The rustic home, an old farmhouse from the 17th century that once produced oil and cultivated a garden, retains the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition. It spreads over two levels: the lower floor features a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower; the upper floor has a cozy living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a private terrace with a table, umbrella, and sun loungers invites guests to unwind amidst the landscape.
From the property, ancient paths lead to traditional villages and the Portofino Regional Natural Park, perfect for walks through olive groves and scenic sea views. The scenery is characteristic of the Ligurian countryside overlooking the coast, authentic and captivating in every season.
Access is through an electric gate directly from the road, and there is private parking available for guests. For greater mobility, we recommend having a car or scooter, but there is also a bus stop about 500 meters away that connects to the town center and beaches.
