Description
A Bed & Breakfast located in a dominating position over the centre of Genoa with a splendid panoramic view. It is located 10 minutes from the two main train stations and a few bus stops from the Aquarium of Genoa and the historical centre (you can reach both also by feet in a few minutes).

It has a room that can be converted into single or double occupancy (with refreshing fan system) with an abundant breakfast served on the terrace.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari, molto celeri nelle risposte via mail in fase di prenotazione. La struttura è in un quartiere tranquillo e abbastanza in prossimità del centro. È completa sotto ogni aspetto, molto accogliente, pulita e con una bella vista panoramica (ultimo piano). Esperienza da ripetere! Un saluto da Fabio.

Ideale per un soggiorno a Genova in un ambiente pulito, comodo e tranquillo. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. La vista dalla terrazzina è fantastica.
