Located in the charming region of Liguria, just a short distance from the sea in Levanto, Villa Clelia serves as the perfect base for exploring the wonders of the Cinque Terre. This traditional Ligurian villa, built within the ancient walls of the medieval port, has been owned by our family for over fifty years.
At Villa Clelia, you will have the opportunity to spend relaxing days, thanks to our welcoming garden and the tranquility of being able to reach the beach on foot. We are delighted to spoil our guests by offering comfortable rooms and we are always available to accommodate everyone's requests. Our colorful and cozy rooms, all with private facilities, are named after the winds: Ponente, Levante, Maestrale, Tramontana, Grecale, and Libeccio.
Each room is equipped with comforts such as a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning, hairdryer, and access to a private garden or balcony. Additionally, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
For families with young children, it is possible to request an additional cot for children aged 0 to 3. Furthermore, for those arriving by train, we offer a free shuttle service to and from the station.

B&B in the center of Levanto, so very convenient for the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops but still in a very quiet area, so an excellent location to have everything at hand and sleep peacefully at night. The rooms all have a small balcony or a private space with a table and chairs, plus the structure has a large and beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in the morning and relax during the day. If you want, you have umbrellas for the beach and bicycles at your disposal, not to miss the cycle path towards Bonassola and Framura! Nicola and Chiara were super welcoming and helpful throughout the holiday! A B&B that is a true gem for Levanto.

We spent an amazing time at Villa Clelia! A small piece of paradise in the center of Levanto, next to the beach and a 10-minute walk from the station, a perfect starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. Nicola and his wife are very warm and friendly! The garden inside the property is so beautiful! Don't miss the Sunday breakfast, best pancakes ever cooked on the BBQ. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

A really sweet and nice villa in the heart of Levanto. Anything you need is just around the corner. Laundry service, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The location is just perfect. 10 minutes by walk to the train station and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was not super clean but it's okay. Parking place is also available and costs 10€ extra per night. The host is really friendly and helpful. Every morning fresh bread from the bakery. Really love it to stay here.

Struttura affascinante e romantica all'esterno, semplice e confortevole all'interno. Un endroit charmant, idéalement situé pour visiter les 5 Terres.
Nicola est très sympathique et nous a fourni de bons conseils (restaurants, visites...).
Chambre propre, avec une petite terrasse très agréable, sur laquelle nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner tous les jours. Nicola nous déposait croissants et pain frais tous les jours, en complément du café, beurre, confiture, jus de fruits.
L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques mètres de la plage et du centre ville. Vous n'aurez pas à chercher longtemps un restaurant ou un bar.
Pass fourni pour parking gratuit devant l'hôtel.

Villa Clelia is very clean and quiet with a lovely courtyard garden, entered through a medieval square with an archway and gate into the garden. It is only a short block to the beach, just far enough away to be quiet. Each room has a lovely terrace with table and chairs. There are olive and lemon trees and beautiful flowers. You can borrow the bicycles in the courtyard and ride the 10 km level trail (converted old railway with tunnels) to other beaches along the coast. The host, Nicola is extremely helpful, cheerful, and genuinely wants to make your stay the best it can be. He insisted on driving us to the train station at 6:30 am, though we were willing to walk. This was our favorite stop in our tour of Italy.

A very good place to stay during visiting 5 terre. Nicola received us very well and give us good informations for our trip and for restaurants. Sympathique b and b très bien situé, dans un agréable jardin. Très propre, confortable sans être luxueux, avec petit frigo contenant yaourt, jus d'orange, beurre pour le petit déjeuner, ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau.
La literie est confortable.
Seule suggestion: mettre une séparation plus importante entre les différentes terrasses afin que l'on n'ait pas l'impression de déjeuner avec ses voisins.
Mais ceci est un détail. Nous sommes très satisfaits et nous reviendrons.

Nicola nous a acceuillis simplement et chaleureusement.
Il est toujours disponible et très discret. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est idéalement située pour visiter les cinq terre, proche de toutes les commodités et de la mer.

Nous avons passées un fort agréable séjour à Levanto. Chambre pas très grande mais avec une petite terrasse fort sympathique. Petit déjeuner très copieux que l'on peut prendre dans la chambre ou sur la terrasse. Nicolas nous a très bien conseillée sur les restaurants, les transports et les lieux à visiter. L'endroit idéal pour visiter les cinque terre. À 10 min à pied de la gare, 5 min du départ du bateau et 5min du départ de la balade pour Monterrosso. Au top du top. Merci encore Nicolas pour ton hospitalité et ta disponibilité.

Logement extrêmement bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces, central par rapport à la ville de Levanto et idéal pour découvrir les Cinque terre, à pieds, en train ou en bateau. Nicola nous a accueillis très gentiment. Il est super serviable et de très bon conseil. Il aime sa région, sa maison, les gens..un professionnel de l'accueil! La formule "petit déjeuner" dans la chambre est originale et finalement très pratique, avec le pain frais livré, c'est super! Du balcon, jolie vue sur la cour et la végétation, un havre de paix au cœur de Levanto. La salle de bain est petite (avec peu de lumière) mais elle est très propre, comme la chambre, c'est l'essentiel!

Comfy and quiet. The room was small, but we knew that before we booked and the wifi didn't work for the last day of our trip here, but I think that was our of our hosts control. Overall, the b&b is exactly what it appears to be. Good value and nice location out of cinque terre.

We really loved our stay here. Nicola was extremely helpful, picking us up from the station and giving us recommendations of good restaurants. The B&B is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and really easy to get to the Cinque Terre by train. We enjoyed the breakfast which was delivered each morning and it was really nice to have the free bikes to use to get to other nearby villages. Overall a great experience.

Nicola and his parents where great hosts. The B&B is at a great location in a lovely little town, the breakfast is prepared daily and the communication is also very good. Definitely recommend.

Die kleine Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terrasse im begrünten Innenhof der Pension. Die Lage sehr gut - nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Gleich vor dem Haus konnten wir unser Auto parken. Die Bootanlegestelle für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre war circa
300 Meter und der Bahnhof circa 1 km entfernt. Jeden Morgen gab es schon ab 7 Uhr täglich frische Semmel in einem Säckchen am Fensterbrett. Es hat uns dort gut gefallen und wir können es weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay in Levanto at Villa Clelia. Nicola was very kind and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Our only small feedback was that the walls were a bit thin so we could hear a lot of what our neighbor was saying. But overall it was a perfect home base for our trip to Cinque Terre.

Bon séjour dans ce lieu calme très bien placé dans vieille ville et près d'une place animée, si nous revenons à Levanto nous reviendrons à Villa Clelia.

Excellent établissement à tous points de vue, proximité immédiate de la mer et des 5 terres, les conseils avisés de Nicola et sa sympathie et son accueil jovial nous ont fait passer des vacances inoubliables! Je recommande la Villa Clelia les yeux fermés, bref, le paradis sur terre
