10 minutes by car from the sea (5 km), 20 minutes walk to Final Borgo (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) through a historic road with a breathtaking view, a few steps from the famous climbing walls of Finale Ligure and only 10 minutes from the main shuttle stations for bikers. At the height of Castel Govone, halfway up the hill just above Finalborgo, you can find our double and single bedrooms with private bathroom facing the room. We are not in the hinterland, but halfway up on a very first hill above Finalborgo.
Room is equiped of FRIDGE&FREEZER, and FANS.
The entrance is independent and parking space is reserved on the property.
Enjoy the wonderful terrace with a coffee table and chairs or the furnished courtyard for breakfast, located on the lower floor for your relaxation.
This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children.
We offer different accommodation options:
FAMILY USE: two adjacent rooms with a double and single bed, with the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds for children, such as a single bed or a travel cot for children under 3 years old (provided by the structure if available or brought by you).
DOUBLE USE: double room with a 150x190 double bed, with the possibility of adding a single bed at an additional cost for those who want to sleep separately. Please ask for it at the time of booking.
SINGLE USE: single room with an 80x200 single bed (only if available, not during high season due to the total capacity of the room).
Wi-Fi is included in the room and in the garden. Breakfast is served at the lower floor inside or in the garden, it s served at the agreed time with you (between 8: 00 and 9: 30). The room is equipped with a fridge/freezer. Private en-suite bathroom compared to the two adjacent rooms. Hairdryer, mini SHAMPOO/SHOWER. WINE GLASSES. Check-in is from 18: 00 to 20: 30 and check-out max at 11: 00.

Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room or in the garden at the requested time between 8: 00 and 9: 30 depending on the time we agree upon at check-in or in any case the day before (it is strictly forbidden to agree on breakfast times the night before, it is already too last moment, thanks:)
I usually serve American-style coffee and milk, or tea, or Hag/coffee, than different kind of hight quality croissants, biscuits, the classic rusks with jams (even of my own production) and butter, even wholemeal bread, Ligurian focaccia; then, always very welcome is the yoghurt with muesli and honey; sometimes seasonal fruit if my trees abound, and the inevitable fruit juice. Sometimes I launch myself cooking pancakes, omelettes, cakes or biscuits:)
In any case BREAKFAST INCLUDED IS:

BEACHES: always part of the Municipality of Finale is a pearl of Liguria, one of the most beautiful places of crystal clear sea and arabesque houses, Varigotti a few kilometers away offers in my opinion one of the most amazing seas that can be found on the coast, even the Castelletto area is among the beaches that I recommend, as well as the cliff area of Borgio Verezzi, all places very close!!

My partner and I stayed two nights at M&M Bed and Breakfast near Finalborgo and we had a very pleasant experience. The B&B setting is very peaceful, relaxing and immersed in nature. A plus is the possibility to reach Finalborgo on foot via a path that connects it (about 25 minutes). The room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was abundant and offered a great variety. We particularly appreciated the fresh-squeezed juice made from grapefruits picked on the spot by Elena! Finally, the owner of the B&B, Elena, is an accommodating, down-to-earth and very friendly person with whom we felt comfortable; therefore we recommend the property.

We have just left this M&M located a few kilometers from Finale Ligure, above Finalborgo. Immersed in greenery, it offers a holiday full of tranquility. The manager is very kind, attentive to every smallest need and provides ideas to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Thank you, we will be back as soon as possible... in the meantime, we leave a piece of our hearts.

Evocative setting. One breathes all the welcoming atmosphere and regenerates. One is completely immersed in the greenery, surrounded by wonderful trees, in a very well-kept environment where every small detail is pleasing to the eyes. Amazing breakfast. B&B very nice, surrounded by greenery with various fruit plants, located 10 minutes from the center of Finale Ligure and 5 minutes from the beautiful Borgo di Finalborgo. It turned out to have cozy and very clean rooms, the breakfast simple but plentiful is qualitatively excellent, cordiality and availability of the manager absolute, a perfect 10. She gave us a lot of tips to avoid inconvenience due to the tourist influx in the area during the week of August 15th. Thank you Elena and we will definitely see you next summer... or maybe even sooner!

Structure with breathtaking view of the valley, surrounded by a simply fantastic Mediterranean garden. It will be a great relaxation to enjoy the abundant breakfast immersed among lemon trees, grapefruits, blooming capers, and many other species that create a riot of colors and shapes. Extremely clean rooms and fully equipped with every utility. Absolutely silent and relaxing environment. Extremely kind and very friendly owner, will welcome you in the best way accommodating any needs and giving you valuable tips on the "gems" of the area. I highly recommend staying at the B&B M&M.
