Spread over three levels connected by an elegant spiral staircase, Villa Thea features well-appointed and bright spaces. The bedrooms, located on the first and second floors, each have an en-suite bathroom and offer magnificent views. The living areas and terraces serve as perfect spots to relax and take in the scenery. The villa is divided into two separate units, ensuring privacy for every guest.
Just 60 meters from the property, there is free parking available. A convenient path leads to the center of Lerici in about ten minutes, while a mini-bus stop next to the villa provides easy access to the town and, with a short walk, the charming nearby beaches.

I love meeting new people and exchanging ideas and opinions. We often find ourselves chatting in the living room or on the terrace, enjoying a glass of wine, a cup of tea, or a coffee. There are plenty of opportunities to organize a nice spaghetti meal together. My passion for animals, especially dogs and cats, is very strong. Additionally, I have a great fondness for gardening: sometimes I achieve excellent results, other times not as much, but I always put in a lot of effort!

A large, tastefully furnished apartment with a balcony and a large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and Lerici! The city is within walking distance in about 20 minutes via a footpath. You can save yourself the uphill walk back. There is a bus from Garibaldi Square to a stop right in front of the house! The owner Paola takes great care of her guests. Overall, highly recommended. Large rooms, air conditioning, and an unforgettable view. Lerici is also worth recommending.

The structure is located in a fascinating position, convenient as it is served by public transport without having to use the car. Paola, the host, is very kind and super available to provide support for any needs. The location and the house allow you to enjoy the holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.
