The B&B is found in the center of the delegation of Sestri Ponente (of which takes the ancient name SEXTUM), in a building to first floor. Dista 20 min from the ancient (aquarium, museum of the sea, his/her children's city) Port, from the historical center (Cathedral, Ducal Building etc..), 10 min from the center fun and Multisala You Fiumara.
The apartment from a little restructured, it is spacious and comforting, to your disposition there are 2 ample rooms (around 17mq): one with matrimonial bed and the other with two beds completely you furnish, where possible to add us the third bed or the quarter with bed to castle is. The baths are two in common use among the guests: a suit with shower and Phone, the second with wc and sink.
The first breakfast will be served in the special room, where you can also stop for following programs TV, or to read one of the books that you will find to disposition. The BBSEXTUM is heart of Sestri Ponente situated of it, calm and flourishing commercial center. To few footsteps from the homonym one By pedestrian traditionally frequented for the "tubs" and the shopping, next to the park Villa Red, to the renewed Cinema Theater Verdi and to the adjacent Parking.
For the lovers of the walks there are innumerable itineraries to discover for every difficulty.

- 100 meters from the bus stops;
- 200 meters from the Sestri Ponente train station, where you can reach Genova Principe and Genova Brignole central stations in 10-15 minutes (where you can visit the Old Port, the Aquarium, the Museum of the Sea, the Children's City, the Lighthouse, the Palace of the Prince, the Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the Carlo Felice, Piazza de Ferrari, Piazza della Vittoria, etc);
- 300 meters from the Sestri Padre Antero Micone Hospital;
- Approximately 1 kilometer from the Cristoforo Colombo airport (shuttle service available upon request);
- 1 kilometer from the highway exits: for those coming from the east, Genova-Aeroporto, from the west Genova-Pegli, from both sides follow the signs for Sestri center and then to the Piazza-Oriani parking or the State Police Headquarters.
- Approximately 1 kilometer from the Pegli pier where you can board the Nave-Bus to reach the Old Port of Genoa; also from the same pier, you can depart on trips to various tourist destinations (San Fruttuoso di Camogli, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Portovenere).

The owner is very kind and super helpful, breakfast is served when the guest prefers and above all there are no restrictions for check-out, the location of B&B Sextum is perfect: in 7 minutes on foot you reach the station where the shuttle is located that takes you to the airport in 5 minutes.

When I called I told the owner I was afraid I'd get lost so he met me at the station and we went by foot to the B&B. It wasn't difficult to find but I was glad he had met me. He was very friendly and chatted with me. The B&B is very economical and conviently located for traveling to the airport. They also provided a shuttle service to the airport which was just what I needed. It was very clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

È stato tutto perfetto. Peccato che degli inquilini, sia prima di dormire che la mattina alle 7, si siano messi a chiacchierare ad alta voce, ovviamente svegliandomi, ma non è colpa della struttura.
