Salva's House is a 64-square-meter apartment located on the first hill, in a peaceful setting that offers a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. The spaces are bright and well-organized, designed to provide comfort and functionality for both short and long stays.

The living area features large windows that enhance natural light and opens onto a balcony with views of the sea and hills, perfect for relaxing moments. This area includes a sofa, a smart TV with access to major streaming platforms, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, including an electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, and everything needed for independent cooking.

The master bedroom ensures tranquility and privacy, while the bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the living area, is equipped with a shower featuring chromotherapy lighting, a bidet, and a sink, offering a well-maintained and comfortable space. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The location allows for easy access to major points of interest: the historic center is just a few minutes away on foot, as is the train station and the marina. Getting onto the A12 motorway is quick and convenient, making the accommodation practical for those traveling by car. The surrounding hills also provide great opportunities for hiking and nature walks.

Salva's House is not a bed and breakfast, but I do provide guests with essentials for a basic breakfast buffet: rusks, bread, jam, milk (1L in the fridge upon arrival), espresso with pods, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, and fresh fruit. When I can, I like to find a few more "surprises, " like fresh focaccia and croissants.

I like hosting because I have always traveled and stayed many times with private individuals, where I found the true "living" of the place, I have always been welcomed with family "warmth" and I like to propose this type of hospitality without invading the privacy of the guests. I am available for advice and help as much as possible during guests' stay at their request. I have "mountain sickness, " so I can recommend accessible Hiking trails in the beautiful mountains in our hinterland, as well as the best way to get around the coast to visit beauties like Portofino, La Cinque Terre, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, and Genoa.
