Description

Our B&B is located just a short walk from the beaches, bathing establishments and the center of Finale Ligure, all reachable on foot in just a few minutes. This is a strategic point to reach the famous historic center of Finalborgo, which can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes or by bus. There are many free parking areas nearby (via Dante Alighieri) and those who wish to arrive by train can easily reach the structure in just a few minutes.

Property Features:
Our structure is the ideal location for all families traveling and they will feel right at home. Our guests can take advantage of rooms with different options for the bathroom (private, exclusive), free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time of the night, and a kitchenette.

Our Rooms:
In the air-conditioned rooms, our clients will find a hairdryer, internet access, a baby bed (to be requested at the time of booking), television, and a mirror. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 travelers in:
- 2 rooms "Double Room 2", each of which can accommodate 3 people

Mobility:
Thanks to its location, our structure is perfect for transfers due to its proximity to the train and bus station "Stazione Finale Ligure".

After carrying out renovation work, we have allocated a floor of the building for tourist reception purposes. We are here to offer you a pleasant and familiar stay experience, ready to help you with all your needs.

We pay close attention to the cleanliness of the environment and guarantee a well-prepared and tasty breakfast. The establishment is located inside a building on the third floor with an elevator and easy to reach by both train (at the station exit, turn immediately left and after passing the railway underpass, the structure can be reached on the right side about 200 meters away) and by car parking nearby (via Dante A. and via Ippolito N.) with free parking spaces; about 200 meters in front of the train station, there are bus stops to easily reach other locations and the charming villages of Varigotti, Noli and Verezzi; 300 meters away is the beach and the center of Finale Ligure where in the characteristic "carruggi liguri" you can go shopping or discover places where you can taste typical Ligurian dishes and relax along the romantic palm promenade; in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the historic center of Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The vacation at this Bed & Breakfast was truly pleasant. The management of the property is really excellent in caring for many small details as well as for more obvious aspects like cleanliness, location, and functional, well-kept furnishings. The kitchen really has everything available, and the possibility to have lunch and dinner in the very nice dining area gives the feeling of being at home. The fact that there are only three rooms allows for always having free space to comfortably prepare lunch. The breakfast at the nearby pastry shop is a good start to the day. A definitely positive experience!! The owners are very kind!

My daughter and I stayed in Finale Ligure for 1 week. We stayed at Pioggia di Sole. We were welcomed by Lyudmila and Agostino, who were very hospitable and kind! Our room was spacious, with a balcony and a large bathroom inside the room. I would like to particularly emphasize the cleanliness! The property also had a spacious, fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, dishes, etc. Guests have the possibility to prepare any dish from the local cuisine. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Every day the owners provided water and juice in the room. Guests were also given vouchers for breakfast at a bar 5 minutes away from the hotel. Nearby the property, there are a pastry shop, a pizzeria, a supermarket, and small fruit and vegetable shops. The train station is a 7-minute walk away (no noise could be heard in the room!) and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop nearby to reach nearby settlements. We will remember our time in Finale with joy and warmth, and we are grateful to Lyudmila and Agostino for welcoming us!

We stayed at Lyudmyla and Agostino's B&B for a week and were extremely satisfied with the structure and services offered: the owners are very kind and helpful, ready to meet our every need; the beach is less than 10 minutes away from the property, very convenient to reach; also the city center is very close, reachable in 5 minutes; we consider the location optimal. Very satisfied with the rooms that have everything necessary and are cleaned every day: they are quite spacious, with a perfectly functioning air conditioner, balcony and large bathroom with a window. We found the kitchenette provided for guests very functional, always stocked with everything (coffee, tea, oil, salt, etc.), clean and tidy. We highly recommend it! We will definitely come back!

Room with balcony and private bathroom, spacious and very clean (cleaning is done every day). Possibility to use the shared kitchen and refrigerator. A short walk from the station and convenient to reach the sea, the city center, and the old town on foot. The owners are very kind, attentive, and available to meet the guests' needs (early check-in and luggage storage at check-out. In our case, they even let us use the room until departure, as it was not booked). Breakfast included, to be enjoyed in a nice bar a stone's throw from the apartment. Highly recommended.

In Finale for a few days by the sea, we can say that we were treated like at home. Welcoming, friendly and caring hosts, always available for any doubts or advice. Spacious and very clean room, comfortable balcony both for hanging clothes and for taking a breath of fresh air (on the balcony there is a small table and chairs). We also appreciated the opportunity to use the fridge in the shared kitchen to store fresh fruit or drinks. Fruit shop, bar, bakery, all extremely close by. We will gladly return!

Highly recommended! We had a great time in this accommodation. Cozy and functional room, with a balcony as well. Great location in relation to the highway, the train station, the sea (5 minutes on foot), Finalborgo (15 minutes on foot), the cliffs. The owners are welcoming and kind. The room was cleaned every day... A hotel service, with a bed and breakfast price! Breakfast is done with coupons at a pastry shop a few minutes away on foot. We stayed at the B&B Pioggia di Sole for a few days at the sea and more with our 5-month-old daughter. We found kindness and courtesy from Lyudmila and Agostino who didn't let us miss anything despite the covid restrictions and the various needs related to the baby. Our room was spacious enough (we managed to fit our camping cot without sacrificing space), very clean, with all the comforts and equipped with a decent little terrace with a table, chairs, and a clothesline. The location is at the beginning of the village (a stone's throw from the station and a free parking lot) and about a 10-minute walk from the seafront and the alleys of the historic center of Finale Marina. From the structure, you can reach the beautiful medieval village of Finalborgo (listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy) in 15/20 minutes on foot. The only flaw is the B&B's position on the third floor which can be accessed both by stairs and by the small elevator. A bit tight and claustrophobic for those who suffer from these problems. We still adapted and had no problems with luggage or the stroller (even though we had to carry the base separately from the stroller). A thank you to Lyudmila and Agostino who welcomed us into their home making us feel at home.

I come here almost every year since September 2009 (they had opened a few months ago). When I come, I always feel like I'm at home, because they make you feel that way, as if you were at home, and this is what makes the difference. I can only confirm what is written in the other reviews. The owners Agostino and Lyudmyla are 2 kind and helpful people who meet every customer's need. Over the years, they have also made small improvements to the rooms. Also, in this particular period of covid, they explained to me that they are very attentive to sanitization and this is very important. The breakfast is abundant and of good quality: focaccia, croissants, bread butter and jam, rusks, cookies, coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, yogurt and fruit juices (and you can't finish everything). During breakfast, Lyudmyla keeps you company and seems more like a friend than a perfect host. The rooms are spacious and all have a small balcony. Those who came with me and I have always had a great time and we recommended it to our friends.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in this excellent B&B run by a very kind, caring, and friendly couple. Our room with a small balcony is spacious, clean, and well sanitized, as is the bathroom. The structure is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and consists of 3 rooms and a kitchen available to customers where a good breakfast is served that includes different types of focaccia and fresh pastries every morning among the various products. The location is very convenient even for those who do not use a car, as it is a 5-minute walk from the railway and bus station, 10 minutes from the beach and the “budello”, 15/20 minutes from the beautiful and suggestive Borgo. Excellent value for money. A big thank you to Agostino and Lyudmyla who pampered us.

The apartment is comfortable and very well organized even in shared spaces. Excellent cleanliness and there is a remarkable attention to details. In July we spent a pleasant week of vacation marked by comfort, kindness, and availability. All the premises were always very clean, varied and abundant breakfast with the possibility to take away what was not consumed, the unique opportunity to cook both for lunch and dinner, the very useful air conditioning in the room, TV and free Wi-Fi. Great Bed & Breakfast. Too bad about the bathroom being outside the room, which makes it uncomfortable because you have to cross the hallway, passing in front of the other rooms that have an internal bathroom. Otherwise, everything perfect, excellent breakfast, staff very kind and helpful. Cleanliness is ok. I will definitely come back.

Inside a condominium in a convenient area close to the sea, the train station, and the city center, few spacious rooms with comfortable bed, new and windowed bathroom, large shower. We have just stayed at this bed and breakfast and I must say it absolutely reflects all the positive reviews we have read. The property is very well maintained, recently renovated, the fixtures are excellent, so even if you are close to the road, the noises are muffled. Complete with WiFi and air conditioning, the breakfast is really good and abundant, outside the classic Ligurian schemes. The owners are really kind and discreet. Excellent value for money, we will return as soon as possible.

Easily reachable from Finale Station, a few minutes walk from the Palm Promenade and the sea. Available and discreet managers. Excellent breakfast served in the kitchen with the possibility to take away what is left. Communal kitchen for lunch or dinner if needed. The location is perfect, close to the train station and halfway between the historic center of Finale Ligure and Finalborgo (a little gem). Highly recommended, we didn't find a single flaw.
