Via Sant'Anna is our home, and we love to describe it as such. We want our guests to feel at home and take care of their well-being during their stay. We are located on a hill, in a quiet area facing a green pine forest, which is magical during the summer with the sound of cicadas. Thanks to shortcuts, you can quickly reach the town center or the sea, and in a few minutes, you can reach the train station on foot, which connects Levanto to the 5 Terre. Each room has a balcony overlooking the pine forest, where you can enjoy the Ligurian sun and have a rich and varied breakfast prepared by us with fresh bread, sweets, and typical products of our land. During this period, we have implemented and will continuously implement all procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. We will be at your disposal and do our best to make your stay unique. We are waiting for you at our home, and we are waiting for you in Liguria, which in the summer is the scent of basil, the heat, the light that slips through the window, the olive trees lined up like thoughts, and the sea that dresses everything in blue. My name is Raffaella, and I entered the hospitality industry thanks to my mother Piera, who has been welcoming her guests with a smile for years. We work together to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

The perfect location and service for visiting the Cinque Terre and Santa Margarita. The location is a 10-minute walk from the central station and a 10-minute walk from Levanto's old town. Breakfast was served on our private terrace and was the perfect start to the day. Raffaela is a super host; she immediately found solutions for our needs and provided us with all the necessary information. Thank you very much for such a great experience.

The room and bed, the bathroom, terrace and breakfast are wonderful. Raffaela is very friendly and gives good tips for exploring. The train station and the town centre are 5-10 minutes away on foot, yet it is wonderfully quiet. We will gladly come again.

We have traveled all over Italy. It is a bit of a walk uphill, but it is worth it. Hospitality was second to none — absolutely fantastic hosts. The room was very clean. Great view. Breakfast was delicious. It had everything we needed. A fantastic town with easy access to the Cinque Terre. We will definitely be visiting again.

We arrived by motorcycle and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Raffaella's mother; kind, courteous, and discreet. Everything as described, but the kindness and discretion of mother and daughter exceed any adjective. We stayed two nights with them to visit the Cinque Terre and we can say that the place is strategic, we will return. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT. The room is spacious, clean, and you feel very comfortable right away! The bathroom is large, especially the shower, which is very pleasant, it was also very clean. Raffaella is an infinitely kind host, she listens to us and takes care of us, available whenever we need her. The location is great, we are a 10-minute walk from the station to go to the Cinque Terre, but also 10 minutes from the hiking trail to Monterosso. We are in a quiet place, which is very appreciated at night, you don't hear a sound, and in the morning when we enjoy our breakfast on our private terrace. The breakfast is absolutely perfect because the night before we order on papers what we want to eat, with a lot of choices and quality! It's a complete success, and we will come back with great pleasure, thank you Raffaella.

My parents loved their stay! They told me that the host was very kind and accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. The train station is very close, and you are near the departure points for hiking trails. I really recommend it!

We had a great time at the B&B Via Sant'Anna of Raffaella. The room wasn't big, but nicely decorated with a lovely balcony where the delicious breakfast was served in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean, and the bathroom was great. But above all, Raffaella is a very kind host!

We were welcomed by Raffaella, even though we arrived early, who gave us a new and spotlessly clean room with a small balcony surrounded by greenery, of which unfortunately we made little use due to the weather. Very kind, she gave us a map with directions to visit the Cinque Terre and lent us an umbrella for the rain! What can I say, thank you Raffaella, I hope to come back and find good weather! We had a lovely time in Levanto. Raffaella was an incredible host. We had a train delay on arrival and came into town very last. She was so considerate and picked us up from the station. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety, and the room was very clean and tidy. 100% recommend.

We are close to the city center and the train station, and at the same time quiet away from the tourist crowds. An ideal place to rest after a long day. The room is modern and very well maintained. Very nice welcome. The room is very well equipped. Hearty breakfast served on the terrace in the middle of bird song: super peaceful. Pedestrian shortcut to reach the city center (max 10 minutes). Very welcoming hostess. Only small defect sound isolation between rooms. We recommend.
