Marco's guesthouse is located in the beautiful historic area of Levanto, just 120 meters from the beach and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, TV, safe, minibar, Wi-Fi, air condition and hairdryer. The rooms are only 100 meters away from the numerous bars and restaurants in the center, where you can enjoy delicious local dishes.

Furthermore, we offer a free bicycle rental service, so you can comfortably explore the city and its surroundings.

We speak Italian, English, and French, so do not hesitate to contact us in any language you need to communicate. We will be happy to assist you and make your stay in Levanto unforgettable.

Marco is an extremely kind and helpful person and gave us excellent advice for our holiday. Marco provided us with bicycles free of charge. The premises are very clean. The rooms are in the city centre within the ZTL and are a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the railway station.

Everything was great. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean. Marco is a very kind person. He gave us a lot of information about Cinque Terre and restaurants. Nespresso coffee is free every morning. Marco also offered free use of bicycles but we did not have time to use them. If we come back we would choose it again. Thank you Marco.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. The outdoor patio was lovely. Excellent location near the beach and city center. Bicycles on the house were a nice surprise. Host Marco was sweet and super helpful.

Exceptional !!! Very well located close to restaurants and the train station. Quality accommodation, clean and pleasant. The parking is a plus. Marco gives good advice and is always reachable to help us, even during the train strike when he helped us free of charge. Go there without hesitation.

The room was very nice and also perfectly located in the city center. No noise issues. Marco is very friendly and has good recommendations for cafes and restaurants in Levanto. The only thing to mention is that breakfast was ultimately not possible as the kitchen was under renovation during our stay, which was not specified in the listing. But it was not charged and Marco gave us very good recommendations for breakfast in Levanto. By the way, Levanto is a very nice town that should be visited! Also, we were 10 minutes walk from the train station, which is very convenient for discovering the Cinque Terre.

We stayed at Marco's during our trip to the Cinque Terre. Marco is very welcoming, kind, and full of good advice. The breakfast in the morning is very plentiful. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes on foot from the train station and located in a pedestrian area. The accommodation is very clean, with cleaning done every morning! We recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Located in the ancient district of Levanto, the apartment is ideally located. Marco is very present to answer our questions and advise us. A small plus: Marco speaks French and provides bicycles and umbrellas for free. We had a very good stay and we recommend this address.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco's place. He is a truly kind person. He speaks French, which is really a plus. The room was spacious. We were in the heart of Levanto and a 10-minute walk from the train station to visit the Cinque Terre. Beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Thank you Marco for this wonderful stay.

Perfect choice! The Bed and Breakfast is right in the center, a few minutes' walk from the station and close to the sea. Absolutely recommended, the manager Marco is a very kind person who offers good advice on visiting the area and the various activities that can be done, moreover the B&B provides bikes to visit the surrounding areas at no additional cost! The stay was really pleasant and we will definitely return next time we go to Levanto.

Excellent location in the restricted traffic zone (in the center 200 meters from the sea), parking pass available nearby included in the price, room tidied up every day including bathroom towels kit, free bicycles available, Mr. Marco (very helpful and kind) provides all the necessary information, including a map of the area and a small printout of the train schedules for the Cinque Terre. My wife and I stayed in August for 4 days and we were very satisfied (thanks again Marco).

Marco is a great host. He is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. As we are traveling by bicycle, he agreed to store our bicycles in a safe location. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and featured the latest in amenities. The room also featured a small veranda that overlooked a beautiful street in Levanto. We liked the property and location so much, we elected to add another night to our stay. We would highly recommend Affittacamere Marco and the next time we are in Levanto we will definitely check for availability. Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay.

The structure is located in the center of the village close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived when the owner welcomed us with great courtesy and immediately gave us various directions to reach both the sea and the station, which are just a 5-minute walk from the B&B. Spacious, comfortable, and clean room and the same goes for the bathroom. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest details. The structure is located practically in the historic center of the town, it is in an ideal position both to go to the beach and to reach the train station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the only problem that could exist is that they are on the second floor of a typical Ligurian house and to reach them you have to use a slightly steep staircase. The manager gave us the opportunity to park the cars for free and was always very nice and helpful.

Marco is very welcoming and available to make our stay enjoyable. The room is impeccable, the only drawback is the lack of light, with only a small opening overlooking a small courtyard. Marco is very friendly, welcoming, punctual, reachable when needed. No problem parking and leaving the car. He gave us excellent advice and directions for organizing our stay. The room is spacious and very clean, very well equipped, the only downside is that it overlooks the street and it is very noisy, so be prepared with earplugs or choose a room not facing the street, otherwise perfect.

Marco the owner could not be more helpful. Tried to do everything in his power to make our stay perfect. Let us bikes which we really enjoyed. Only improvement I would suggest is explain how to find the B&B upon arriving. Seems easy once you are there but confusing when we have never been to Levanto.

Very good Bed and Breakfast. We stayed 4 days at Villa Marco, and our host Nicola and his team were very attentive to us. There is a free bicycle rental service at the villa which allowed us to take long rides on a bike path built on an old railway line! Returning to the hotel, we were pampered with small attentions that make a difference: we had fruit in a plastic bag that was placed in a bowl without us asking for anything, towels folded and stored if we had left them outside, shutters closed to retain heat, croissants and fresh bread rolls left on our balcony, not to mention the white tablecloth for the table and plates and cutlery made available to us. Certainly, the bathroom has lost some of its freshness, but everything is forgiven because it is managed with good humor and a lot of heart.

Levanto beautiful, Marco friendly, welcoming and always available, B&B in the city center a stone's throw from the equipped and non-equipped beach, very close there is a bar for breakfast that cannot be described but must be absolutely tasted. The room is spacious, beautiful, and clean. It has a small balcony with shutters and mosquito nets, a fridge, and TV. The host, Marco, is very friendly and communicative. He is helpful with anything you need, and there is storage space for strollers, suitcases, etc., on the ground floor. He would have also provided me with a bike for free, which I didn't need. There was a welcome drink at check-in and a nice chat at every encounter. The room is located right in the center and close to the beach, very nice location. Parking is available nearby.

The cheap breakfast is great, Marco delivers the rolls in the morning! Only downside, no table for breakfast, forced to take it in bed! Second downside, the wifi doesn't work in the room, only at the reception. Incredible value for money!

Nice location in the center of Levanto. A few hundred meters from the sea and the train station. Well-kept and above all clean, the manager always present and available for everything: from linen to advice for the trip to bike rental (free). My wife and I had a great time and we can only thank Marco for his kindness and availability. I highly recommend it to those who want to forget about the car and tour the entire Cinque Terre coast.
