Our B&B is located just a short walk from the beaches, bathing establishments and the center of Finale Ligure, all reachable on foot in just a few minutes. This is a strategic point to reach the famous historic center of Finalborgo, which can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes or by bus. There are many free parking areas nearby (via Dante Alighieri) and those who wish to arrive by train can easily reach the structure in just a few minutes.

Property Features:
Our structure is the ideal location for all families traveling and they will feel right at home. Our guests can take advantage of rooms with different options for the bathroom (private, exclusive), free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time of the night, and a kitchenette.

In the air-conditioned rooms, our clients will find a hairdryer, internet access, a baby bed (to be requested at the time of booking), television, and a mirror. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 travelers in:

Welcome! We are Lyudmila and Agostino, a couple who have been managing the Pioggia di Sole B&B for over ten years. After carrying out renovation work, we have allocated a floor of the building for tourist reception purposes. We are here to offer you a pleasant and familiar stay experience, ready to help you with all your needs.

We pay close attention to the cleanliness of the environment and guarantee a well-prepared and tasty breakfast. Additionally, we will be happy to provide you with useful information about the best beaches, restaurants, and recreational, sporting, and cultural activities to do in Finalese and the surrounding area.

The establishment is located inside a building on the third floor with an elevator and easy to reach by both train (at the station exit, turn immediately left and after passing the railway underpass, the structure can be reached on the right side about 200 meters away) and by car parking nearby (via Dante A. and via Ippolito N.) with free parking spaces; about 200 meters in front of the train station, there are bus stops to easily reach other locations and the charming villages of Varigotti, Noli and Verezzi; 300 meters away is the beach and the center of Finale Ligure where in the characteristic "carruggi liguri" you can go shopping or discover places where you can taste typical Ligurian dishes and relax along the romantic palm promenade; in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the historic center of Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Room with balcony and private bathroom, spacious and very clean (cleaning is done every day). Possibility to use the shared kitchen and refrigerator. A short walk from the station and convenient to reach the sea, the city center, and the old town on foot. The owners are very kind, attentive, and available to meet the guests' needs (early check-in and luggage storage at check-out. In our case, they even let us use the room until departure, as it was not booked). Breakfast included, to be enjoyed in a nice bar a stone's throw from the apartment. Highly recommended.

I had a great time at Pioggia di Sole: impeccable cleanliness, spacious room with a balcony in an optimal location near the train station, bus stop, the sea, and all the local amenities. Spacious room equipped with air conditioning, very large and new bathroom, shared kitchen with a convenient refrigerator to use, impeccable daily cleaning! Excellent breakfast at a nearby bar. Only downside: very close to the station but very busy and consequently noisy! Almost impossible to sleep with the windows open! Free parking in the area, but very difficult to find!

In Finale for a few days by the sea, we can say that we were treated like at home. Welcoming, friendly and caring hosts, always available for any doubts or advice. Spacious and very clean room, comfortable balcony both for hanging clothes and for taking a breath of fresh air (on the balcony there is a small table and chairs). We also appreciated the opportunity to use the fridge in the shared kitchen to store fresh fruit or drinks. Fruit shop, bar, bakery, all extremely close by. We will gladly return!

Highly recommended! We had a great time in this accommodation. Cozy and functional room, with a balcony as well. Great location in relation to the highway, the train station, the sea (5 minutes on foot), Finalborgo (15 minutes on foot), the cliffs. The owners are welcoming and kind. The room was cleaned every day... A hotel service, with a bed and breakfast price! Breakfast is done with coupons at a pastry shop a few minutes away on foot. Right below the bed and breakfast there is a fruit and vegetable shop and an exquisite bakery (Pani e Grani). We will definitely come back! Thank you, Miriam and Alex.

We stayed at the B&B Pioggia di Sole for a few days at the sea and more with our 5-month-old daughter. We found kindness and courtesy from Lyudmila and Agostino who didn't let us miss anything despite the covid restrictions and the various needs related to the baby. Our room was spacious enough (we managed to fit our camping cot without sacrificing space), very clean, with all the comforts and equipped with a decent little terrace with a table, chairs, and a clothesline. The location is at the beginning of the village (a stone's throw from the station and a free parking lot) and about a 10-minute walk from the seafront and the alleys of the historic center of Finale Marina. From the structure, you can reach the beautiful medieval village of Finalborgo (listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy) in 15/20 minutes on foot. The only flaw is the B&B's position on the third floor which can be accessed both by stairs and by the small elevator. A bit tight and claustrophobic for those who suffer from these problems. We still adapted and had no problems with luggage or the stroller (even though we had to carry the base separately from the stroller). A thank you to Lyudmila and Agostino who welcomed us into their home making us feel at home.

I come here almost every year since September 2009 (they had opened a few months ago). When I come, I always feel like I'm at home, because they make you feel that way, as if you were at home, and this is what makes the difference. I can only confirm what is written in the other reviews. The owners Agostino and Lyudmyla are 2 kind and helpful people who meet every customer's need. Over the years, they have also made small improvements to the rooms. Also, in this particular period of covid, they explained to me that they are very attentive to sanitization and this is very important. The breakfast is abundant and of good quality: focaccia, croissants, bread butter and jam, rusks, cookies, coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, yogurt and fruit juices (and you can't finish everything). During breakfast, Lyudmyla keeps you company and seems more like a friend than a perfect host. The rooms are spacious and all have a small balcony. Those who came with me and I have always had a great time and we recommended it to our friends.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in this excellent B&B run by a very kind, caring, and friendly couple. Our room with a small balcony is spacious, clean, and well sanitized, as is the bathroom. The structure is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and consists of 3 rooms and a kitchen available to customers where a good breakfast is served that includes different types of focaccia and fresh pastries every morning among the various products. The location is very convenient even for those who do not use a car, as it is a 5-minute walk from the railway and bus station, 10 minutes from the beach and the “budello”, 15/20 minutes from the beautiful and suggestive Borgo. Excellent value for money. A big thank you to Agostino and Lyudmyla who pampered us.

The apartment is comfortable and very well organized even in shared spaces. Excellent cleanliness and there is a remarkable attention to details. The breakfast is great, abundant and with high-quality products. The courtesy, kindness, and availability of the hosts is truly a highlight! Furthermore, the apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the city/seaside and is a 15/20-minute walk from Finalborgo, so you can forget about the car and move around on foot easily. Sono stata in vacanza qui con mio marito e nostro figlio di due anni. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili, camera e bagno spaziosi, ottima e abbondante la colazione, buona la posizione, parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze, si arriva a piedi in spiaggia in 5-10 minuti e in 3 minuti alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Consigliato!

A luglio abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana di vacanza all'insegna della comodità, della gentilezza e della disponibilità. Tutti i locali sempre pulitissimi, la colazione varia e abbondante con la possibilità di portar via quello che non si consumava, l'opportunità unica di cucinare sia a pranzo, sia a cena, aria condizionata in camera utilissima, tv e Wi-Fi libero. I proprietari molto cordiali e simpatici, sempre pronti a offrire preziosi suggerimenti sui buoni ristoranti, spiagge sabbiose e mete turistiche. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti. Stiamo già pensando di tornare a settembre per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio.

Ottimo B&B. Peccato per il bagno che era fuori dalla camera e proprio per questo risulta essere scomodo perché bisogna attraversare il corridoio, passando davanti alle alter camera che prevedono il bagno interno. Per il resto tutto tutto perfetto, colazione ottima, personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ok. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato in questo bed and breakfast e devo dire che rispecchia assolutamente tutte le recensioni positive che abbiamo letto la struttura è benissimo tenuta appena ristrutturata infissi sono ottimi per cui anche se si è vicini alla strada i rumori sono attutiti e completo di WiFi aria condizionata la colazione è veramente ottima e abbondante al di fuori degli schemi classici liguri i gestori sono veramente gentili e discreti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo appena possibile torneremo.

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione di Finale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata delle Palme e dal mare. Gestori disponibili e discreti. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B con il mio ragazzo e siamo stati davvero bene. Ogni mattina un'ottima colazione (sia dolce che salata) con chiacchierata annessa con i proprietari (gentili e sempre disponibili). La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla stazione e a metà tra il centro storico di finale e Finalborgo (un piccolo gioiello). Super consigliato, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno un difetto.

Decisamente da consigliare! Comodissima anche arrivando in treno, vicina al centro e in una quindicina di minuti si arriva anche a Finalborgo! Colazione buona, accoglienza buona! Struttura pulita. Attenzione, non si può pagare con bancomat. Prodotti doccia non forniti.

Siamo stati accolti moto bene, la struttura molto pulita e tutto nuovo, la colazione buona e abbondante se dovessimo tornare a Finale sicuramente torneremo.

Ottimo B&B, pulito, colazione abbondante (quello che non mangiavamo potevamo portalo via per mangiarlo durante il giorno), Lyudmila e Agostino sono stati molto cordiali, ospitali e disponibili. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato al "Pioggia di Sole" due notti, trovandoci molto bene sotto ogni aspetto: proprietari molto disponibili, stanza accogliente e pulita, ottima colazione, con possibilità di portar via per merenda ciò che non si era consumato. La posizione è molto strategica sia per il mare che per Final Borgo. Grazie a Lyudmyla ed Agostino per la compagnia.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, accoglienza splendida, ampia disponibilità dei gestori, ottima pulizia e discrezionalità anche degli altri clienti. È sicuramente struttura da consigliare, vicina al mare e comodsa a tutti i servizi, spero di poterci tornare Patrizia.

Ottima posizione, vicina al mare e all'incantevole Finalborgo, parcheggio agevole, massima disponibilità da parte dei gestori (mi hanno accolto anche se erano le 22), gentilezza e ottima colazione, privacy. Consigliatissimo. Ci tornerò senz'altro. Francesco.

B&B accogliente, molto pulito, tranquillo e in zona abbastanza centrale con possibilità di raggiungere sia il mare sia il centro storico a piedi con facilità. I gestori sono persone gentili e disponibili. Il prezzo ragionevolissimo. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi vuole un'accoglienza di tipo familiare.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima accoglienza e proprietari cordiali e simpatici, comodo perché a pochi minuti dal mare, dal centro e dalla stazione, il locale è ristrutturato e moderno e inoltre la colazione è abbondante. A mio parere la migliore soluzione per passare qualche giorno al mare.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. L'unico piccolo "neo" riscontrato è che la stanza in cui pernottavamo dava sulla strada principale e si sentiva rumore sino a tardi.

Spero di tornare presto in questo B&B. Comodo, confortevole, pulito e colazione fantastica preparata dal Signor Agostino, una persona eccezionale. Spiaggia a pochi passi e parcheggi vicini. Consiglio questo B&B.

Ho adorato questo B&B e sicuramente ci tornerò. I gestori sono davvero simpatici e gentili; la signora Ludmylla prepara delle fantastiche colazioni. Per non parlare poi della pulizia. Inoltre c'è la possibilità di usare la cucina sia di giorno che di sera, il che è molto comodo. Vicinissimo al mare, a piedi ci vogliono giusto 5 minuti. Lo consiglio a tutti.
