In the splendid artistic and historical atmosphere of Via XX Settembre, in the heart of the city, among splendid churches, palaces and boutique aristocrats, born in an elegant building at the end of the 800 Bed and Breakfast "Twenty."
The soul of our project is to combine the charm and elegance of the luxurious rooms with a warm and welcoming hospitality that distinguishes us. The rooms are well ventilated and bright, furnished with care and respecting the wealth of the house style. Painted ceilings, furniture, prestige, curtains and chandeliers blend with classical taste there will be d 'help feel pampered and spend a peaceful stay in the city. In addition to private rooms you can enjoy the breakfast lounge, terrace and TV room.

"Twenty" is located in the center, adjacent to the Monumental Bridge. A few steps are the Piazza De Ferrari and then the Teatro Carlo Felice and Galleria Mazzini. La movida Genovese was born in the streets around Piazza De Ferrari and then also just minutes from home, yet a few minutes walk and you find yourself in the splendid Piazza del Porto Antico with wonderful Bigo that soars on carruggi, frescoes of Palazzo San George, the aquarium Galeone Neptune, roofs, pinnacles, medieval towers and trees of the sails are all essences of an extraordinary city that is Genoa.

The apartment is beautiful and matches the description. Fabio and Massimo gave us an excellent welcome with valuable tips for parking, sightseeing, and restaurants. They were very attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to all amenities and in a very quiet neighborhood. For those coming by car, there is an underground parking and a blue zone from 8 am to 9 pm for 6€ at Piazza della Vittoria (5 minutes on foot). Thanks to Massimo and Fabio for their kindness.

A historic and elegant apartment very centrally located and with quiet rooms featuring high ceilings. Massimo takes care of the guests and is very helpful. He has always given us valuable tips: from historical pastry shops to trattorias, museums, and beaches. Breakfast is served with attention to detail in a spacious dining room connected to the kitchen. We also greatly appreciated the terrace.

A princely stay! I stayed in this establishment during the recent All Saints' Day holiday and I truly felt at home. Wonderful location, comfortable, cozy, and clean room just like the bathroom. Massimo is super welcoming, helpful, and ready to recommend the most beautiful places to visit in Genoa and its surroundings, as well as to exchange pleasant conversations and make you feel at ease. The breakfast is really abundant. You cannot ask for more. I will definitely return.

We stayed here unfortunately only for one night and we had a great time, everything very nice. The highlight is the wonderful terrace! The managers are very welcoming, good and friendly. We will definitely come back.

I stayed with my family at this property for the first time in these days. Massimo is a careful host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment, furnished with taste and attention, is located in a historic building on one of the central streets of Genoa: a 10-minute walk from Teatro Carlo Felice and 15 minutes from Genova Brignole railway station. I suggest this solution for both tourist and professional reasons. It will be our care to contact Massimo again on our future trips to the city of Genoa.

I have been to this wonderful B&B for the third time. It stands out for the extreme availability and courtesy of the managers, for the beauty and cleanliness of the structure. Splendid Bed and Breakfast in the center of Genoa, a stone's throw from Brignole station. It is a lovely place, well taken care of in every detail, furnished with taste and elegance; the ceilings are frescoed and the terrazzo floors make this apartment a real gem. I felt at home thanks to the friendliness and availability of the owners! The cherry on top is the terrace, where I could work while admiring the building in front with its famous giant statues. Twenty is an elegant Bed and Breakfast in a style reminiscent of the best guesthouses in the Anglo-Saxon world.
