Description

Guest house located in the central area, where you can spend a pleasant, relaxing holiday.

With us you can stay comfortably without using the car, in fact all services are within walking distance of the structure.

Autonomous access.

The owners live in the apartment next door and are always available to accommodate guests' needs.

Convention with the beach, which offers discounts for guests of the B&B.

The Simone room has a private internal bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. The Carlotta room, large and bright, with terrace, has an external private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. The Athena room is single, with private internal bathroom, equipped with all comforts and a small terrace overlooking the square.

Towels are changed every 2 days.

Daily tidying up which is usually done in the morning, occasionally in the early afternoon.

My wife Paola is the one who actually manages the facility with my help.

Simotta is the acronym of Simone and Carlotta, our children. Lastly, Athena, our beloved dog, was added.

Mrs. Paola very kind, to go back for her availability and kindness. Unfortunately very noisy but it was predictable given the central location near Aurelia, which on the other hand is convenient as strategic for movements. But the kindness of Paola and the really accurate cleanliness of the room made us appreciate the stay.

Very kind and helpful host. Extremely clean room and close to the beaches. They don't serve a proper breakfast, but there is coffee, water, yogurt, and jams available for the guests, and there is an excellent bakery below the b&b. Highly recommended structure.

A confirmation. I had been a guest at the Simotta property in the past and I am still satisfied. Great location. Clean room with balcony. Bathroom equally clean equipped with hairdryer, all towels and shower mat. If needed again, I will not hesitate in choosing it. Recommend.

Hard to find better! The location is excellent, in a few minutes you are in the city center and on the beach. Paola is very discreet, respecting privacy a lot, but at the same time she is always available for any need, always kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need. They are very clean, with a very comfortable mattress. The room is cool and relaxing thanks to the air conditioner. The noise of cars or the train didn't bother me, inevitable being in the center. But if not, just close the window and you won't hear anything anymore. I had a really great time, highly recommended!

Very kind and helpful host. Structure a stone's throw from the center and the sea, being on a busy street it is normal that it can be a bit noisy with the windows open. Recommended.

Cozy, clean room located near the center and the sea. Breakfast is not provided but Paola offers tea, coffee, juices, biscuits, jam, rusks, and a kettle in each room. Paola is always available, kind, and agreements.

The price is obviously in line with the season. Central location, unfortunately, for those not accustomed to traffic, it is located on a busy street with a railway a few meters away. This remains the only downside of this beautiful accommodation. Kind and helpful managers.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is perfect, the location is a few steps from the sea and the center. We appreciated the kettle and the jams, honey, etc. present in the room to have breakfast by getting something to eat at the bakery downstairs. I stayed in this property for only two days. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. Breakfast is not provided, but in the room, a basket with cookies, rusks, jams, and a kettle is left. It is located in the center, very convenient. Only two drawbacks: it is located on a very busy street; in the evening, due to the small fast food restaurant below, if you leave the windows open, the smell in the room is a bit annoying, but it closes early enough so the discomfort lasts only a few hours.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom is external but for exclusive use. There is also a small balcony with sun loungers and a table for breakfast outdoors. Breakfast was served in the room, the day before we indicated the time and our preferences with a wide choice. At the entrance, there is a coffee machine available for guests and in the room a kettle. Convenient location, a few steps from the center and the seafront. The only downside is the noise: the room is on the first floor above a sandwich shop. The place should (in theory) close at 10 pm but it is probably a meeting place for several young people who talked loudly until late. Furthermore, the B&B is close to the Aurelia.

I would say excellent stay, the owner lovely and welcoming, the structure perfect in cleanliness and 100% hygiene and cozy furnishings, perfect area just a short walk from the sea, great parking area, abundant breakfast, I would say quality/price 10 not easy to find, only downside few rooms and I'm afraid I won't find a place for my next stay in Loano.

Upon arrival at the B&B Simotta, we were greeted by Paola, the owner, a very sociable person who immediately made herself very available both in presenting the structure to us and in giving us all the information to make the most of our weekend. I give the manager a perfect 10 because I cannot give more. We stayed, my wife, daughter, and I for a weekend, what can I say, really a nice place, clean, well-kept, comfortable, and just a stone's throw from the center and the sea. The managers were truly friendly and kind, whom we thank for their hospitality and availability. What else can I say, if we were to pass by that area again, the stop is guaranteed.

È la prima volta che andiamo in un B&B e ci siamo trovati molto bene dalla signora Paola, tutti i giorni un'abbondante colazione, c'era tanta scelta, croissant focaccia yogurt succhi ecc. La signora Paola molto socievole e simpatica, ci ritornerei subito, poi tutte le comodità a pochi passi dal centro e poi avevamo l'accesso autonomo.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica e si presenta in ottime condizioni. La proprietaria la signora Paola è deliziosa, disponibile e molto cordiale. La struttura si presenta in ottime condizioni, ben ristrutturata e curata nei dettagli offre un piacevole soggiorno coi colori del mare. Le persone che se ne occupano sono squisite e disponibili. La posizione è ideale per potersi muovere senza auto in totale tranquillità: a 5 minuti dal mare e dal centro in una località splendida e ricca di posti per tutti i gusti. Piazza Valerga è la piazza del mercato settimanale di Loano, quindi centralissimo e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. A giro di piede bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Stanza fresca e accogliente, bagno pulitissimo, un terrazzino in cucina dove la mattina ho preso un magnifico caffè prima di iniziare una giornata pesante (3 giorni di viaggio in giro per l'Europa). Ho soggiornato una sola notte ma visto il seguito, è stata la migliore. Ci ritornerei anche per un periodo più lungo.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per un solo w.e Insieme ad una mia amica. Paola, la proprietaria, è una persona molto ospitale, cordiale e disponibile. La struttura è molto pulita ed accogliente e la colazione davvero abbondante e per tutti i gusti! Unico appunto: la camera che affaccia sulla strada è un po' rumorosa d'estate ma grandemente ripagata dall'ospitalità.

Sono arrivato in bicicletta dalla Val Pellice e ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di tenere la bicicletta in camera, concessami gentilmente dai gestori. La colazione è stata fantastica, non potevo desiderare di meglio. Non ho finito mai le porzioni disponibili a ciascuno.

Molto accogliente, confortevole. Pulizia ottima. Arredamento semplice ma di gusto. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Unica pecca la posizione: pur essendo centrale e servita, per raggiungere il lungomare si è obbligati ad attraversare la ferrovia e l'Aurelia, cosa peraltro molto comune a tanti altri B&B siti in Liguria. La titolare è molto cortese. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura sia a famiglie che a giovani.
