New luxury apartment with SUPERLATIVE sea view
Enjoy this sunny and bright two bedrooms apartment called Aquamarine located just few minutes' walk to sandy beaches. Entirely renovated and furnished with care overlooks the sea through large windows. It is on second floor accessed via lift. It is of very high standard, architect designed and furnished with modern comforts. The lounge-dining room is an open-plan living area with wall pink lamps that give a nice ambiance. Decorated windows by large ivory and pink curtains are just in front of the sea. A comfortable damask sofa convertible in large bed (queen sized bed 63' with proper mattress) for your relax. On a rosy ivory ceramic floor there are a rectangular wooden draw-leaf table + 6 straw-bottomed chairs with comfortable cushions ideal for candle dinner. The new kitchen corner area is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, electrical oven, fridge and freezer. It is ivory wooden with decorated knobs and halogen lamps.

It is located in San Remo few minutes walk from sandy beaches, restaurants, coffee bars and shops.

San Remo is an international seaside resort famous for its sandy beaches, the international shopping, the delightful parks and gardens and overall for its mild climate all the year.

It is only 40 minutes' drive from Montecarlo and 1 hour's from Nice airport.

We had a great time! Perfect cleanliness, extreme kindness from Mrs. Clara who met our needs, convenience both in relation to the beach and the city's services. Excellent value for money. If I really have to find a flaw: it doesn't have wireless connection.

Well-furnished, very clean and equipped apartment. Ideal for relaxing, great price and close to the sea and the city center. Mrs. Clara is available, punctual and kind. Definitely worth going back even just for a quick visit to the city. It is worth it and you will surely be very satisfied.

Very comfortable apartment just a stone's throw from the sea and with private parking. Very close to the center of Sanremo with bars and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Extremely kind and helpful owner. I would come back.

Everything was perfect. Mrs. Clara was punctual, very kind and very helpful in meeting all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and detailed. The location is truly enviable, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Sanremo and the famous seaside promenade that leads to the city center in a few minutes. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, not to be underestimated is the availability of parking. An authentic point of reference for our return to Sanremo.

Ottimo appartamento, soprattutto per chi come noi ha i bambini. Bellissima cucina con vista sul mare, due camere da letto spaziose, bagno e molto importante parcheggio privato per auto! Molto luminoso e accogliente proprio come la proprietaria. Pulizia 10+. Vicinissimo ai principali servizi (ristoranti, spiagge, casinò, Ariston). Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Ho passato una settimana con il mio ragazzo ed è stata fantastica! La casa bellissima molto confortevole con tanto di angolo cottura soggiorno con divano due poltrone tv camera da letto ampia con finestra vista mare, un altra camera molto spaziosa e un bagno con box doccia. Posizione della casa ottima, vicina dal centro e da tutte le attrazioni che sanremo offre. Inoltre offre un parcheggio auto privato con tanto di sbarra. Il tutto è gestito da una signora eccezionale, molto disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra con la sua gentilezza, che dire abbiamo passato una vacanza bellissima da consigliare a tutti!

Appartamento con ascensore, spazioso dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e di due stanze da letto con posto auto in parcheggio privato chiuso da sbarra. L'appartamento è comodo al centro, alla pista ciclabile e al mare tant'è che dalla finestra della cucina si vede e nel silenzio della notte si sente. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile senza essere invadente. La pulizia dell'appartamento era ottima. Lo consiglio.

Appartamento pulito, molto accogliente, cucina completa di tutto e molto funzionale, camere molto ben arredate, posto macchina con sbarra, vicino al centro e a 50 metri da una ciclabile comodissima, consigliatissimo e poi la proprietaria e molto gentile e disponibile.

Consigliabilissimo, io e mia moglie siamo ritornati per la seconda volta è siamo rimasti ancora una volta più entusiasti. L'appartamento è molto funzionale, arredato con gusto dalla proprietaria a due passi dal mare e dalla pista ciclabile e dagli ipermercati. Attrezzato con ogni comfort, posto auto con sbarra (Non poco visto la difficoltà di parcheggio gratuito a Sanremo). La proprietaria é una persona speciale e cerca in ogni modo di meterre a proprio agio i suoi ospiti.

Appartamento molto molto grazioso e arredato con buon gusto. È dotato di tutto quello che serve per trascorrere un periodo di vacanza.
