You can't beat this location if you want to explore Cinque Terre and La Spezia. And a good solution for the breakfast (across the street). The only thing we didn't like was the very loud air conditioning which had to be turned off because of the noise. Which means the room gets hot.

Very pleasant and very clean accommodation. In addition, the bedding is of quality. The accommodation is ideally located to go to the train station, which is also its drawback with a very busy and therefore noisy street. We are very happy, Manuel has been responsive and attentive.

Beautiful accommodation, comfortable, clean and tidy. A few meters from the center on one side and from the train station on the other. Ideal for exploring Cinque Terre. We will come back! Thank you very much!

The host was very kind and informative. The room was very clean and fully equipped. However, the room is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

Manuel, the host, is very helpful and kind! Everything is very good, there is nothing to complain about. A suggestion: I would use a different, more absorbent and hygienic mat for the shower. Thank you Manuel!

Amazing place to visit the Cinque Terre, less than 2 minutes away from the train station, very clean and looks brand new. The host was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family that want to visit the surroundings. Thank you!
