Let yourself be lulled by the waves of the sea from the window of our apartment, where you will see seagulls swirling undisturbed by the nightlife that awaits you just steps away.

This romantic nest is located in the heart of the city on Via Roma, in the most exclusive area with restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, sandy beaches, and international designer shops.

It is situated on the third floor with a modern elevator inside a historic building, adorned with a large atrium featuring a seascape painting.

The very bright and sunny bedroom retains its original early 1900s appearance, with a high ceiling of 4 meters adorned with stucco and a large crystal chandelier.

On a shiny ceramic floor rests your white quilted faux leather double bed, topped with a large velvet tapestry.

An ivory-colored four-season wardrobe is ideal for keeping your clothes in order for soirées.

You will have at your complete disposal a charming living room with a balcony overlooking Via Roma, furnished in a modern style with a white faux leather sofa that can be converted into a double bed with a memory foam mattress.

The tortora-colored open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and everything that makes a vacation comfortable at an affordable price. A trendy table and chairs await you for candlelit dinners.

The gem of the apartment is the completely new and spacious bathroom, adorned with sea blue tiles, featuring a corner shower with a glass enclosure, a shell-shaped sink topped with a wall-to-wall mirror, a bidet, and modern toilet.

Washing machine available for guests.

It is located in a Liberty-style building where you will find a mix of period details (high ceilings, a chandelier, tapestry) combined with the modernity of an elevator that takes you directly to the third floor. The apartment features modern elements such as a completely renovated bathroom, a faux leather sofa, and wall sconces.

I had a fabulous week, during the Festival week. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment, in a great location, just steps from the Ariston theater, complete with everything you need. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the sea from the window to start the day in the best way. A special thanks to Mrs. Clara who was very kind in her valuable advice, and courteous in all the information provided. It is my priority and definitely worth returning to Sanremo.

Per essere la prima volta che ho messo piede a San Remo, devo dire che è stato eccezionale e sinceramente dopo 10 ore di viaggio, con tutta la stanchezza accumulata, essere accompagnata all'appartamento, senza nulla in cambio, è stato davvero una mossa che va decisamente a loro favore. Ottima la permanenza, pace e tranquillità hanno caratterizzato questo strano ed intenso soggiorno, ma con una nota positiva, era ben fornita di tutto ed è un punto che ti permettere di raggiungere molte zone di San Remo. Per me è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza che consiglierei a tutti, ma soprattutto alle coppie di scegliere il Nido Romantico.

Posizione perfetta, dietro l'Ariston e a 2 passi dal mare svegliarsi la mattina e vedere il mare dalla finestra è stato bellissimo gentilezza oltre la norma della proprietaria davvero tutto perfetto! La consiglio vivamente.

Il monolocale è veramente carino ed accogliente, fornito di tutto ciò che può essere necessario. La posizione è veramente comoda, in pieno centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e premurosi, ci hanno fatto sentire a "casa"con la loro cortesia e disponibilità. grazie ancora! silvia e sasha.

Assieme al mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ospiti in questo graziosissimo appartamento e ne siamo rimasti molto contenti: è centralissimo, vicino a tutti i servizi e nonostante si affacci nella via più trafficata di S. Remo, è molto areato e la zona notte rimane opposta al traffico notturno. in più è servito da ascensore. Che dire, abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta! Ancora grazie alla signora Clara!

Coppia giovane. L'appartamento molto confortevole, ampio e molto luminoso. La posizione è ottima tra mare e centro città.
