Simply perfect! I stayed at this B&B and I can only speak very highly of it. The room is cozy and comfortable, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an exceptional view that makes the stay even more special. The bathroom is impeccable, modern, spotlessly clean and supplied with everything needed. Making everything even more pleasant is a beautiful garden with panoramic views, ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying the atmosphere. A heartfelt thanks to Vanda and Luciano, two delightful people, hospitable and always helpful: they make you feel truly at home, with warmth and care. Breakfast is superb: plentiful, varied and with fresh, high-quality products. Every morning it is a real pleasure to start the day this way. Highly recommended in every respect. Top marks!

The hosts were caring, attentive, always available, and truly kind – simply outstanding. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, well above expectations. The house is well-maintained in every detail and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place. The only small drawback is the road to get there: paved, yes, but not exactly comfortable.

La Ginestra del Carbonaio is a wonderful place! One should not be influenced by the road that needs to be taken to get there. After a couple of trips with a bit of attention it turns out to be normal. The managers Vanda and Luciano are special for their availability and for their care which is never intrusive. It's like being at home! The breakfasts deserve a 20 out of 10 and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. In this Bed you can breathe good, healthy air and the aroma of things done with passion and dedication. Not just recommended, more than that! Thank you Vanda and Luciano.

The structure is very well-kept even in the details. The managers are very kind, helpful and welcoming, the breakfast is fabulous with homemade products. The access road is a bit steep but after doing it the first time you get the hang of it.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place during the week of the Sanremo Festival. A unique and rare experience in terms of quality/price, but above all of kindness and availability on the part of the owners Vanda and Luciano, rare people nowadays for their humanity and hospitality. The morning wake-up in a real oasis of serenity due to the breathtaking view is an experience not to be missed. Then accompanied by a plentiful, rich, and versatile breakfast based on exquisite products and prepared with love by the incredible Vanda. Definitely a place to come back to!

A true corner of paradise. If you want to experience serenity surrounded by Ligurian plants and olive trees, then this wonderful Bed and Breakfast is the ideal place for you. Room tastefully furnished with stunning Mountains-Sea view; very clean and new and modern bathroom. The owners Vanda and Luciano are caring and very kind people. They pampered us from the beginning with their hospitality and their excellent and tasty breakfast that we won't easily forget! Thank you very much for these days spent with you. We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast, located on the hills of Sanremo, what a perfect choice. Don't be scared by the slightly uphill position and some curves, it's worth it if you want to visit the surrounding Ligurian beauties and the sea, but above all the hospitality of Vanda and Luciano (the owners) and the princely breakfast will make you forget everything, you will enter a fantastic world. The place is new, extremely clean and meticulously cared for, practically enchanting. If you're on a diet, don't go to this bed and breakfast because Vanda's delicacies and Luciano's attentions will make you gain weight, but you will be very happy, so happy that you'll never want to leave. We feel like recommending this bed and breakfast, go there! As soon as we have the chance, we will return to them! Thank you for everything Vanda and Luciano, you are the best!

After a slightly steep climb, but manageable with a bit of attention, we are welcomed by the courtesy and hospitality of Vanda and Luciano, in a well-kept and tasteful bed and breakfast in a position that overlooks the city of Sanremo from above, where you can rest well during a holiday on the Riviera dei Fiori.

Vanda and Luciano are two kind and helpful hosts at all times. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are excellent, complemented by the 'pampering' of a soft pair of slippers, scented bathrobe, water, coffee, and herbal teas always available, in addition to delicious baci di Sanremo offered upon arrival. The panoramic view from the entire B&B is enchanting; all of this is accompanied by a breakfast of excellent quality and abundant quantity. As the backdrop to all this, the hospitality makes you feel right at home. Excellent! We will return...

We stayed at this property, my husband and I, our stay exceeded expectations, thanks mainly to the managers Vanda and Luciano, lovely people, like being at home, fantastic breakfast with cakes and delicacies prepared by the hostess.

Very nice owners! The accommodation is very clean and run with great passion. The breakfast is varied and served very nicely. The garden is a dream. Suitable for hikers, bikers... People who love it individually! The only downside is the arrival and departure to Sanremo! Duration at least 10 minutes, partly through rough terrain! Otherwise absolutely recommendable.

Cleanliness and attention to detail right from the entrance garden. Kindness and availability of the owners. Rich breakfast served in the garden. The stretch of road leading from the small church located lower down presents some difficulties due to the high slope and narrow curves, requiring a lot of attention. There are no signs along the way.

We stayed from 7th to 9th February 2018, here, at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast, during the 68th edition of the Sanremo Festival. Upon arrival in the city, we turn on Google Maps in the car, which leads us through a particularly steep road, but already allows us to savor a splendid location, with a view of the sea that is rarely experienced. After about 10 minutes, the difficulty of the drive is quickly forgotten at the sight of “Shakira”, a beautiful horse, who welcomes us with its big eyes. Right after, we are greeted by Vanda and Luciano, the two owners: very kind, capable of making us feel at home, without being too intrusive or too falsely welcoming. As many have highlighted in the reviews I saw before booking: grace and courtesy are the adjectives that distinguish their service. We immediately take some photos in the garden, impossible to resist. We enter the room, meticulously clean and characterized by antique yet essential and modern furnishings. A large beautiful window allows us to see a spectacular landscape early in the morning, between the hills of Sanremo and a crystal clear blue sea. A small detail that I loved: bathrobe and towel elegantly folded on the bed, with a lavender flower delicately placed on top, making you immediately want to smell and wear them. Also, two cute colorful cups on the desk with tea, coffee, chamomile, and bottles of water, all free: not a trivial detail. Large and bright bathroom, with a beautiful glass shower. After working in the chaos of the Festival, it's a nice feeling, believe me, to come back in the evening to such a quiet and well-kept place, away from the noise, but functional being very close to the center. In the morning, a plentiful and delicious breakfast prepared with care and love by Mrs. Vanda greets us. Wonderful to eat a croissant on a wooden table next to a gigantic glass window, through which morning thoughts get lost. What can I say, it's hard for me to find a Bed and Breakfast so meticulously cared for in every detail. Exceptional value for money, considering the period during which we booked: I tell you the truth, I was super happy and satisfied when I heard our colleagues say they spent 200 euros per night in horrible hotels, even though they were in the center in 5 instead of 10 minutes. Thanks to the two owners for their sweet welcome. We wholeheartedly recommend this Bed and Breakfast, which I wish also served lunch, dinner, snack, and aperitif: joking aside, I have no advice, except to keep up the good work and always stay updated, in order to make this structure more and more famous. Oh, I forgot: brand new TV and free wifi, but why am I telling you this, when you have such a spectacular setting around you.

We were looking for peace and quiet and we found them, but not only that; we met two amazing people, found a fabulous Bed and Breakfast in a spectacular location, and had a fantastic breakfast. A piece of advice: do not trust the navigators, but call Vanda and Luciano because the Bed and Breakfast is really close to Sanremo if you know where to go. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast located on a hill last weekend. The structure's website is truthful, but you have to go there to be enchanted by the panorama and the delightful kindness of the owners: Luciano and Vanda. Nothing is missing, everything is perfect. Don't let yourself be influenced by the series of hairpin bends to reach the destination because you will be excellently rewarded. I really hope to come back soon. Thank you!

I stayed at the B&B with my 12-year-old niece. We had a great time! The place is enchanting, the hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast consists of homemade cake, croissants, milk, coffee, but if we wanted we could have eaten focaccia and cold cuts. The location is delightful, very well-kept. There is the stable with the horse, there are numerous plants and flowers. There is a beautiful view. The rooms are very well-kept with small details that pamper! Small note, the road is a bit steep, the B&B is a bit far from the city, but this can also be a good thing! The view is fantastic! Enjoy your stay!

Exquisite welcome if it wasn't for the 'narrow' road we would really be at the top of hospitality. We stayed in this new B&B that opened in September 2015 during the year-end holidays and we occupied both double rooms it offers; it is located on the first hills above Sanremo and I do not hide that the road leading to the B&B, for those who are not used to it, is quite steep and 'narrow'. But here the slightly painful notes stop and therefore get used quickly to the steep road and get ready to experience an unparalleled welcome and courtesy. Cozy and finely furnished rooms, a particularly sensitive taste for details, a splendid view of the hills and the sea of Sanremo, a sumptuous breakfast with Mrs. Vanda who goes out of her way to personally prepare, when possible, excellent 'home' specialties. And what about the splendid welcome and friendliness of Vanda and Luciano that make you feel pampered and as if you were at home. You got it right, we had a great time and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you Vanda and thank you Luciano.
