Description
Marco's guesthouse is located in the beautiful historic area of Levanto, just 120 meters from the beach and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, TV, safe, minibar, Wi-Fi, and hairdryer.

Breakfast is served directly in the room and is not included in the room price. Additionally, the rooms are only 100 meters away from the numerous bars and restaurants in the center, where you can enjoy delicious local dishes.

Furthermore, we offer a free bicycle rental service, so you can comfortably explore the city and its surroundings.

We speak Italian, English, and French, so do not hesitate to contact us in any language you need to communicate. We will be happy to assist you and make your stay in Levanto unforgettable.

Breakfast was no problem, because the room was so well situated, that we could just eat anything we wanted within a radius of 100m. Perfect for doing hikes in Cinqueterre, in the heart of Levanto. Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco's place. He is a truly kind person. He speaks French, which is really a plus. The room was spacious. We were in the heart of Levanto and a 10-minute walk from the train station to visit the Cinque Terre. Beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Thank you Marco for this wonderful stay.

Perfect choice! The Bed and Breakfast is right in the center, a few minutes' walk from the station and close to the sea. Absolutely recommended, the manager Marco is a very kind person who offers good advice on visiting the area and the various activities that can be done, moreover the B&B provides bikes to visit the surrounding areas at no additional cost! The stay was really pleasant and we will definitely return next time we go to Levanto.

Excellent location in the restricted traffic zone (in the center 200 meters from the sea), parking pass available nearby included in the price, room tidied up every day including bathroom towels kit, free bicycles available, Mr. Marco (very helpful and kind) provides all the necessary information, including a map of the area and a small printout of the train schedules for the Cinque Terre. My wife and I stayed in August for 4 days and we were very satisfied (thanks again Marco).

Marco is a great host. He is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. As we are traveling by bicycle, he agreed to store our bicycles in a safe location. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and featured the latest in amenities. The room also featured a small veranda that overlooked a beautiful street in Levanto. We liked the property and location so much, we elected to add another night to our stay. We would highly recommend Affittacamere Marco and the next time we are in Levanto we will definitely check for availability. Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay.

Very welcoming structure, very kind and helpful owner, who also gave me lots of information about what I wanted to do in the area. Very large room, with huge bathroom, furnished in a simple but tasteful way; everything spotless. Very convenient location for both the station and the sea. Excellent value for money. Definitely better than I could imagine.

La struttura si trova nel centro del paese vicino a negozi, bar e ristoranti. Tutto perfetto sin dall'arrivo quando il proprietario ci ha accolto con tanta cortesia a ci ha dato da subito le varie indicazioni per raggiungere sia il mare che la stazione che si trovano proprio a 5 minuti a piedi dal B&B. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e pulita e lo stesso vale per il bagno. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Posso solo aggiungere che la consiglio a chiunque voglia passare dei piacevoli giorni in questa zona fantastica. Grazie Marco, B&B promosso a pieni voti.

La struttura si trova praticamente nel centro storico del paese, è in una posizione ideale sia per andare in spiaggia sia per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria. Gli ambienti sono ampi e pulitissimi, l'unico problema che ci potrebbe essere è che si trovano al secondo piano di una tipica casa ligure e per raggiungerli bisogna utilizzare una scala a gradini un po' ripida. Il gestore ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare le auto gratuitamente ed è stato sempre molto carino e disponibile.

Marco est très accueillant et dispo pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. La chambre impeccable, le seul inconvénient le manque de lumière, une seule petit ouverture donnant sur une petite cour intérieure. B&B proche de la gare et du centre ville bien pratique pour tous nos déplacements. Endroit parfait. A recommander.

Marco est trés sympathique++, accueillant, ponctuel, joignable au besoin. pas de pb pour garer et laisser la voiture. Il nous a donné d'excellents conseils et indications pour l'organisation d notre séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, très bien équipée, le seul bémol est qùelle donne sur la rue et que celle ci est très bruyante, donc prévoir des bouchons pour les oreilles ou prendre une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue, sinon parfait.

Marco the owner could not be more helpful. Tried to do everything in his power to make our stay perfect. Let us bikes which we really enjoyed. Only improvement I would suggest is explain how to find the B&B upon arriving. Seems easy once you are there but confusing when we have never been to levanto.

Très bon Bed-and-Breakfast. Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à la villa Clelia, et notre hôte Nicola et son équipe ont été au petit soin pour nous. Il y a un prêt de bicyclettes gratuit au sein de la villa et ce nous a permis de faire de grandes balades sur une piste cyclable aménagé sur une ancienne voie ferrée ! Pour revenir à l'hôtel, nous avons été dorloté par de petite attention mais qui font un plus: nous avions des fruits dans un sac plastique qui ont été mis dans un saladier sans que l'on ne demande rien, drap de bain plié et rangé si on l'avait laissé dehors, volet fermé pour conserver la chaleur, croissant et petits pains frais déposés sur notre balcon, sans parler de la nappe blanche pour la table et des assiettes et couverts mis à notre disposition. Certes, la salle de bain à perdu de sa fraîcheur, mais on leur pardonne tout car c'est dirigé avec bonne humeur et beaucoup de cœur.

Levanto bellissima, Marco simpatico, accogliente e sempre disponibile, B&B in pieno centro a due passi dalla spiaggia attrezzata e non, vicinissimo c'è un bar per fare colazione che non si può descriverne la bontà ma bisogna provarlo assolutamente. Ristoranti, trattorie, focaccerie e quant'altro offre la bontà della cucina ligure a due passi dall'alloggio. Grazie Marco, Levanto ci è rimasta nel cuore e credo proprio che ci rivedremo. Très bon emplacement en ville, proche des commerces et des restaurants, à peu de distance de la mer et de la gare (5 minutes à pied). Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les Cinque Terre et cette région de Ligurie. Accueil très sympathique de Marco, toujours plein d'attentions et plein de bon conseils. Un grand plus, la possibilité de garer sa voiture, ce qui n'est pas évident à Levanto. Une adresse à retenir pour passer un très agréable séjour.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, schön und sauber. Es hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Fensterläden und Fliegengitter, einen Kühlschrank und TV. Der Gastgeber, Marco, ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Er ist behilflich bei allem, was man braucht und es gibt eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Kinderwagen, Koffer etc im Erdgeschoss. Ein Fahrrad hätte er mir auch kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich aber nicht benötigt habe. Es gab zur Begrüßung ein Getränk und bei jeder Begegnung ein nettes Gespräch. Das Zimmer ist mitten im Zentrum und nah am Strand, sehr schön gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Très chouette propriétaire, un super accueil, très chaleureux. La chambre est très propre et bien située, ni trop centrale, ni trop éloignée. La chambre est lumineuse, agréable, la salle de bain est très bien. Le petit déjeuner bon marché est super, Marco livre les petits pains le matin! Seul bémol, pas de table pour le petit déjeuner, forcé de le prendre au lit! Deuxième bémol, le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, uniquement à l'accueil. Rapport qualité prix incroyable!

Marco, der Betreiber des B&B ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, stets da für Auskünfte, interessiert am Austausch mit den Gästen und sehr bemüht, dass es an nichts mangelt. Eine persönliche Athmosphäre, ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, hat Charme und liegt zentral. Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Ich kann das B&B von Marco wärmstens empfehlen.

Bella location in centro a Levanto. Qualche centinaio di metri dal mare e dalla stazione. Curata e sopratutto pulita, il gestore sempre presente e disponibile per ogni cosa: dalla biancheria al consiglio per la gita al noleggio delle biciclette (gratuito). Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e non possiamo che ringraziare Marco della sua cortesia e disponibilità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole dimenticarsi l'auto e girare tutta la costiera delle 5 terre.
