Serafina is a small family-run guest house, renting rooms in a typical Ligurian house, with a veranda overlooking a flowery mediterranean garden.

Excellent location, a two-minute walk from the station; essential for anyone who wants to visit the Cinque Terre without problems. The owner is very kind, generous with information, and attentive. Excellent breakfast with a good variety. Also well located for visiting the center of Levanto and for finding good places to eat. Recommended.

The owner is reserved but speaks French; she arranged a solution for a late arrival. Good advice. The cottage is quiet and well located: very close to the station for access to the Cinque Terre and a 10-minute walk from the center of Levanto. Small free municipal parking in front of the house. Rustic and somewhat dark interior on the ground floor facing the pretty garden. It includes a small private kitchen.

Thanks to Anna and her great B&B, I felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Quiet, beautiful garden and great breakfast. Only a few minutes to the center and the train station. Anna is very helpful and gives a lot of tips. I will definitely come back and can only recommend the B&B.

First of all, we would like to say many thanks to the wonderful hostess. Anna has everything very well organized and was very helpful. The breakfasts were tasty. We really enjoyed our stay in this charming place with a beautiful garden. The house itself is a good example of original local architecture. We were happy to come back to the house after our daily trips. The location is very convenient. The train station is 5-7 minutes walk away. The fruit shop is 2-3 minutes from the house. The seaside is 10 minutes walk away. We were absolutely happy. Dear Anna, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

My week at Anna's was wonderful! Very nice room with private bathroom and shared kitchen. The house is the ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings. It takes three minutes to get to the train station and twelve to the sea. My favorite time of the day was breakfast on the terrace! A so varied and delicious selection I never expected, plus the view of the beautiful garden! I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay in B&B Serafina. The property has a beautiful garden (with a lot of mosquitos, repellent is necessary), with nice places to sit. The host wanted to upgrade us to a better room, which was very kind. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about Levanto. If you want to sleep in, make sure to communicate because the cleaners only clean in the morning, to avoid unnecessary wake-ups. Only a 10 minute walk to Levanto city center.

Cozy accommodation with a beautiful garden. The center of Levanto, as well as the beach, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The train station is 5 minutes away. There is a kitchen but without an oven or stove, so cooking is not possible. In the evenings, there are many mosquitoes in the garden, mosquito repellent is absolutely necessary!

I spent a wonderful holiday week at Serafina. My room was nicely furnished and I immediately felt comfortable. Anna is an extremely helpful and friendly host. You can quickly and easily walk to the old town, the beach, or through the cool tunnel in the beautiful neighboring town of Bonassola. Thanks to the proximity to the train station, excursions are very easy. So even without a car, you are mobile! Breakfast in the blooming garden was a delight every day! Just be prepared to defend yourself against aggressive mosquitoes and protect yourself accordingly. I can 100% recommend a stay at Serafina and would gladly come back!

Mrs. Anna is generous with advice and very kind regarding any needs, practically always present living on the upper floors. Our bathroom was windowless but equipped with ventilation, a pity for the lack of bidet wipes, and perhaps changing the bath linen after three days would make a difference. The property has a garden to enjoy and is in a quiet area near the station that is not at all disturbing, reaching the center takes about ten minutes, we found the bed and pillows comfortable. Recommended as a starting point for the entire Levant.

The owner, who lives above, is charming and very discreet, very good welcome. The rooms are simple and spacious, well decorated, very comfortable beds, with a beautiful bathroom. Very good breakfast for the price, served in the garden which is just fabulous. Located 5 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the center. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights, Levanto is a very good location to visit the 5 Terre, with many restaurants and evening entertainment.

'Serafina' holds hands with Anna and Anna welcomes us kindly. Her smile makes the flowers in her magnificent garden jealous. The structure is strategically located to visit the Cinque Terre as it is five minutes from the train station. It is one kilometer from the sea. To access the room, you had to pass through the shared kitchen area. The room, being on the ground floor and facing directly onto the street, can be noisy at night. Very clean environment. Mrs. Anna was very kind and provided us with excellent tourist and gastronomic tips. Personally highly recommended.

Considering that we are in a very touristy area (and therefore expensive), it is a positive offer considering also the kindness of the lady and the proximity to the train station. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are windowless and the space in the room is not spacious but the garden is very pleasant.

Away from the crowds of the Cinque Terre, but a stone's throw from the train station, very good B&B, ideally located. Our room, beautifully decorated, overlooked the garden with many flowers, lemons, oranges, actinidia. Anna is lovely, always kind and smiling, ready to help. I had a fall on the Levanto Monterosso trail and upon my return she immediately offered me what I needed to repair my pants. We even had a discount on breakfast because my husband didn't have any ham or cheese. She also gives very good advice on restaurants, and thanks to her we had a great time! Levanto is also a very pleasant village, with a seafront and a beach. In short, a very good base to visit the Cinque Terre (especially do not forget Portovenere, the "sixth village"!) and find some peace and quiet when returning in the evening.. This is where we will come back, without hesitation, if we decide to visit the region again.

Very welcoming owner who provides very relevant information upon arrival and speaks French very well. 2 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the beach. Clean places and in line with the description, cleaning done every day! Main negative points: The room facing the street was really very noisy and the Wi-Fi does not reach the room.\n\nWe did not have breakfast, but it seemed very good. service provided by the owner. Overall it was good, but I would choose the garden side if I had to do it again.

My story is not ordinary. I fell on one of the paths of the Cinque Terre: fracture of the left ankle, rupture of the ligament of the right ankle and therefore inability to walk. But what really matters in all this, is the help and generosity of Anna and her mother Marisa. Being alone, they took me to the hospital in Levanto, Marisa stayed with me even during my transfer to La Spezia. They called their friends to find crutches for me (even on a Sunday), they went to the pharmacy for me and prepared excellent breakfasts and dinners for me, etc. I was incredibly lucky to be in this place and I will never thank them enough for all they did for me. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone, but I wish everyone to meet them. Furthermore, their place is very well located, close to the train station and a few minutes from the historical center of Levanto. Breakfast is royal! Sweet, savory, Italian specialties, there is something for everyone and Anna pays attention to what everyone eats. The place is very peaceful and each room has its own table outside (set for breakfast before your wake-up). Upon arrival, Anna will give you the necessary information to enjoy the region. No need to go to the tourist office, you will have everything upon arrival and extra recommendations not provided by the tourist office. So don't hesitate, go for it, all criteria are met and your stay will be perfect!

This Bed and Breakfast perfectly matches the description. Located near the train station with no noise disturbance and a few minutes walk from the city center, it has a free parking in front of the gate. The flower-loving owner opens her charming garden to us, which is delightful. What a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace in front of this garden with scents of jasmine, lemon, and orange. The breakfast is particularly generous and of high quality, and Anna is very attentive to everyone's tastes. Anna, very friendly, speaks French and provided us with good information (The appreciated extra touch: the loan of old bicycles!). We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and will come back!

Our welcoming host and family could not have made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast: lovely fresh focaccia every morning. The free use of bikes allowed us to explore. Serafina is away from the seafront, and so quieter. We are glad we chose to stay just outside Cinque Terre - Levanto is a lovely little town with personality, certainly not just inhabited by tourists - it feels properly Italian. Beaches were idyllic and very clean, and there was a very good choice of places to eat. I can thoroughly recommend Serafina.
