Pegazzano is the first hamlet encountered when leaving the urban area towards the west. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station of La Spezia. In our inn, you will enjoy the comforts of the city while at the same time, after your excursions, you can relax in rooms equipped with every comfort and in the tranquility of an area with little vehicular traffic and very close to the Cinque Terre.
We offer overnight stays all year round. We have 7 rooms with various living solutions, recently completely renovated in line with the historical and testimonial character of our building.
We carry out our activity in an ancient building, classified as "Testimonial", which is located at the foot of Mount Parodi and in the immediate vicinity of the National Park of the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and the Gulf of Poets.
We are easily reachable, both by public and private transport, and the inn can accommodate you for short or long periods of stay.

An old palace with charm and very beautiful. It's a pity I couldn't stay longer to learn about the history and enjoy its garden and barbecue. Very friendly staff and spectacular breakfast.

The Locanda Dal Moccia is an oasis from another time. Particularly pleasant especially in the beautiful season, when one can also enjoy the garden. The manager is prompt and helpful. Always very clean, with all the comforts, the house is rich in beautiful historical pieces that give it a wonderful personality. Highly recommended.

Everyone very helpful and kind. Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. The place is a 10-minute walk from the station, but it is possible to take the bus nearby. Quiet and cool area. Parking available on site or nearby. Recommended!

The manager is amazing, let's start from here. Available, kind, always attentive to every need. The place is a fairy tale, an old inn that is over 400 years old but equipped with every comfort. Clean and properly sized room with a nice bathroom. Super breakfast, no need to ask, everything is already on the table! Convenient for the city center, to park you need to be quite good and the car not too big, but in the end you manage to arrange everything. We came with our bikes and from here several exceptional tours start. The price is appropriate. Indeed. In short... full score and highly recommended!
