Structure in the historical center, very simple in furnishings and services offered, close to free and equipped beaches. Hospitality and kindness prevail! Host available, kind, and very receptive. A FUNDAMENTAL information is missing, concerning the presence of at least two STEEP staircases to access the B&B, which could make it inaccessible to elderly people or those with limited mobility. Bath products are not provided.

I stayed at the property for a few days. The availability and hospitality of the owners was remarkable (information, services, possibility to use umbrellas, backpacks and luggage storage on the last day). The abundant breakfast (croissant, homemade cake, Ligurian focaccia, juice, tea and coffee) and the convenient location to the center, beaches, and train station. Coming back next year!

Silvia and her mother are very nice and made our stay very pleasant. The room is very clean and bright. It is located in the pedestrian area, a few minutes walk from the central station, perfect for people arriving by train. If I come back to Finale Ligure, I will stay there again.

I stayed 10 days in this property and I feel like recommending it for the excellent location, very central and at the same time close to the sea, and especially for the family management, the lady "looked after" us every day with kind manners and many conversations, she prepared a great breakfast for us and was always available to fulfill our requests! Additionally, maximum cleanliness of the room and reasonable prices, you really can't ask for more! Definitely recommended!

We stayed two nights at this family-run bed and breakfast and we had a great time. Welcoming, friendliness, and kindness made our stay very pleasant. Rooms simple but clean and cozy in the heart of the historic center of Finale. Breakfast served on the terrace of our room by Mom Rosa, genuine, varied and abundant, with delicious homemade cakes and typically Ligurian focaccias. We will definitely come back!

B&B managed by mother and daughter, two nice and very helpful people. Clean and cozy rooms. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes by the mother. Located 8 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from the beach. Just a small criticism, the rooms are located on the third floor with very steep stairs not suitable for the elderly or those with mobility problems. The nightlife street is a bit too noisy if you leave the window open to let the air flow in the evening, but if they installed an air conditioner it would be perfect. A place that I highly recommend.

The accommodation is right in the center, with restaurants and services, very close to the sea and bathing establishments. The owners are mother and daughter who were helpful and kind. Silvia's mom is really a nice and super kind person, the breakfast prepared by her was good and plentiful and she kept us company chatting and recommending restaurants and bakeries to try. An excellent experience.

Perfect location two minutes from the sea, cleanliness, spacious room with a nice view of a small square. Kind managers, possibility to leave luggage after check-in. Focaccia for breakfast (a must for tourists in Liguria)... will be back soon. Only note: if you have many bags, strollers, or trouble with stairs, avoid booking here and then giving a negative review, here :).

I stayed 3 nights in this property at the end of July. Great location, quiet, a stone's throw from the seaside promenade of Finale Ligure, very central in a street with shops, restaurants, and bars. Simple room, with a window overlooking the open view, ceiling fan, TV, bathroom without a window with a shower. Excellent host: a discreet and very helpful lady who lives in the apartment below the b&b. Abundant breakfast (from 8 to 10) with bread and jam/Nutella, focaccia, pastries, all accompanied by hot drinks of choice and fruit juice. The only small flaw of the property is the lack of an elevator, there are two flights of stairs leading to the 2nd floor of the building... Doable. I recommend this property and will definitely return on my next vacation in Finale Ligure!

Great location, very clean, breakfast with homemade focaccia and sweets very good. The room was cool, just a bit noisy due to traffic, but it's not their fault. The three flights of stairs were not a problem and they were very kind and helpful in keeping our luggage on the last day. I will come back.

We stayed at 'Un Posto al Sole' this weekend and we had a great time. In the center and close to the sea, the room was very spacious with a nice little terrace where we had a pretty good breakfast, beautiful panoramic view and a very kind manager.

Friendly and helpful.\n\nI found two flaws, the first one concerns the stairs: numerous and steep.\n\nThe second: the lack of air conditioning, which forces you to open the windows and have a lot of noise in the rooms (the street is behind the B&B).\n\nFor the rest, everything is ok, the structure is clean and the location is perfect for those who want to go to the beach, good value for money.

Perfect location! It is located at the beginning of the pedestrian avenue leading to the main square, full of shops, restaurants, and pubs. It is also a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent breakfast, great hospitality and kindness of the managers who also gave us advice on which places to visit, how to get there, where to eat, etc. Clean room, nice bathroom. Truly exceptional value for money. If I ever return to Finale Ligure, I already know who to contact.

We had a great time. We took the largest room in the attic as we were 4. Really very spacious, comfortable and clean. As already mentioned by others, take into account the stairs to climb. The managers, who warn about this at the time of booking, were very kind and helpful, also helping us with our luggage. Lovely to have breakfast served on one of the terraces of the room, from which you can see the sea between the rooftops. All positive, we will definitely consider it for a next stay just steps from the sea.

Excellent in all aspects. Clean, well-maintained, managed in a serious and welcoming manner, beautiful and good breakfast on the terrace. The only advice I feel like giving is to find some affiliated restaurants. Surely it would bring in some more customers knowing they have a place to have a meal (I write this because during my short stay in Finale I couldn't find a place with a good Quality/Price ratio for dinner or lunch and this disappoints me because otherwise Finale is fantastic).

For a last-minute weekend getaway with my mom, we were really well received at this lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms and spaces were always very clean, the hosts very helpful and courteous, the breakfast excellent and varied. Furthermore, the bed and breakfast is in a truly strategic location, just a stone's throw from the city center and the sea. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone.

Welcoming and kind family, just think that they helped us carry the luggage to the room and gave us a hand for every need. Great location just a few meters from the sea and the main square of Finalmarina. Also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Clean room and daily cleaning above average. It is worth mentioning the two and a half floors of fairly steep stairs, which could be a problem for the elderly or lazy, and the difficulty of finding free parking nearby but obviously this is not a problem directly related to the B&B.

What can I say, I had a great time. If I return to Finale next year, I already know where I will stay. It is perfect for spending a few days. The managers are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast makes you feel at home. The position of the property is excellent. If you go to the beach and need to return to your room for any reason, such as forgetting something or if a light rain arrives that lasts a few minutes and you do not know where to go, within ten minutes you can go back and forth. You do not waste a second of vacation. Congratulations on everything. And thank you.

Spacious, well-ventilated, bright attic, suitable for three very comfortable people. Two balconies, one with a sea view where you can have breakfast. Location in the historic center just a few steps from the sea. The very kind manager offers help to find parking at no cost.
