The Bed & Breakfast Taverna degli Ulivi and Quincas Berro d’Agua Bed and Breakfast, are two nice guest houses situated on the Ligurian coast, 20 km from Genoa and 4 Km from the seaside, in the heart of the Golfo Paradiso.

At the B&B Quincas, breakfasts are self-service style: every morning, we take care of setting the table for the guests and providing everything necessary for the preparation of milk, coffee (moka), and tea.

Due to regulatory reasons, all food items are packaged and include: croissants, ribbon-shaped pastries, pound cake, assorted snacks, petit biscuits, shortbread biscuits, rusks, bread, corn flakes, fruit juice, jam, Nutella, honey, soluble barley, and instant coffee.

There is a refrigerator available to guests in the breakfast room.

The structure is small but very well-kept, the host is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the soundproofing of the room, unfortunately, you could hear all the noise from the adjacent room and at night it was a bit annoying.

The owner was very helpful, providing us with detailed information on which places to visit in the surroundings. It is noticeable that she enjoys welcoming tourists. The Italian breakfast is plentiful. The setting is very nice and allows you to reach Camogli in a few minutes. Clean and tidy environments.

Lovely place on a hill among olive trees. 10 minutes by car from the train station, very convenient to reach Genoa. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room is very spacious and the breakfast is excellent.

Structure located in a not easy to reach place, but the owners were very helpful in providing us with information. Our room was very large, with a panoramic loft, really beautiful. We stayed only one night but in the room there was everything necessary for an even longer stay. Definitely recommended for those who want a good starting point to spend a few days in Liguria.

The issue with the property is the location, not easy to reach, probably a rather common issue in Liguria, considering the rather rugged natural environment. Apart from this aspect, for which one must anticipate some difficulty in accessing it, the property offers positive features, from cleanliness, to the family-like character of the establishment and the friendly demeanor of those who manage it. From the bed and breakfast, it is easy to reach Quincas Berro d'Agua and Moneglia, close to the highway entrance. I had a short vacation with two children, aged 6 and 8, a positive experience. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended to visit Portofino, Camogli, and San Fruttuoso. Easy to find, street parking but convenient. There is a small uphill walk, but not demanding. Clean and spacious room, very large bathroom. Very clean environment. Extremely kind and helpful host. Super breakfast!

Though approximately a 7-minute drive away from Recco, it is a nice countryside location (beware of the stairs going up to the house from the road and help staying in form!) where you can fantastically sleep due to fresh air and a lot of wood in the house. Also the host is very nice and friendly - we enjoyed staying there a lot.

We stayed at this property for only one night, passing through to other locations. Our room was spacious, albeit a bit spartan, with a clean and very large private bathroom; the location is very good, you can reach the center of Recco in a few minutes by car; given that to reach Quincas Berro d'Agua you have to walk a few hundred meters on not very comfortable stairs (all indicated by the manager, anyway), I recommend a light luggage and not like what we did, a rigid suitcase. Apart from this small flaw, the rest was wonderful: the owner is a delightful person who makes you feel comfortable and prepares truly spectacular cakes and bread for breakfast.

Just outside Recco, at a slightly lower price than other operators in the area. Large room with kitchenette, private bathroom although outside the room. The path to get to the room is a bit uncomfortable, especially for those with many bags or strollers; on the other hand, fireflies shine at night to show you the way!

Location on the hill, good panoramic view from the balcony of the room, a bit uncomfortable to reach but in return it is clean, fair price, the people who welcomed us were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I stayed only one night but the overall judgment is positive. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely return to them. Regards.
