Our establishment is located 150 meters from the sea. "Locanda Brezza Marina" is a cozy and comfortable structure, completely renovated and managed by the owners. Around us, our guests will have the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauty of our surroundings thanks to the valuable advice from the managers. Within a short distance from the property, those staying with us will find sports facilities and wonderful outdoor routes (bicycles and walks). Our structure is the ideal place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home. We will provide our guests with a private bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, heated and air-conditioned environments, and the possibility of free return. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with internet access, a baby cot (upon request), a 32-inch TV, a mirror, and a luggage rack. There are 5 rooms available, all with private bathrooms. We will greet you with our rich and delicious breakfasts. Disabled access is available. We have complied with the regulations of the new Covid decree. We are waiting for you to guarantee you a safe stay. The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need in both Italian and English and French.

The structure is at the beginning of the town, in 5-10 minutes you reach two free beaches and in 10 minutes you are in the center! The room was large, very clean and with everything necessary, television and air conditioning! Nice functional bathroom! The managers are very kind, ready to advise where to eat and the most beautiful beaches! The breakfast is very varied, between croissants, toasted bread and homemade cakes there is an embarrassment of choice. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast! Thank you!

We stayed for a week in August with a newborn. We had a great time, the managers were very attentive and kind. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the delicious cakes and jams prepared by them. The location is very convenient both for reaching the beaches and for a walk in the center of Finale. After our first holiday with our baby, we can only absolutely recommend it!

Inn 2 minutes from the sea, in a quiet area with easy parking. The couple who runs the property is very kind and the breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes baked that same morning.

I wanted to spend 3 days by the sea with my children, decided at the last minute, I found this available property. Locanda Brezza Marina, the owners, very helpful and friendly people, treated us very well and gave useful advice. The property is a stone's throw from the sea, both from the free beach and the bathing establishment, also not far from the town center. The abundant and much appreciated breakfast, the clean and very nice room. We had a good time, highly recommended.

Beautiful structure, new, strategically located for those, like us, going to the beach at Castelletto beach. Very kind owners (they waited for us past midnight on our arrival!), good breakfast served outside. The three of us had the quadruple room, spacious and with a fridge. Everything perfect, to be taken into consideration and recommended!

I received an immediate response and adjusted the arrival and departure dates according to availability (I arrived on Sunday instead of Saturday). The area was ideal for me because it was a bit further from the town center, where it is always noisier and more crowded. Very close to the seafront and all services.

Great as a base for a few days in Finale Ligure, a short walk from the sea and the center. Family management, courtesy and friendliness are at home, possibility of parking in the garage for a fee. I will consider it for next time.

The operators are very friendly and accommodating. Neither our arrival after 10:00 PM nor our departure after 12:00 PM were a problem. Our apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen equipment was complete and cleaning products and utensils were also available. Even a space for our 3 mountain bikes was provided to us free of charge. The selection of cold cuts and cheese could be improved. Otherwise, I can only recommend the accommodation.

I gave many 9s because excellence is to be greatly deserved but in this structure we had a great time and everything was perfect, especially the friendliness and availability of the owners.\n\nOnly sore point the heating, we suffered a bit from the cold and I didn't understand if we were not able to adjust the thermostat, or the radiators were a bit low.\n\nWe will definitely come back in summer.

We stayed for just a weekend at this very nice B&B, all new and well furnished located in a condominium. Located a few minutes from the sea. The managers are really kind and helpful, very familiar. The room, actually a studio that the managers made available to us, is nicely furnished and with many accessories. Good and plentiful breakfast with homemade products. My daughters say you could even give 10 stars. Recommended structure. Stay to be repeated. Congratulations.

Excellent both in terms of location and management, it is family-run. The owners are kind and helpful, they make you feel at home and advise you for the best. The structure is new and well maintained, 150 meters from the sea, even if not exactly central as it was written. The center is easily reachable in 15 minutes on foot; excellent value for money. Highly recommended. We only stayed for 2 days but we will definitely return.

I stayed with my husband and we had a great time, a really quiet room, for us, sleep quality comes first. Excellent cleanliness. Rich breakfast with brioches, focaccia, pancakes, tea, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, juice and, above all, excellent homemade jams. The location is strategic and the young couple pampers you and really knows how to make you feel comfortable. We hope to be able to come back.

We had a great time. My mom and I stayed 5 nights in room 1 (Scirocco) and during our stay we found only positive aspects, especially if you know the average of Ligurian accommodation facilities (dreadful). The structure is brand new, clean (daily room cleaning and frequent change of towels and sheets), a 5-minute walk from some bathing establishments and free beaches (and with a bathing establishment - Il Castelletto, there is also a very good price agreement). Shops are very close and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. Elisa and Alberto are very kind, helpful, smiling, attentive to every customer's need, truly 2 rare people to find in Liguria where hospitality is not exactly common. Breakfast is not particularly varied but almost everything is homemade and delicious.\n\nThe only flaw of the Scirocco room (but we believe it is the only one, along with another one having this "problem") is that in the morning from 8 o'clock you can hear movement coming from the breakfast room.\n\nWe were really enthusiastic about our stay, we will come back and recommend Locanda Brezza Marina to our friends who want to spend a few days (or more) in Finale!

Strategic location near the center and the beaches, exquisite welcome. Excellent breakfast, especially the focaccia and homemade cakes, clean and cozy rooms. Blue flag sea 2017! We had a good time, my husband and I. We also discovered two villages counted among the most beautiful in Italy: Finalborgo and Borgio Verezzi, where there has been a top theatrical event for fifty years from early July. Greetings. Small place but very, very nice and close to the center, in 5 minutes you reach the sea. Room furnished in a modern style, practically everything new. Beautiful shower bathroom, no hairdryer. Very friendly and helpful hosts. If there is an opportunity, I would like to come back.

Brand new structure, furnished with excellent taste and attention to details, managed by very kind and friendly owners who made us feel at home. Excellent location being very close to the beaches (both free and equipped) and the historic center. Bedrooms with private bathroom and outdoor space with tables always in a modern and well-kept style like the entire structure. Excellent abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, with homemade top-quality products. On Saturday evening, a magnificent apericena based on typical Ligurian products (farinata, focaccia, vegetable pies...) made by the entire wonderful family, all accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the manager. Well, what else to add if not that we had a great time and can't wait to go back?!?

We are a couple not used to Bed and Breakfasts and in the company of two other couples of friends we decided to spend a couple of days in Finale. Thanks to the son of one of them we chose the Locanda Brezza Marina. A very good choice. New premises, very clean, well lit, all with excellent taste. Great location near the promenade. Managed by the owner and his wife with admirable sympathy, the couple prepared for us an aperitif of extraordinary variety and abundance with Ligurian specialties, accompanied by excellent local wine. Excellent breakfast, suitable for every palate. We will gladly come back.
