10 minutes by car from the SEA (5 km), 20 minutes walk to FINALBORGO (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) through a historic road with a breathtaking view, a few steps from the famous climbing walls of Finale Ligure and only 10 minutes from the main SHUTTLE stations for BIKERS. At the height of Castel Govone, halfway up the hill just above Finalborgo, you can find our bedrooms with private bathroom indipendent entry, include wifi, hairy drayer, soap.
Parking place Is inside the property. Fridge and freezer Is outside for a common use. Covered Place for bikes Is included.
Baby bath, baby bareer, and sleep&play baby box could be required.
We are not in the hinterland, but halfway up on a very first hill above Finalborgo.

Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room or in the garden at the requested time between 8: 00 and 9: 30 depending on the time we agree upon at check-in or in any case the day before (it is strictly forbidden to agree on breakfast times the night before, it is already too last moment, thanks:)

Owner of this little corner of paradise, I decided to share this space more and more, surprising those who do not know these more discreet and exclusive corners of the Finalese area.
I have always lived on the sea, now on the hills for years and in any case always in the coastal area.
I appreciate the more rustic and original aspects of craftsmanship. Restored style or new use to old furniture. I love wood, I love racing bikes and I look for quality without being interested in excesses !!
I like genuine food, especially if it is local, and in this area oil, wine and fruit from the garden never fail! And this is already a joy for me.

Buon Giorno Marion, Grazie per la vostra gentile recensione!! mi spiace solo vedere che qualità/prezzo e colazioni abbiate dato solo sufficienza. Per quanto riguarda le colazioni, la sua recensione mi è stata di stimolo per aggiornarne la descrizione qui all'interno della piattaforma, inoltre, una delle mattine, prima che arrivaste a tavola avevo fatto qualche foto, quindi ho approfittato per pubblicarne una, ogni tanto fotografo le colazioni proprio per aggiornare i siti. Per quanto riguarda qualità/prezzo, un voto del genere mortifica molto il mio lavoro, poichè scelgo arredi, tessuti (asciugamani, tende, lenzuola) sempre in base alla qualità ed alla cromia armoniosa per rendere bellezza e piaceri agli ospiti. La qualità c'è anche nelle colazioni: nulla è di primo prezzo, ricerco sempre per voi qualità e bontà. Le colazioni infatti sono sempre state un punto forte di B&B Sopra il Borgo. Approfitto per elencare ciò che è offerto: La vostra camera ad es. era la tripla uso doppia, 22 mq di interni, più ampio bagno, nonchè porzione di giardino arredato (ombrellone, lettino solare e tavolo da pranzo) ad uso esclusivo forse ancor più ampio della stanza. Poi c'è il parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà che è incluso nel prezzo, posto bici al coperto, wifi, colazioni servite ad orario concordato insieme, all'interno o in giardino a seconda del clima e secondo le vostre esigenze e le nostre disponibilità, ricordo inoltre che è disponibile un frigo/freezer condiviso. I materassi pare risultino molto comodi per la stragranparte delle persone, questo è il feedback che mi arriva. Sempre in merito a qualità/prezzo, mi fa piacere sottolineare che la casa, benchè priva di ricerca del lusso, che non ci interessa, mi interessa invece piuttosto l'armonia, insiste in una zona protetta dalle Belle Arti, a garanzia del fatto che è una casa all'interno di un territorio monumentale, e quindi di pregio, e, da casa ad esempio, si vede il Castel Govone. La posizione della casa inoltre è verso il sole, che per gli immobili è il fattore più importante, e aggiungo anche che i muri in Pietra del Finale con cui parte della casa è stata costruita, sono di pregio proprio per il valore della pietra stessa, le cui cave a tutt oggi sono definitivamente chiuse e protette. Le innumerevoli pareti di arrampicata che si possono ammirare anche durante una camminata nel bosco a ridosso della casa sono un esempio in natura della meraviglia di questa pietra fossile dal colore delicatamente rosa. Questi, alcuni dei fattori che mi vengono in mente per rendere valore a ciò che valore ha. Grazie infinite per avermi dato quest'occasione. Elena, il gestore!!

A lovely place to relax from which to reach the sea or to take paths along the high coast. For the sea, it is very functional to take advantage of the bus that allows you to choose which beach or bay to visit without exhausting searches for parking. From the structure you can also walk to the charming Finalborgo, with its venues and cultural offerings. Do not miss the archaeological museum and, for enthusiasts, the medieval festival at the end of August. The landlady is an excellent suggester of destinations and itineraries in the area.

We are a young couple and we love climbing. Finale Ligure is a great destination for lovers of this sport and also for cycling enthusiasts! We particularly appreciated the location of this property, immersed in nature yet close to the village and cliffs. The owner was very helpful for all our needs and recommended great restaurants at affordable prices. The room is very spacious. The shower is right in the center of the room, but this is not a problem when you are a couple. I recommend it to both young outdoor enthusiasts and people who love peace and want to be slightly away from the center!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Sopra il Borgo. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet. Es gab hausgemachte Kuchen, Marmeladen und Säfte, sehr lecker. Die Terrasse ist super schön und ideal zum frühstücken. Elena ist sehr nett und hat sich toll um alles gekümmert und uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a really speacial time in this little paradise!
Lovely rooms, totally clean and beautiful furnished.
Great location, calm and surrounded by lemon trees and other exotic plants and trees. City and seaside quickly reached by car and also by walking.
Delicious breakfast with e. g homemade lemonade.
And the Owner Elena is the perfect Hostess. So kind and informed about all Important topics for travellers.
We felt a bit like home and will definitly come back!

Die Zeit im Hause Sopra il Borgo war unbeschreiblich schön. Ich habe mich mehr als wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder, die man im Netz findet, halten ihr Versprechen! Die Aussicht vom Zimmer oder morgens draußen beim Frühstück ist wunderbar. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Nachts quaken die Frösche vom Teich nebenan und die Zikaden zirpen in den Zitronen- und Pampelmusenbäumen. (Den Saft von frischen Pampelmusen durfte ich beim Frühstück genießen, sowie selbstgemachte Zitronenmarmelade von der Gastgeberin Elena.)
Es ist schon Urlaub genug die Zeit auf dem Anwesen zu verbringen. Zu Fuß kann man wunderbar die Umgebung erkunden und direkt am Haus Wanderungen beginnen. Die Pfade führen durch Wälder mit Wasserfällen oder mit Blick auf das weite Meer. Schlösser und alte Klosterruinen machen spontane Wanderungen zu einem noch schöneren Erlebnis. Wer kletteraffin ist, wird auf seine/ihre Kosten kommen. In jedem noch so kleinem Dörfchen gibt es sehr viele Läden, wo man die eigene Ausrüstung erneuern oder erweitern kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr vielseitig. Man kann in die wunderschöne Stadt Genua fahren oder schöne Strände entdecken, kleine Dörfchen wie Finalborgo oder Finale Ligure mit ihren zauberhaften Gässchen erkunden und laue Sommernächte bei leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein genießen. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal.

Perfetto mix: natura rigogliosa (ulivi e agrumi stupendi) ed empatica accoglienza.
L'ospitalità di Elena, sempre attenta, puntuale, precisa seppure assai discreta, insieme alla sua positività e al sorriso franco e contagioso rendono da subito il soggiorno gradevole.
Sistemazione in camera, ampia e confortevole come il bagno. Pulizia ineccepibile. La colazione abbondante e praticamente personalizzata. Un'esperienza che porteremo nel cuore.

Ambiente rilassante soprattutto per chi ama il contatto con la natura e un' accoglienza umana, sincera, ma non stucchevole o eccessiva, Elena ha da poco iniziato l'attività quindi la struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione, ma ci si sente subito a casa propria anche se come noi si rimane per pochissimo tempo, grazie alla capacità della padrona di casa si stabile immediatamente relazioni empatiche già al primo contatto telefonico. Ottima la pulizia e ottima la colazione anche per l'ambiente in cui viene servita; sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo per l'atmosfera, i profumi i colori e i suoni.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 gg in questo posto immerso in un ambiente naturale molto suggestivo tra ulivi e limoni, coccolati da Elena, una persona veramente simpatica e molto disponibile. La sistemazione è confortevole e ben attrezzata. Maria e Antonino.

Super Apartment mit toller Aussicht und Garten! Das Haus ist direkt unterhalb von "Rocca di Perti" gelegen und ideal für Kletterer, Mountainbiker, Wanderer.
Neben einem gutem Frühstück bereitet Elena auch fantastische Säfte zu - sehr lecker! Im Garten kann man gut auf den Liegen entspannen und es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit zu grillen und zu kochen. Sehr gut hat uns das saubere und schöne Badezimmer gefallen. Wer es gern gemütlich und ruhig hat ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato "sopra il borgo" durante un weekend.
Un rifugio dal caos della riviera a pochi passi dalla costa!
Silenzio, pace, natura, tranquillità, pulizia impeccabile e poi Elena è simpaticissima!
E ci ha davvero viziati con una deliziosa ed abbondante colazione preparata da lei con cura!
