Description

The Maestrale Guest House consists of 3 refined and elegant double bedrooms, with attention to every detail. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with large shower, flat screen TV, WiFi, safe, air conditioning. Daily cleaning. Opened in 2020, it is located in a very central position 150m from the beach and 5min walk from the Levanto train station.

Private parking, available only by reservation (subject to availability) at a cost of 8 Euros per day. The parking is about 700 meters on foot from the property.

The host was very courteous, attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was not the best, as were the initial conditions of the room when we arrived, aside from the daily cleaning. However, we were comfortable for the short duration of our stay, especially due to the proximity to the town center and the sea.

Few towels (only one large and one small per person). There is no drying rack or support to hang the beach towel. The price is high.

The host was very kind and gave us many useful tips for our stay. The accommodation matched the description and the photos published online. We were also pleasantly surprised by the presence of a small fridge and a kettle. We had a small problem with the safe and the host promptly helped us resolve it.

Nice room, well decorated. Good location in the center of Levanto, excellent base for visiting the Cinque Terre. No breakfast, but Pasticceria Bianchi is right next door :-)

The accommodation was nearly perfect, good location, nice room, only two issues I would like to mention: there was no breakfast, so we bought some food and wanted to store them in the fridge, but it was not working. After 2 days the host replaced it, so we could use it for a short time. A bigger issue was the mattress. It was too soft and with a curve, so the bed was very uncomfortable, we slept not really well.

Lovely clean room with decent shower, good air conditioning plus a small refrigerator in a quiet central location. Close to patisseries, restaurants and shops, only a short walk to the train station and beach. Very helpful host who provided good information and advice. I would highly recommend.

Room ideally located, clean, easy to find. In a shopping street where you can find everything. But therefore a bit noisy (but light). If I had to say something: having a cold drink in the small fridge would add the extra touch.

We have tried almost all the rooms of this host now, and the quality is amazing. There is air conditioning everywhere, it looks very new, very clean. Manlio, the manager, is an incredible man, very kind and flexible. We love these rooms and will go back for another time soon. Better than almost all hotels in Levanto.

Really nice place! Clean, fresh and in the middle of Levanto! Close to train station. Might be some noise from the street though, but no problem for us.

The manager is very kind, the room is quiet and clean as we wanted. I would add a couple of hooks for the towels near the shower and inside the wardrobe. I would switch the hangers, which are high up and not very convenient even though there is a pole, with one of the shelves.
