The guesthouse is located on the second floor of an apartment.

You can access the room through the common area where breakfast will be served, which also has a comfortable sofa for shared use.

Our rooms are independent, both have private parking and are equipped with air conditioning.

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ci troviamo a 100 metri dalle spiagge e a dopo più di 200 dalle famose grotte di Borgio Verezzi. Sopra casa nostra passano numerosi sentieri sterrati che collegano il centro storico di Borgio alla borgata Roccaro di Verezzi. Siamo in una posizione strategica da dove potete muovervi comodamente senza utilizzare mezzi di trasporto.
Dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre ogni permanenza è soggetto all’imposta di soggiorno locale per pernottamento per persona fino a un massimo di 5 notti consecutive.

We are located 100 meters from the beaches and more than 200 meters away from the famous caves of Borgio Verezzi. Numerous dirt trails pass above our house, connecting the historic center of Borgio to the hamlet of Roccaro di Verezzi. We are in a strategic position from where you can move comfortably without using means of transportation.

Super structure. Very well-kept and clean environment, Mrs. Franca and her daughter are very kind and helpful for any need. The breakfast is excellent, with great products. The parking under the structure is very convenient. Absolutely recommended!

We have stayed at this place three times and can warmly recommend staying here! The hosts, Cecilia and her wonderful, sweet and hospitable family, do everything they can to ensure that you have a good stay with them. The breakfast is rich and very good, and we have never tasted anything as good as Dad's omelette! The apartments are very clean, and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. Lovely rooms with bathroom and balcony. We feel very comfortable here, and the area is quiet and cozy. Short walk down to the beach, and many restaurants nearby. We give the highest score for these bed and breakfast apartments.

Very nice, clean and well furnished apartment with 2 spacious and very charming rental rooms. Excellent and plentiful breakfast served in the living room with fresh bakery products. Private parking in front of the structure. Great location to reach the beaches and nearby centers. Very kind and helpful managers. Recommended.

Enjoyable weekend in Borgio Verezzi, everything was perfect, excellent welcome from Franca and her husband who allowed us an early check-in; cozy and clean accommodation, very abundant breakfast, the possibility (throughout the stay) of consuming water and fresh fruit in the common kitchen area; convenient parking as usual home.

The 10 rating is a bit understated compared to reality, it definitely deserves a much higher score. \nHost Margherita assisted by her parents Franca and Fulvio are special people. In my wandering through various B&Bs in Liguria on weekends over the past 10 years, I found for the first time a perfect structure, starting from the welcome to the cleanliness of the room, from breakfast to availability for every our request. I forgot: in a shared common fridge in the breakfast room with a second room, you will find water, yogurt, assorted fruit juices at your disposal, a real blessing for those who arrive heated both on the first day and in the subsequent days after returning from the beach. A real gem. I have nothing else to add except to say that I will definitely be back soon. Congratulations!
