Description
In the splendid artistic and historical atmosphere of Via XX Settembre, in the heart of the city, among splendid churches, palaces and boutique aristocrats, born in an elegant building at the end of the 800 Bed and Breakfast "Twenty."
The soul of our project is to combine the charm and elegance of the luxurious rooms with a warm and welcoming hospitality that distinguishes us. The rooms are well ventilated and bright, furnished with care and respecting the wealth of the house style. Painted ceilings, furniture, prestige, curtains and chandeliers blend with classical taste there will be d 'help feel pampered and spend a peaceful stay in the city. In addition to private rooms you can enjoy the breakfast lounge, terrace and TV room.

"Twenty" is located in the center, adjacent to the Monumental Bridge. A few steps are the Piazza De Ferrari and then the Teatro Carlo Felice and Galleria Mazzini. La movida Genovese was born in the streets around Piazza De Ferrari and then also just minutes from home, yet a few minutes walk and you find yourself in the splendid Piazza del Porto Antico with wonderful Bigo that soars on carruggi, frescoes of Palazzo San George, the aquarium Galeone Neptune, roofs, pinnacles, medieval towers and trees of the sails are all essences of an extraordinary city that is Genoa.

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast with spacious, cozy, and very clean rooms. Great location, just a few minutes from Brignole station. Very kind and helpful host.

We stayed here unfortunately only for one night and we had a great time, everything very nice. The highlight is the wonderful terrace! The managers are very welcoming, good and friendly. We will definitely come back.

I stayed with my family at this property for the first time in these days. Massimo is a careful host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment, furnished with taste and attention, is located in a historic building on one of the central streets of Genoa: a 10-minute walk from Teatro Carlo Felice and 15 minutes from Genova Brignole railway station. I suggest this solution for both tourist and professional reasons. It will be our care to contact Massimo again on our future trips to the city of Genoa.

B&B taken care of in every detail with two always very attentive and kind managers. The B&B is very close to Genova Brignole station and the entire central area of Genova. The structure is clean and equipped with every service.

Sono stato in questo meraviglioso B&B per la terza volta. Si distingue per l'estrema disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori, per la bellezza e pulizia della struttura. Inoltre è in una posizione comoda ed il rapporto qualità prezzo é ottimo. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Molto comoda come posizione e arredata bene, unica nota negativa è il rumore essendo ubicata vicino a Via XX Settembre, sempre frequentata.

Splendido B&B in centro a Genova a due passi dalla stazione Brignole. È un posto incantevole curato in ogni dettaglio arredato con gusto ed eleganza i soffitti sono affrescati e i pavimenti in seminato rendono questo appartamento un vero gioiello. Mi sono sentita come a casa grazie alla simpatia e la disponibilità dei proprietari! Una ciliegina sulla torta la terrazza, dove ho potuto lavorare ammirando il palazzo di fronte con le famose statue dei giganti. Twenty è un elegante B&B in stile come le migliori guest-house del mondo anglosassone.
