The entrance opens to a spacious living room featuring a fireplace, a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The sleeping area includes a room with a French bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two double bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms with showers, as well as a half-bath.

The apartment boasts a private terrace of 70 square meters, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Guests also have access to a shared pool and garden with other units. Upon request, a large stone tavern can be reserved for events and private dinners, with a rate to be agreed upon.

The villa is an ideal choice for small groups looking to stay in a historic setting surrounded by greenery, while enjoying modern comforts.
