Description
Villa Thea is a contemporary and inviting residence located on the initial hills of Lerici, boasting a stunning view of the Gulf of Poets. This sophisticated property seamlessly blends modern elements with family furnishings and decor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Spread over three levels connected by an elegant spiral staircase, Villa Thea features well-appointed and bright spaces. The bedrooms, located on the first and second floors, each have an en-suite bathroom and offer magnificent views. The living areas and terraces serve as perfect spots to relax and take in the scenery. The villa is divided into two separate units, ensuring privacy for every guest.

Just 60 meters from the property, there is free parking available. A convenient path leads to the center of Lerici in about ten minutes, while a mini-bus stop next to the villa provides easy access to the town and, with a short walk, the charming nearby beaches.

For over ten years, I have dedicated my passion to hospitality, first at the B&B "L'Antico Glicine" and now in this new home with the same enchanting view. I am here to assist guests in making their stay special by providing information on trails, local attractions, and, if needed, help with small car transfers. Villa Thea is the ideal place for those looking to explore Lerici and the Gulf of Poets, immersed in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

I love meeting new people and exchanging ideas and opinions. We often find ourselves chatting in the living room or on the terrace, enjoying a glass of wine, a cup of tea, or a coffee. There are plenty of opportunities to organize a nice spaghetti meal together. My passion for animals, especially dogs and cats, is very strong. Additionally, I have a great fondness for gardening: sometimes I achieve excellent results, other times not as much, but I always put in a lot of effort!

Sarzana, a beautiful historic town known for its charming antique market in August, is located just 8 km away. Don't miss the chance to visit the famous marble quarries, a truly unique sight, and the picturesque village of Tellaro, regarded as one of the most beautiful in Italy.

From the Lerici harbor, ferries depart for Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, making it easy to discover these wonders. A stroll will take you to the Ameste restaurant, situated in the enchanting village of Serra, where you can enjoy delicious dishes paired with breathtaking sea views from the terrace. For an unforgettable aperitif, we recommend Bar Silvia, where you can sip a drink outdoors while watching the sunset. Alternatively, visit the Osteria di Redarca, where, on summer evenings, you'll be provided with a cozy fleece shawl to keep warm in the surrounding park. Here, you will find excellent cuisine and an impressive selection of wines.

A large, tastefully furnished apartment with a balcony and a large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and Lerici! The city is within walking distance in about 20 minutes via a footpath. You can save yourself the uphill walk back. There is a bus from Garibaldi Square to a stop right in front of the house! The owner Paola takes great care of her guests. Overall, highly recommended. Large rooms, air conditioning, and an unforgettable view. Lerici is also worth recommending.

The structure is located in a fascinating position, convenient as it is served by public transport without having to use the car. Paola, the host, is very kind and super available to provide support for any needs. The location and the house allow you to enjoy the holiday in complete relaxation and comfort. The means of transport allow you to easily reach nearby locations as well. The house is large and very comfortable, and with Paola, you feel at home. Well done!
