Description

We are in the old part of Levanto, one side of the flat facing the sea, the other a lively street. Thanks to the position you'll be able to reach the beach quickly. We have renovated the family home, where we have now moved to, creating 1 room to let with private bathroom, trying to keep the original style but bringing comforts, also caring for the enviroment.

My name is Cristina and I am 50 years old. A few years ago, together with Gianpiero, now my husband, we decided to make a change in our lives. We left the city and our jobs to move near the sea and try to live a slower life, following the rhythms of nature and the seasons. We are thrilled with Levanto and love it in any season. In the summer, of course, but also in other seasons when the temperatures allow for walks on the sea and on the many trails in the valley of Levanto and the bays of the Levant.

Trame di Mare gave us a pleasant welcome, rich breakfasts with freshly baked focaccias, different brioches and plenty of fruit. Spacious room with a very well-kept bathroom. All just 50 meters from the sea and in the heart of Levanto.

At Trame di Mare I found everything I wanted for a short break: attentive, kind and sensitive hosts; welcoming house, renovated and furnished with taste and intelligence, located between the sea on one side and the liveliest streets on the other; excellent cleanliness. I stayed in the single room, spacious and comfortable. The house does not have terraces or balconies, so it is not suitable for those who need them.

Great solution to visit the Cinque Terre! Very kind and more than helpful owners! Very clean and very characteristic and spacious. Directly on the sea, just a few steps from the precious station! In reality, we also received breakfast, very rich.

Thanks to the welcome of Cristina and Gianpiero in their little corner of Paradise, a (always too short) weekend at the sea has become a little dream! The house is very welcoming, equipped with a common space with refreshment corner, tourist information and maps of the area, small things that are always forgotten at home (like band-aids) and a small fridge with cold drinks. The room is very welcoming, clean, tidy and equipped with small comforts that make you feel at home. The breakfast is very good and abundant with focaccia, fresh pastries, a good coffee and seasonal fruit. But what makes this B&B, in the center of Levanto and right on the sea, a place to fall in love with, is the warm and familiar welcome of Cristina and Gianpiero, helpful and kind from the first to the last minute of the stay, dispensers of valuable advice on the area, transport and the most beautiful places to visit! Highly recommended! We hope to come back soon!

We had a great time and hope to return in the future. Property in the center very close to the sea. Cozy room with sea view. Breakfast more than excellent with Giampiero's brioches. Cristina excellent host. Plus the opportunity to take a ride with the bicycles. Thanks again Giusi and Giuseppe.

The location of the property is ideal as it is central and very close to the beaches. A short distance away you can find many coves with crystal clear water! The kindness and professionalism of Cristina and Gianpiero lives up to the best expectations. Upon arrival, you receive a pass for free parking. Levanto is a beautiful and well-kept city but above all strategic for visiting the 5 lands. Breakfast is very good as you are served products from the pastry shop below. I would like to suggest that finding some homemade cake on the table (cooked by Cristina or Gianpiero) could add something that would make the stay even more special. Absolutely recommended!

Very very pleasant structure, very clean and strategically located, because in the center, the managers of the b&b Cristina and Gianpiero are fabulous. There is a parking pass available, which allows you to park without toll problems. There is also a fantastic bicycle available that allows you to visit and reach the locations of the beautiful coast. I had a great time, b&b highly recommended.

A very nice B&B, close to the beach and the town center, convenient with the station. The owners Cristina and Gianpiero are very kind, they welcomed us warmly in this beautiful apartment. The room is very spacious and tastefully furnished. The beautiful sea view window.

Recently renovated room, well-maintained and clean. Located in a central area, a few minutes' walk from the station. The managers, Cristina and Giampiero, were truly kind and helpful, making us feel at home. If we plan another vacation in Levanto, we will definitely come back to visit them.

Here I am just back to work. I left Cristina and Gianpiero's bed and breakfast with regret a few days ago and I already miss it. I stayed with them and my son in the double room, furnished with all the comforts. Spacious, very clean room, equipped with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with a beautiful shower and safe. All brand new. The property is located in the center very close to the sea, the supermarket, restaurants, and bars. Cristina and Gianpiero were very kind. They suggested what to visit, where to eat. The added value is precisely them because they make you feel like family and are always available. It was a real pleasure to spend these days with them. Really super recommended. Very nice property, very close to the train station, 1 minute from the seafront and right in the center. The owners were very kind from the first phone contact and from the first day; they provide excellent advice on what to visit, how to get around, and where to eat. Daily cleaning and top-level order. Central but quiet location, you can reach all areas of naturalistic and non-naturalistic interest on foot; the owners are very helpful and ready to provide useful information for your stay. Spacious, clean, tidy rooms, equipped with air conditioning, wifi, TV, and safe, comfortable and modern bathroom, with all the comforts and a private and large shower. The owners' availability is fabulous, they make you feel at home and are always available; very, very valid structure. It was a pleasure to spend these days with them. Really super recommended.
