Serafina

This is a perfect little haven in a busy part of Italy. Anna was so kind and helpful in providing assistance. We had delicious breakfasts over our 6 days. So close to the station, but no noise at all.

Mrs. Anna is generous with advice and very kind regarding any needs, practically always present living on the upper floors. Our bathroom was windowless but equipped with ventilation, a pity for the lack of bidet wipes, and perhaps changing the bath linen after three days would make a difference. The property has a garden to enjoy and is in a quiet area near the station that is not at all disturbing, reaching the center takes about ten minutes, we found the bed and pillows comfortable. Recommended as a starting point for the entire Levant.

Everything went well, our host was very pleasant and gave good advice. The house is superb with a very pleasant garden. Breakfast under the blooming lemon trees is a delight. The house close to the train station is a plus. We had a very good stay.

A very nice discovery this guest house. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfasts à la carte with good local products (we highly recommend the delicious focaccias) served in the garden at the foot of the lemon trees. A haven of peace. Comfortable and clean room, shared kitchen available 24 hours, enjoyable garden, nearby train station (but no train noise), kind owner, available to solve any problems, a source of various information, never intrusive, rich and personalized breakfast. I can't find any faults.

Very good welcome by Anne and perfect location to discover the Cinque Terre. You can leave the car in the parking lot. Very rich breakfast. The lemon trees in the garden and the scents of the orange tree are a real delight.

Haven of peace the bed and breakfast Serafina! Very close to the train station without being bothered by the noise of the trains (after 23 h nothing) parking in front of the house and exceptional host (Anna)! Thank you Anna for all your good advice, I finally found the Vermentino black label at CRAI.

Ideal location of the structure to visit the Cinque Terre, quiet area, maximum availability on everything from Mrs. Anna.

I had a wonderful time at Serafina. Ann is a very lovely and attentive hostess. She had prepared a fantastic breakfast every morning in a beautiful garden. Serafina is a 5-minute walk from the train station. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Anna, the owner, is simply adorable! She is an absolutely kind and very caring person. The Serafina property is just a 4-minute walk from the station that connects the villages of the 5 lands. Plus, it only takes 5 minutes to reach the center of Levanto and the beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at Serafina. The room was very cozy and clean with its own private bathroom. The garden is also very spacious and beautiful, there’s a possibility to use her bikes as well. Anna is such a nice person and a very good host, we felt super welcomed and safe. Would definitely stay there again!

To those staying in Levanto, I absolutely recommend staying at Serafina. Anna, the owner, is very kind and helpful, always ready to offer the necessary advice for every vacation need. Extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Possibility to use a small kitchen to prepare breakfasts or quick meals. And what about the enchanting garden? Very convenient location: close to the station and a few minutes walk (or by bike) from the town center and the beach.

We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights, Levanto is a very good location to visit the 5 Terre, with many restaurants and evening entertainment.

'Serafina' holds hands with Anna and Anna welcomes us kindly. Her smile makes the flowers in her magnificent garden jealous. The breakfast served in the tenderness of this garden is delicious, the table is set with delicacy and refinement. Anna kindly gives us information, advice for visits, walks, restaurants. Very beautiful and charming establishment with a caring owner for us. Close to the city center but in a quiet area, very close to the train station, free parking on site.

Anna is a welcoming host and shared lots of information regarding exploring Levanto and its region. Her garden is beautiful: ideal for having breakfast or relaxing after sightseeing.

The structure is strategically located to visit the Cinque Terre as it is five minutes from the train station. It is one kilometer from the sea. To access the room, you had to pass through the shared kitchen area. The room, being on the ground floor and facing directly onto the street, can be noisy at night. Very clean environment. Mrs. Anna was very kind and provided us with excellent tourist and gastronomic tips. Personally highly recommended.

We were greeted very well. The structure is pleasant even outside. It's worth it.

We spent two nights at the bed and breakfast Serafina, Mrs. Anna was very kind and helpful. The structure is very close to the historic center of the beautiful Levanto, a stone's throw from the station where you can take the trains to visit the Cinque Terre.

The owner is top-notch: a welcoming and lively reception, advice on nearby visits, a quality breakfast. The rooms are simple but clean, and the garden surrounding the house is a small haven of peace. Ideally located for visiting the Cinque Terre (the station is a 5-minute walk but you can't hear the trains from the room!) An address to highly recommend.

Considering that we are in a very touristy area (and therefore expensive), it is a positive offer considering also the kindness of the lady and the proximity to the train station. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are windowless and the space in the room is not spacious but the garden is very pleasant.

A l'écart de la foule des Cinque Terre, mais à deux pas de la gare, très bon B&B, idéalement situé. Notre chambre, joliment décorée, donnait sur le jardin aux multiples fleurs, citronniers, orangers, actinidia. Anna est adorable, toujours aimable et souriante, prête à rendre service. J'ai fait une chute sur le sentier Levanto Monterosso, et en rentrant elle m'a proposé immédiatement de quoi réparer mon pantalon. Nous avons même eu une réduction sur le petit déjeuner parce que mon mari n'a pris ni jambon ni fromage. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil pour les restaurants, et grâce à elle nous nous sommes régalés! Levanto est par ailleurs un village très agréable, avec un front de mer et une plage. Bref, une très bon point de chute pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre (surtout ne pas oublier Portovenere, le "sixième village"!) et retrouver un peu de calme en rentrant le soir..C'est là que nous reviendrons, sans hésitation, si nous décidons de visiter à nouveau la région.

Propriétaire très accueillante qui fourni plusieurs informations très pertinentes à l'arrivée et qui parle très bien français. À 2 minutes de la gare et 15 minutes de la plage. Lieux propres et conformes à la description, ménage fait tous les jours! Principaux pointsnégatifs: La chambre côté rue, c'était vraiment très bruyant et le wi-fi ne se rend pas dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, mais il semblait très bon. service fait par la propriétaire. Globalement c'était bien, mais j'opterais pour le côté jardin si c'était à refaire.

Mon histoire n'est pas banale. Je suis tombée sur un des sentiers des Cinque Terre: fracture de la cheville gauche, rupture du ligament de la cheville droite et donc impossibilité de marcher. Mais ce n'est pas important. Le plus important dans tout ça, c'est l'aide et la générosité d'Anna et de sa maman Marisa. Etant partie toute seule, c'est elles qui m'ont emmené à l'hôpital de Levanto, Marisa est restée avec moi et ce, même pendant mon transfert à La Spezia. Elles ont téléphoné à leurs amis pour me trouver des béquilles (un dimanche), elles ont été à la pharmacie pour moi et m'ont préparé d'excellents déjeuners et dîners etc etc..J'ai eu une chance incroyable d'être dans cet endroit et je ne les remercierai jamais assez pour tout ce qùelles ont fait pour moi. Je ne souhaite à personne ce qui m'est arrivé, mais je souhaite à tout le monde de faire leur connaissance. Par ailleurs, leur maison est très bien située, tout près de la gare et à quelques minutes du centre historique de Levanto. Le petit déjeuner est royal ! Sucré, salé, spécialités italiennes, il y en a pour tous les goûts et Anna fait attention à ce que chacun mange. L'endroit est très paisible et chaque chambre a sa table devant la chambre (dressée pour le petit déjeuner avant votre réveil). A votre arrivée, Anna vous donnera les infos nécessaires pour profiter de la région. Pas besoin de passer par l'office du tourisme, vous aurez tout à votre arrivée et avec en prime des recommandations non fournies par l'office du tourisme. Alors n'hésitez pas, foncez, tous les critères sont remplis et votre séjour sera parfait!

Ce B&B correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Situé à proximité de la gare sans aucune nuisance sonore et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, il bénéficie d'un parking gratuit devant le portail. La propriétaire passionnée de fleurs, nous ouvre son jardin de charme qui est ravissant. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse devant ce jardin aux parfums de jasmin, citronnier, oranger. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et de qualité et Anna est très attentive aux goûts de chacun. Anna très sympathique parle le français et nous a bien renseignés (Le petit + apprécié: le prêt des vieux vélos!). Nous recommandons ce B&B et nous reviendrons!

Un cadre enchanteur (jardin de charme), un accueil de qualité (hôtesse sympathique et attentive aux souhaits de ses hôtes), un emplacement bien situé (proche de la gare et non loin du centre de Levanto) et un petit déjeuner copieux et personnalisé selon les goûts de chacun: un séjour fort agréable. Wir haben uns im "Serafina" sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstück im sehr schön angelegten Garten. Und natürlich die guten Vorschläge für unsere Unternehmungen waren sehr wertvoll.

Our welcoming host and family could not have made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast: lovely fresh focaccia every morning. The free use of bikes allowed us to explore. Serafina is away from the seafront, and so quieter. We are glad we chose to stay just outside Cinque Terre - Levanto is a lovely little town with personality, certainly not just inhabited by tourists - it feels properly Italian. Beaches were idyllic and very clean, and there was a very good choice of places to eat. I can thoroughly recommend Serafina.
