The structure can accommodate MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE (ideal for a couple or a couple with two children).

The apartment is located in La Spezia, in the Marola area, about 4 km from the city center (easily reachable by bus or car). Directly from the apartment it is possible to go on foot excursions to Portovenere, 5 Terre, Tramonti, Campiglia.
Under the house there is the bus stop that leads to Portovenere and the bus stop for (every 15 minutes during the day) the city center (every 15 minutes during the day) is, about, 50 meters away.
The 5 Terre can be reached both by car (but be careful, parking on site is a problem and expensive) and by train. The 5 Terre can be reached more comfortably and quickly by train in 10 minutes (departure from the Central Station - possibility of purchasing a day pass).
The apartment is only 4 km from the city centre, 5 km from the embarkations for the islands, 10 km from Portovenere, 4. 5 km from the railway station to reach the 5 Terre.

New apartment equipped with everything, very nice and welcoming with a splendid sea view just steps from the city and conveniently served by public transport; the additional difference is made by Rosella and Antonio who will give you valuable information and advice to absolutely follow. Highly recommended!
