Description
In the Cinque Terre National Park, two-room apartment completely renovated and furnished, located in the upper part of the historic center of Riomaggiore.

A few minutes from the sea and the train station, in an excellent starting position for the trails.

The windows overlook the main street, the entrance into a typical Ligurian "caruggio".

Composed of double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

Equipped with washing machine, fridge and independent heating.

Linen, towels and final cleaning included in the price.

On request possibility of parking in a private covered garage.

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

The apartment is delightful, recently renovated and very clean. It is at the top of the main road ascent, but easily reachable from the station with a free elevator for those staying at the property. Marco and Giò were really very kind and very helpful, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Lovely two-room apartment a short walk from the center and the station. Mr. Marco and Ms. Giovanna were very kind and helpful. The apartment allows autonomy to prepare meals. Highly recommended.

The homeowner was very kind. The house looks much better in person than in the photos. It is centrally located and has everything you need: hairdryer, dishes, washing machine, toaster, etc. Perfect for two people. We really liked it.

5-day stay, Marco and Giovanna very helpful people. Beautiful renovated apartment with all the comforts for the vacation days. Located at the top of Riomaggiore, great for accessing the village. Highly recommended. Definitely worth going back.

The accommodation is clean, in a great location compared to the center of Riomaggiore, the train to the Cinque Terre. We found a lot of willingness on the part of the managers, ready to give advice for a better stay. As already mentioned to Mrs. Gio, it is desirable that a WiFi zone is also activated there, now essential for information, communications, etc... We will definitely come back.

L'appartamento di Marco e Giovanna è situato in ottima posizione a Riomaggiore, sia la stazione che il mare sono facilmente raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. L'arredamento è molto carino e funzionale, dotato veramente di ogni comfort, non manca proprio nulla. Tutto molto ordinato e pulitissimo, veramente una splendida scoperta. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ottima posizione a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla stazione. I gestori Marco e Giovanna sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno lasciato appartamento e posto auto anche per l’intera giornata del check-out non avendo altre prenotazioni per il giorno stesso. L’appartamento e gli arredi sono migliori di quanto appaiono nelle foto.

Appartamento in tipico stile della zona, molto grazioso e funzionale, ottimo per una coppia. Completamente attrezzato di ogni comodità, pulito e super centrale! Comodissimo per raggiungere in un minuto qualsiasi punto a piedi, sia la zona con negozi e ristoranti sia i sentieri che partono da Riomaggiore. Un ringraziamento particolare va al proprietario Marco, una gentilezza rara. Grazie del bellissimo soggiorno!

Piccolo appartamento ma funzionale, posizione abbastanza centrale, solo 1 rampa di scale per raggiungerlo (ottimo paragonati a tanti che si trovano al terzo o quarto piano. Peccato che il proprietario non risiede nelle vicinanze, ma a La Spezia, per cui ci ha fatto capire che se non c'erano dei seri problemi era meglio non disturbarlo vista la distanza e che anche lui sarebbe stato fuori per qualche giorno. Comunque il sig. Marco è stato gentile e disponibile a venirci a prendere alla stazione di La Spezia e volerci accompagnare con la sua auto (noi abbiamo rifiutato perché soffriamo l'auto) ma consiglio agli altri di accettare in quanto portare i bagagli dalla stazione fino all'appartamento bisogna fare un po' di strada e l'ultimo pezzo è abbastanza ripido!

Eravamo in 4 ragazze. Casa un po' piccola per 4 persona, ma completa di tutto! Molto carina e sopratutto pulita. Centrale e comoda da raggiungere. Marco è stato GENTILISSIMO. Molto disponibile sopratttutto per l'orario di arrivo. Consigliato!

Sono stata con mio marito 3 gg in questo alloggio a maggio..che dire..perfetto! Appartamento fantastico, pulitissimo, tranquillo anche se sulla via principale di Riomaggiore. Piccolino, intimo e con tutti i comfort..non manca nulla! Il Sig. Marco è gentilissimo e molto molto disponibile. Lo straconsiglio.

Tutto vero quando dichiarato nel sito! L'appartamento è confortevole, vicinissimo ai negozi, e in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e la stazione: basta percorrere la via principale del paese (niente scale!). Il gestore Marco è cortese e corretto. Offre, a pagamento, un parcheggio privato. Vi ho soggiornato 4 giorni e mi sono trovata benissimo, lo consiglierei ad un amico.
