Welcome to Villa Paradiso, welcome to the house that we have been managing for over thirty years. Our family has been involved in tourism for generations.

Here you will not find the formality, standards, and anonymity of a big hotel. We offer you peace and tranquillity of a house surrounded by its garden, in the green hills of Borgio Verezzi, 100 meters above sea level. From here, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf day and night.

Each of our charming rooms is furnished differently, has a private bathroom and offers a splendid sea view. We have double, triple and quadruple rooms available.

It doesn't matter whether you want to sleep in or leave early for a trip, in the morning you will be welcomed by the aroma of coffee, the fragrance of fresh bread every day, and tasty jams. We will be happy to meet your habits and desires that you will want to communicate to us.

Villa Paradiso is an excellent starting point, whatever your interest is. Whether it's the beach, the sea and diving, boat trips following the routes of dolphins and whales, visiting important historical centers such as Genoa, or diving into the worldliness of the Principality of Monaco, or simply taking a walk to the ancient Saracen village of Verezzi with its romantic atmosphere and prestigious summer theater festival.

Or discovering the underground by visiting the Borgio Verezzi caves, the possibility of venturing on hiking trails, practicing cycling and mountain biking, and climbing on the numerous rock gyms in the area.

We will be happy to advise you so that your vacation can become an unforgettable experience.

I give the maximum score! We wanted something that wasn't too much in the chaos and we found it, the peace and tranquility of the structure are unmatched, breathtaking view, well-kept and lush garden, the kindness of the owners always made us feel at "home". We also appreciated the breakfast not being a buffet for hygiene reasons, but Laura satisfied every need of our palates, from the cravings of our girls (4 and 6 years) to my husband's food intolerances. Everything was perfect.

My stay was great through and through. Laura and her family are absolutely welcoming and offer more than what is expected. Their home is a big charming house and I loved the swimming pool and the pretty garden, many plants inside and outside. The breakfast was plenty with fresh bread, home made jam, fruit, eggs etc. Travelling by public transport, Borgio-Verezzi offers several bus lines, one that passes the house, which was practical. There's also a free beach within a 15 minute walk down. I definitely will be back to enjoy Villa Paradiso!

Villa Paradiso is, in the true sense of the word, a paradise. We felt so comfortable and were able to relax and unwind during our bike trip for a few days. The B&B is run by a family who couldn't be more welcoming! They practically read our minds and we felt comfortable every minute. The garden and the pool always offer the opportunity to relax. We can't understand how anyone could complain about the pool. It is more than enough to cool off and does not claim to be a training pool! Breakfast is incredibly varied and even my vegan requests were met with vegan yogurt and even vegan cheese. The often mentioned jam was so delicious that we always needed more :-). The only thing missing in July was air conditioning. We were there during a heatwave and it was quite warm, but we managed. The view of the sea and the tranquility made up for everything. For cyclists: we were there with bikes (no motor) and faced a 14-16% incline. We left the bikes at the top and always walked to the village and the beach. It was exhausting but good training :-) - you have to overcome 100 meters of elevation in 1 km, it is very steep and hard when it's hot :-). Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we will be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Paradiso. One is welcomed very kindly and the location with the view is incredibly beautiful. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea and otherwise you can simply jump into the pool in the garden. A visit is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Paradiso and immediately felt very comfortable. The accommodation has a great location with a beautifully landscaped garden and outdoor area. The highlight is the stunning view of the sea and the surrounding coastal landscape. Reserved parking spaces are plentiful. Thank you very much for the dreamy stay. Laura and her family are incredibly warm hosts. My room had a side sea view — wonderful. Everything very individual and lovingly furnished. The garden with several terraces and beautiful plants and many small places to relax. Breakfast with a view of the sea and homemade jams, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, very rich and fresh. The location is above the sea, very quiet and also within walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful, not very touristy in autumn and you can reach the villages of Verezzi, Borgio and Borgio Ligure on foot, the latter with a longer hike. Laura also gave me a map for the free use of local buses. The beaches are clean and perfect for a beach walk or swim. They were pleasantly empty in September. Thank you very much. Gladly again.

It was a wonderful stay at Villa Paradiso. The garden is super beautiful, you can relax and cool off in the pool, enjoy the sunset and unwind. Villa Paradiso is an excellent structure to visit Borgio Verezzi and also Finalese. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view. The possibility to park is a great opportunity. I stayed for a week at this splendid bed and breakfast, nestled in the greenery and slightly uphill. The structure offers a spectacular view of the sea from every angle: from the rooms, to the breakfast room, to the garden and the small pool. The beach is reachable on foot in 10 minutes, and it takes only 5 minutes more to go back up. For those who do not wish to climb, there is a shuttle affiliated with the bed and breakfast that goes up and down in the morning and afternoon. Personally, I used it to go up and it was very convenient. Laura, the host, was exemplary in terms of kindness, attention, understanding, and welcome. This bed and breakfast is highly recommended! I will definitely return.

The location halfway up the hill opens to a spectacular view. The outbuildings, in particular the terraced gardens rich in various vegetation, give movement to the structure and make it, despite its compact size, a dynamic location suitable for relaxation. The 4-bed room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast very much appreciated for its variety, quality, and the opportunity to have a chat with the manager. Laura is a charming and helpful host, thanks to her and Illia our stay on the Ligurian coast remains unforgettable. Our room overlooks the sea view, very pleasant, we let ourselves be lulled to sleep and wake up. Breakfast was a gentle awakening moment. Her lemon jam is a delight! We were without a vehicle but the scooter rental is much appreciated. Villa Paradiso is ideally located for a night walk in Verezzi to have a drink at dusk. The pool was out of order during our stay, which is regrettable, but the proximity to the beaches towards Finale Ligure compensates well. We highly recommend staying with Laura and will be back!

My husband and I highly recommend this small establishment where you immediately feel at home. The bed & breakfast furnishings are charming and vintage. Everything is pervaded by an essentiality that allows you to reevaluate the ostentation, the uselessness of superstructures, the "noise" in which we live every day. I recommend this villa but be careful, a car is mandatory. The owners are very kind, the dad speaks French very well and gives great advice. The view is breathtaking, a real sea view. The pool is a real plus and so is the breakfast. You can go there with your eyes closed. We can't wait to go back.

The location is convenient if you have your own means of transport, it is halfway between Borgio and Verezzi and close to the station. On foot, however, it is a bit more difficult to reach. A pleasant surprise. Family-run structure, courteous, attentive, and never intrusive. Clean, comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view; as well as the breakfast room, priceless to start the day losing yourself in the view of the blue sea. Breakfast with quality products, abundant and well cared for! Bonus to the beautiful garden with pool, where you can carve out moments of relaxation, a true Paradise in the beautiful Verezzi. With my partner, we stayed in one of the two rooms with the bathroom outside the room, but we still had a very good time. Although the bathroom is small, it is still windowed, with a sink, toilet, and shower, all very clean. In the room, also very clean, there is a large window from which you can see the slope of the hill with flower gardens and above all the sea, which is approximately 50 meters away as the crow flies. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is abundant although it may lack a hint of internationality. If I have to find a flaw, a small fridge in the room for water is missing. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Beautiful holiday with my doggie. Beautiful panorama over the open sea with a view of the Ligurian coast. The village of Verezzi (a real gem) is a 10-minute walk away, as is the sea, taking stone paths that descend to Borgio Verezzi. Very sweet owners and a plentiful breakfast with fresh sandwiches, excellent jams, biscuits, yogurt, and more. I hope to return soon.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast. Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Clean rooms with decent and in some cases pleasant furnishings. Delicious breakfast (I rated 9 only because I prefer a buffet). Especially breathtaking view and terraced garden with a perfect pool for meditating, reading, sunbathing, or doing nothing!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast at the beginning of September, we were amazed by the location, room with a dream sea view, very clean, managed by kind and always available people, not to mention the really excellent value for money, a rich and varied breakfast. The only observation I allow myself to make concerns the furniture, a bit dated. I will definitely return at the first opportunity (hopefully soon) and I recommend it to everyone.

The Bed and Breakfast Villa Paradiso is a great place to spend peaceful and relaxing days, close to the sea. The people running it are kind and helpful, they immediately changed the room when I requested it because the bed for me and my son was too small, and they gave me another one at the same price but much larger. The breakfast is good, but my suggestion is to have everything on a table so that guests can serve themselves freely, rather than having things brought to them one by one. Breathtaking view, convenient parking, good room cleanliness, good value for money considering the area. I think I will come back.

The managers have been very kind and caring in managing a health issue of my daughter during the stay. If I have to find something negative, beyond the lack of bidet due to an obvious space issue, it was the water pressure, rather weak. The judgment remains highly positive and the facility is recommended. I will come back.

Very beautiful structure, located high up, halfway between Borgio and Verezzi, both reachable on foot if desired (you can walk down to the sea in about ten minutes to the first free beach through the narrow streets), we had a splendid sea view room, the family that runs the B&B is very kind and friendly and provided us with very useful information about the surroundings, restaurants, excursions, truly excellent and abundant breakfast, there is also a swimming pool, pergola, and bocce court. We had a great time!

The structure is in a magnificent location halfway between Borgio (sea) and the village of Verezzi: the climb with hairpin bends is easily manageable both on foot (if you want there is a shortcut that cuts a good part of the road) and by bike. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite small (they are for sleeping and staying calm so I don't need a palace!), very clean with breathtaking views both in the evening and in the morning over the gulf with a view that ranges from Borgio to Capo Mele. Abundant breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Fair price considering I stayed in high season. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this B&B during the week of Ferragosto and I must say that my partner, our cats, and I were happy and content. The room and the entire Villa Paradiso were very clean and welcoming, with the staff always available. The morning breakfasts were something good and genuine, not often found in these situations, and especially abundant. Everyone was very kind, a special mention to Mrs. Patrizia and her sons who keep everything tidy and clean. The location is very convenient, the little hill on which the B&B is located is right above the sea, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Very beautiful.
