing location, and superb views.

Maximum score was 10 but only because there was no option to give a higher score, it deserves much more. I must say that everything was impeccable from the structure with divine sea view, tastefully furnished rooms, breakfast from savory to sweet for every taste, and then the landlady Mrs. Rosy who welcomed us with so much warmth is very nice. Loved our stay. Would like to have stayed longer. \nLady owner (unfortunately cannot remember her name) is a really lovely lady. \nBreakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. \nStructure was 'quirky' but easy to get around. \nAnd the panorama from our window on the top floor was seriously beautiful!
