The Holiday House sul Borgo is an ancient historic villa, located in Finalborgo, the medieval heart of Finale Ligure.

The apartments (all different, renovated and equipped with full kitchen) consist of one or two bedrooms (can be equipped with single or double beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor area or terrace. The equipment of each accommodation is complete with TV-SAT. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A swimming pool for the private use of guests completes the offer
A few meters away there are all kinds of stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and pubs, supermarket and pharmacy.

We had a great stay at Sul Borgo. The location was perfect, a 2-minute walk to Final Borgo with great restaurants. We stayed in apartment 15 (red building) which was very spacious with a spectacular view! Everything you need to cook for yourself was available in the apartment. We went out for dinner every evening so we didn’t cook ourselves. Everything was very clean, the pool area was beautiful and peaceful. Great parking garage for your bikes. A cleaning area for your bike. A filtered water tap for filling up the bottles. Gianluca was the perfect host. Thanks again for everything! Ciao!

Excellent structure just a short walk from the center of Finalborgo. Very nice and especially clean apartment. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and could not use the pool due to lack of time. Manager very helpful for late check-in.

Beautiful house (from the 1600s, the manager said) in the center of Finalborgo, very welcoming and well restored, with plenty of space outside and a nice swimming pool. We found excellent weather, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this excellent holiday home.
