Matilde Rooms offers private rooms in La Spezia, just 200 metres from La Spezia Centrale train station, reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes.

An ideal location for travellers arriving by train and for visiting the Cinque Terre without using a car.

The property is located on the third floor of a historic family building, without lift, and is well connected to the city centre.

Matilde Rooms features three double rooms with private bathroom:
Black Room: spacious double room with private bathroom
White Room: bright double room with private bathroom
Red Room (Jolie Rooms) : double room with balcony, private bathroom and independent entrance
Perfect for short stays, city breaks and trips to the Cinque Terre.

La Spezia Centrale train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre, the city centre and the seafront without using a car.

Perfect, even though changing the windows to double glazing and adding sound insulation to the ceiling would be a great improvement for this beautifully decorated room.

Matilde is a wonderful person. She helped us with every aspect of our visit. We were able to make an early check in. The apartment is clean, comfortable and as shown on the photos. It is very close to La Spezia Centrale station where you can visit Cinque Terre easily. If you are sensitive to street noise, you might want to bring earplugs. Thank you Matilde, all the best.

I love my stay at Matilde Rooms so much! It was the best stay during my 12-day Italy trip. Although there is no lift and you need to take the luggages up to the 3rd floor, the room itself is so nice. Huge bathroom, cozy atmosphere, entertaining system, the bed, all are so great! Hot water supply is enough (which is very important to have a good shower after a whole day trip). Apart from the 3rd floor, it is easy access from and to the station too. Highly recommended this room!

Cozy and spacious room. Nice and big bathroom. We had a great time. The only flaw is the curtain instead of the bathroom door. Everything else is perfect.

A great room which looked better than the internet pictures. The room was clean and had most of the amenities you need for your stay. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There was enough storage and the room provides coffee facilities, and there's a small fridge.
