The small property is made up of three units furnished to meet the needs of its guests.
Black Room is a large double bedroom with a private bathroom.
White Room is also a large double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Red Room, on the other hand, is a double bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom. With its private entrance, this unit guarantees privacy and autonomy to its guests.

I was born in Carrara under the imposing and majestic presence of the Apuan Alps, better known for the extraction of the finest statuary: Carrara's white marble. It is a mountainous and challenging territory, with narrow and steep paths.
I come from a people famous for their fierce resistance against the Romans, who, during their advance in the plain of Lucca and Versilia, came into contact with a "durum in armis genus, " a strong and formidable people, as Tito Livio writes. They were the Liguri-Apuani.
As an Interior Designer by profession, I try to broaden my horizons by investing enthusiasm and energy to embark on a new adventure.

Matilde is a wonderful person. She helped us with every aspect of our visit. We were able to make an early check in. The apartment is clean, comfortable and as shown on the photos. It is very close to La Spezia Centrale station where you can visit Cinque Terre easily. If you are sensitive to street noise, you might want to bring earplugs. Thank you Matilde, all the best.

I love my stay at Matilde Rooms so much! It was the best stay during my 12-day Italy trip. Although there is no lift and you need to take the luggages up to the 3rd floor, the room itself is so nice. Huge bathroom, cozy atmosphere, entertaining system, the bed, all are so great! Hot water supply is enough (which is very important to have a good shower after a whole day trip). Apart from the 3rd floor, it is easy access from and to the station too. Highly recommended this room!

Cozy and spacious room. Nice and big bathroom. We had a great time. The only flaw is the curtain instead of the bathroom door. Everything else is perfect.

A great room which looked better than the internet pictures. The room was clean and had most of the amenities you need for your stay. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There was enough storage and the room provides coffee facilities, and there's a small fridge.
