New luxury apartment with SUPERLATIVE sea view
Enjoy this sunny and bright two bedrooms apartment called Aquamarine located just few minutes' walk to sandy beaches. Entirely renovated and furnished with care overlooks the sea through large windows. It is on second floor accessed via lift. It is of very high standard, architect designed and furnished with modern comforts. The lounge-dining room is an open-plan living area with wall pink lamps that give a nice ambiance. Decorated windows by large ivory and pink curtains are just in front of the sea. A comfortable damask sofa convertible in large bed (queen sized bed 63' with proper mattress) for your relax. On a rosy ivory ceramic floor there are a rectangular wooden draw-leaf table + 6 straw-bottomed chairs with comfortable cushions ideal for candle dinner. The new kitchen corner area is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, electrical oven, fridge and freezer. It is ivory wooden with decorated knobs and halogen lamps.

It is located in San Remo few minutes walk from sandy beaches, restaurants, coffee bars and shops.

San Remo is an international seaside resort famous for its sandy beaches, the international shopping, the delightful parks and gardens and overall for its mild climate all the year.

It is only 40 minutes' drive from Montecarlo and 1 hour's from Nice airport.

We had a great time! Perfect cleanliness, extreme kindness from Mrs. Clara who met our needs, convenience both in relation to the beach and the city's services. Excellent value for money. If I really have to find a flaw: it doesn't have wireless connection.

Well-furnished, very clean and equipped apartment. Ideal for relaxing, great price and close to the sea and the city center. Mrs. Clara is available, punctual and kind. Definitely worth going back even just for a quick visit to the city. It is worth it and you will surely be very satisfied.

Everything was perfect. Mrs. Clara was punctual, very kind and very helpful in meeting all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and detailed. The location is truly enviable, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Sanremo and the famous seaside promenade that leads to the city center in a few minutes. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, not to be underestimated is the availability of parking. An authentic point of reference for our return to Sanremo.

I spent a week with my boyfriend and it was fantastic! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa, two armchairs, television, a spacious bedroom with a window overlooking the sea, another very spacious room, and a bathroom with a shower box. The location of the house is excellent, close to the center and all the attractions that Sanremo offers. Furthermore, it offers a private parking space with a barrier. Everything is managed by an exceptional lady, very helpful, who made us feel at home with her kindness. What can I say, we had a wonderful holiday to recommend to everyone!

Apartment with elevator, spacious, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and two bedrooms with a parking space in a private parking lot closed by a barrier. The apartment is convenient to the center, to the bike path, and to the sea, so much so that from the kitchen window you can see it and in the silence of the night you can hear it. The owner is very kind and available without being intrusive. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. I recommend it.

Highly recommended, my wife and I returned for the second time and we were once again even more enthusiastic. The apartment is very functional, tastefully furnished by the owner just a few steps from the sea and the bike path and the hypermarkets. Equipped with every comfort, parking space with barrier (not little considering the difficulty of free parking in Sanremo). The owner is a special person and tries in every way to make her guests feel at ease.
