The apartments, of various sizes, have recently been renovated and are equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. On the second floor of the building, guests can find the garden, surrounded by the medieval walls of the town.

I highly recommend this holiday home. The apartments are well equipped, the cleanliness is impeccable, the location is excellent and the garden is a real hidden gem. What makes the stay magical is being in a former convent with a sea view: a unique and fascinating atmosphere. The owners are friendly and very helpful, always attentive to guests' needs. Kindness, professionalism and attention to the needs of the guests. We were 6 with 4 kids and enjoyed our stay at the property. We will return.

Beautiful structure, clean, well-kept and equipped with everything you need. The strong point is the courtesy, attention, and hospitality of Paola and her husband. They make you feel at home and it is a pleasure to exchange a few words with them. The only downside is the civic bell that rings too often, but the managers are not to blame for this.

Charming structure, an ex-convent, in the center of Levanto but convenient for parking. The owners are very kind and take care to come and pick up the luggage in the square, 1 minute on foot from the structure. Everything is very beautiful, you are independent. There is also a beautiful garden.

A lovely place to stay! The hosts were very nice and hospitable. It was easy to get in touch with them and they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Everything was clean and there were towels to use, even for the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great to have. Lots of space in the apartment, and it is very well equipped. I love the fact that there were salt, oil, and vinegar for use in the kitchen and water bottles in the fridge. This was the best place we stayed at during our trip to Italy. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast!

A fantastic holiday on a hill in the old town. 13 days. Room well equipped, we cooked for ourselves. Shopping is not a problem: 10 minutes walk to the shops in the old town. Also 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. Everything for an Italian breakfast was available in the room. Lunch on the sunbed under the tree in the large garden. Paola and Fabrizio are perfect hosts.

The location is ideal, the property is quaint and comfortable, but the best aspect of our stay was the wonderful hospitality of our charming hosts Fabrizio and Paola. They made our stay very special indeed! From picking us up at the train station, to the ice cream and pastry party our last night, they were friendly, helpful, accommodating and great fun. Highly recommended!

Very, very nice BnB, great location in the heart of the historic old town, very quiet, sea view, not far from the beach. Beautiful large garden. Many great restaurants and bars nearby. The owners Paola and Fabrizio are very warm and helpful, it was the perfect stay.

Beautiful apartments in a historic setting (short climb from Piazza del Popolo, building between the Church of San Giacomo and an ancient deconsecrated church) with terraced gardens (numerous tables for outdoor dining, deck chairs for relaxation, a treehouse and a hammock) with breathtaking views of the sea; the hosts, a very kind and caring Romagnol couple: they carried all our luggage on their Fiat 600, they provided us with a packaged but excellent breakfast (in terms of quality and portions - Pago fruit juices, Nutella snacks, various flavored jams, honey, plumcake, rusks, chocolate chip cookies, coffee biscuits) and a kitchen equipped with everything (salt, sugar, UHT milk, coffee, oil, vinegar, cases of water!, dish detergent, plenty of towels); bathroom with hairdryer, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, several drying racks available; in addition to a good number of bath towels to use in the apartment, we could use beach towels provided by them, as well as 2 umbrellas on the premises (there were others too) - avoiding the need to bring them from home (both beach towels and umbrellas for the free beach); we highly recommend it!

Structure really very nice, fabulous location, close to the center with a sea view. The owners are two very kind people. The apartments are well-kept and clean and are provided with everything necessary for the stay (cleaning products, kitchen supplies, towels, etc.). To top it off, a huge garden with sea views for guests to use, who, like us, have children, will surely appreciate the presence of a fantastic tree house with ropes to climb down and various games inside. I highly recommend staying at San Giacomo.

Great stay in this apartment in Levanto. We were able to park the car in a spot below with a parking permit left by the owners. Our luggage was carried up to the apartment! Ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre.
