Our property is placed near to beaches and local lido facilities ("Spiaggia di Levanto"...) in the old city centre. "Residenza Cavour" is designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail and is the perfect place both for families on the move which will feel right at home here and for a romantic holiday in a reserved setting.
Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on food and wine tours.
Close by our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.
Residenza Cavour consists of two independent apartments: each one has two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, hallways, a bathroom and a very large terrace equipped with gazebo and sun loungers.
Each apartment is equipped with video intercom, air conditioning, heating system, Wi-fi at high speed, a 55 inch SMART TV connected to internet and to Hot Bird ed ASTRA satellites.
Each kitchen is fitted with induction hob for cooking of food, fridge, freezer, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle. L
Hosts will provide the information needed in Italian and in English.
