Maurizio's hands knead fresh pasta of all shapes: tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle which are seasoned with typical local sauces, meat sauce or pesto, wild boar or other game, also the basis of excellent stews. The meat comes from a certified Piedmontese farmer who grows and slaughters the animals to make steaks or other grill cuts. Linked to the tradition of this area halfway between the mountains and the sea is the classic Ligurian rabbit. The anchovy bagnùn is also highly appreciated and requested by customers. The proximity to the sea allows you to have fresh fish, with dishes based on the catch of the day. In good weather, meals can be eaten outside, under the roof.

The guest house service, managed by Alessandro Merlini, official mountain bike guide, is almost an obligatory stop for those who choose the dirt roads of the Finalese hinterland or the downhill routes that start from the former NATO base. Alessandro, who also helps in the inn, takes care of the organization of MTB tours, with the Backcountryfinale service, and knows every stone, every plant and detail of all the routes in the surrounding area. In fact, taverns and guest houses offer holiday packages that combine hospitality, good food and mountain bike routes (also with a van to transport bikes for longer journeys).

Nice place, but very far from the sea. Small room but equipped with everything necessary,including a small minibar that is always useful. I would recommend a television (there wasn't one in my room),also because you are really completely off the beaten path. Mobile phones don't get good reception. Internet is absent in the rooms. Dinner was spectacular,everything excellent. Warm welcome. Total relaxation.

Oasis of relaxation. Fantastic place to stay cool and away from the crowded places of the Riviera. Well-renovated farmhouse, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenette. The sea view is fabulous and there is the possibility to take numerous excursions nearby. I absolutely recommend dinner at the restaurant as everything is homemade and cooked on the spot, even using the wood oven. Friendly and very helpful hosts to ensure you lack nothing. Exceptional value for money considering the quality of the restaurant's menu.

Very nice room with a spectacular view. Clean and with a good bathroom. The connected restaurant is just awesome. Make sure to make a reservation, as it was fully booked when we were there. The one downside is that the room is directly next to a road and traffic in the early morning can be noisy. It's a small road so there is not too much traffic 😀.

Spectacular location, but our room was very humid with scorpions around and other animals. There was a lack of a functioning and valid humidifier, and a fan to refresh the air. There was not even a refrigerator to cool the drinks. I do not recommend it, even though it is very economical.

Characteristic place with a beautiful view of the Ligurian Alps and the sea. The only downside is being right next to a panoramic road, which is relatively busy and somewhat ruins the semi-noir atmosphere of the structure. Extremely helpful and friendly managers. Attached tavern very popular.

400 meters from Colle del Melogno, very convenient, right on the road. The managers are very kind and the accommodation is super spacious and equipped with everything.
