The care for ingredients - especially home made pasta, meat and fresh fish - is outstanding.
Along with Liguria's traditional recipes obviously proposed in according to the suitable season, Roberto Viola likes to propose Piedmont cuisine's great classics, especially mushrooms and game meat.
Service is also characterised by a high professionality and the greatest care for everything by Luca Viola without changing the Trattoria Piemontese's traditional attitude - warm and informal - that has characterised it since ever.

The structure is not in the center or on the seafront, but considering that you can reach it in 10 minutes by car, the quality/price ratio of the structure, in the little village there is everything you need. For my 2-day stay, it was a winning and strategic choice.
