Description
Located in the charming region of Liguria, just a short distance from the sea in Levanto, Villa Clelia serves as the perfect base for exploring the wonders of the Cinque Terre. This traditional Ligurian villa, built within the ancient walls of the medieval port, has been owned by our family for over fifty years.

At Villa Clelia, you will have the opportunity to spend relaxing days, thanks to our welcoming garden and the tranquility of being able to reach the beach on foot. We are delighted to spoil our guests by offering comfortable rooms and we are always available to accommodate everyone's requests. Our colorful and cozy rooms, all with private facilities, are named after the winds: Ponente, Levante, Maestrale, Tramontana, Grecale, and Libeccio.

Each room is equipped with comforts such as a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning, hairdryer, and access to a private garden or balcony. Additionally, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

For families with young children, it is possible to request an additional cot for children aged 0 to 3.

In your room, you will find a tray with instant coffee and cappuccino, tea and sugar, organic jams, and Nutella. In the minibar (included in breakfast), there are orange juices, organic yogurt, butter, and water.

Every morning from 7:30, you will find a bag on the balcony of your room with freshly baked bread, focaccia, and croissants from a bakery and pastry shop.

In the garden, there is a vending machine available for our guests, offering espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. for breakfast or a break at any time of the day!

Clean and welcoming facility. Excellent location, close to both the station and the beach. Nicola, the owner, was very kind and helpful. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at Villa Clelia again and recommend it.

The manager is very kind and helpful, central but very quiet area, close to the sea and 10 minutes walk from the station. Cleaning could be improved and in my accommodation the bidet was missing.

B&B in the center of Levanto, so very convenient for the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops but still in a very quiet area, so an excellent location to have everything at hand and sleep peacefully at night. The rooms all have a small balcony or a private space with a table and chairs, plus the structure has a large and beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in the morning and relax during the day. If you want, you have umbrellas for the beach and bicycles at your disposal, not to miss the cycle path towards Bonassola and Framura! Nicola and Chiara were super welcoming and helpful throughout the holiday! A B&B that is a true gem for Levanto.

We spent an amazing time at Villa Clelia! A small piece of paradise in the center of Levanto, next to the beach and a 10-minute walk from the station, a perfect starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. Nicola and his wife are very warm and friendly! The garden inside the property is so beautiful! Don't miss the Sunday breakfast, best pancakes ever cooked on the BBQ. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

A really sweet and nice villa in the heart of Levanto. Anything you need is just around the corner. Laundry service, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The location is just perfect. 10 minutes by walk to the train station and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was not super clean but it's okay. Parking place is also available and costs 10€ extra per night. The host is really friendly and helpful. Every morning fresh bread from the bakery. Really love it to stay here.

For the first time at Villa Clelia, very satisfied with our choice. Central location, very clean room and bathroom. Excellent solution the breakfast that can be enjoyed on the balcony with croissants and fresh bread every morning. Bicycles available for guests.

A charming place, ideally located to visit the 5 Terre. Nicola is very friendly and provided us with good advice (restaurants, visits...). Clean room, with a very pleasant small terrace where we had breakfast every day. Nicola brought us croissants and fresh bread every day, in addition to coffee, butter, jam, fruit juice. The location is ideal, just a few meters from the beach and the city center. You won't have to look far for a restaurant or a bar. Pass provided for free parking in front of the hotel.

Villa Clelia is very clean and quiet with a lovely courtyard garden, entered through a medieval square with an archway and gate into the garden. It is only a short block to the beach, just far enough away to be quiet. Each room has a lovely terrace with table and chairs. There are olive and lemon trees and beautiful flowers. You can borrow the bicycles in the courtyard and ride the 10 km level trail (converted old railway with tunnels) to other beaches along the coast. The host, Nicola is extremely helpful, cheerful, and genuinely wants to make your stay the best it can be. He insisted on driving us to the train station at 6:30 am, though we were willing to walk. This was our favorite stop in our tour of Italy.

Very nice bed and breakfast, very well located in a pleasant garden. Very clean, comfortable without being luxurious, with a small fridge containing yogurt, orange juice, butter for breakfast, as well as bottles of water. The bedding is comfortable. Only suggestion: to put a more substantial separation between the different terraces so that one does not have the impression of having breakfast with neighbors. But this is a detail. We are very satisfied and will come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Clelia. The room is not very large but has a very nice small terrace. The breakfast is very abundant and can be enjoyed in the room or on the terrace. Nicolas gave us excellent advice on restaurants, transportation, and places to visit. The perfect place to visit the Cinque Terre. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the ferry departure point, and 5 minutes from the starting point of the walk to Monterosso. Accommodation extremely well located, close to the beach, shops, central to the town of Levanto and ideal for discovering the Cinque Terre, on foot, by train or by boat. Nicola welcomed us very kindly. He is super helpful and very good advice. He loves his region, his house, people... a hospitality professional! The "breakfast" formula in the room is original and finally very practical, with fresh bread delivered, it's great! From the balcony, lovely view of the courtyard and vegetation, a haven of peace in the heart of Levanto. The bathroom is small (with little light) but it is very clean, like the room, that's the essential! Thank you for everything! We will not fail to pass on your address. Comfy and quiet. The room was small, but we knew that before we booked and the wifi didn't work for the last day of our trip here, but I think that was our of our hosts control. Overall, the b&b is exactly what it appears to be. Good value and nice location out of cinque terre.

We really loved our stay here. Nicola was extremely helpful, picking us up from the station and giving us recommendations of good restaurants. The B&B is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and really easy to get to the Cinque Terre by train. We enjoyed the breakfast which was delivered each morning and it was really nice to have the free bikes to use to get to other nearby villages. Overall a great experience.

Die kleine Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terrasse im begrünten Innenhof der Pension. Die Lage sehr gut - nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Gleich vor dem Haus konnten wir unser Auto parken. Die Bootanlegestelle für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre war circa 300 Meter und der Bahnhof circa 1 km entfernt. Jeden Morgen gab es schon ab 7 Uhr täglich frische Semmel in einem Säckchen am Fensterbrett. Es hat uns dort gut gefallen und wir können es weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay in Levanto at Villa Clelia. Nicola was very kind and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Our only small feedback was that the walls were a bit thin so we could hear a lot of what our neighbor was saying. But overall it was a perfect home base for our trip to Cinque Terre. Thank you.

Excellent établissement à tous points de vue, proximité immédiate de la mer et des 5 terres, les conseils avisés de Nicola et sa sympathie et son accueil jovial nous ont fait passer des vacances inoubliables! Je recommande la Villa Clelia les yeux fermés, bref, le paradis sur terre
