Our establishment is located 150 meters from the sea. "Locanda Brezza Marina" is a cozy and comfortable structure, completely renovated and managed by the owners. Around us, our guests will have the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauty of our surroundings thanks to the valuable advice from the managers. Within a short distance from the property, those staying with us will find sports facilities and wonderful outdoor routes (bicycles and walks). Our structure is the ideal place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home. We will provide our guests with a private bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, heated and air-conditioned environments, and the possibility of free return. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with internet access, a baby cot (upon request), a 32-inch TV, a mirror, and a luggage rack. There are 5 rooms available, all with private bathrooms. We will greet you with our rich and delicious breakfasts. Disabled access is available. We have complied with the regulations of the new Covid decree. We are waiting for you to guarantee you a safe stay. The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need in both Italian and English and French.

We stayed for a week in August with a newborn. We had a great time, the managers were very attentive and kind. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the delicious cakes and jams prepared by them. The location is very convenient both for reaching the beaches and for a walk in the center of Finale. After our first holiday with our baby, we can only absolutely recommend it!

Inn 2 minutes from the sea, in a quiet area with easy parking. The couple who runs the property is very kind and the breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes baked that same morning.

I wanted to spend 3 days by the sea with my children, decided at the last minute, I found this available property. Locanda Brezza Marina, the owners, very helpful and friendly people, treated us very well and gave useful advice. The property is a stone's throw from the sea, both from the free beach and the bathing establishment, also not far from the town center. The abundant and much appreciated breakfast, the clean and very nice room. We had a good time, highly recommended.

Beautiful structure, new, strategically located for those, like us, going to the beach at Castelletto beach. Very kind owners (they waited for us past midnight on our arrival!), good breakfast served outside. The three of us had the quadruple room, spacious and with a fridge. Everything perfect, to be taken into consideration and recommended!

I received an immediate response and adjusted the arrival and departure dates according to availability (I arrived on Sunday instead of Saturday). The area was ideal for me because it was a bit further from the town center, where it is always noisier and more crowded. Very close to the seafront and all services.

Great as a base for a few days in Finale Ligure, a short walk from the sea and the center. Family management, courtesy and friendliness are at home, possibility of parking in the garage for a fee. I will consider it for next time.

The operators are very friendly and accommodating. Neither our arrival after 10:00 PM nor our departure after 12:00 PM were a problem. Our apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen equipment was complete and cleaning products and utensils were also available. Even a space for our 3 mountain bikes was provided to us free of charge. The selection of cold cuts and cheese could be improved. Otherwise, I can only recommend the accommodation.

I gave many 9s because excellence is to be greatly deserved but in this structure we had a great time and everything was perfect, especially the friendliness and availability of the owners.\n\nOnly sore point the heating, we suffered a bit from the cold and I didn't understand if we were not able to adjust the thermostat, or the radiators were a bit low.\n\nWe will definitely come back in summer.

We stayed for just a weekend at this very nice B&B, all new and well furnished located in a condominium. Located a few minutes from the sea. The managers are really kind and helpful, very familiar. The room, actually a studio that the managers made available to us, is nicely furnished and with many accessories. Good and plentiful breakfast with homemade products. My daughters say you could even give 10 stars. Recommended structure. Stay to be repeated. Congratulations.

Ottimo sia come posizione che come gestori è a conduzione familiare i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili ti fanno sentire a casa e ti consigliano per il meglio e la struttura é nuova e ben tenuta a 150 metri dal mare anche se non proprio centrale come c era scritto il centro é facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi; ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Altamente consigliato. Ci siamo stati solo 2 giorni ma ci torneremo senza dubbio.

Che dire, posto molto bello e nuovo, colazione ricca, marmellate fatte in casa buonissime, torte squisite, pure quelle fatte in casa, sarà meta fissa per i week lunghi, corti e perché no da prendere in considerazione per vacanze.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte alla Locanda ed abbiamo trovato una struttura nuova, pulita e con tutto il necessario; i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, due persone veramente alla mano. Gestori molto carini e disponibili. Camera nuova ed arredata molto bene, letti comodi, bagno nuovo e funzionale. Buona la colazione con tutto dal dolce al salato e carina la zona esterna per mangiare. Zona comoda per arrivare alle spiagge ed in centro. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornare.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera veramente silenziosa, per noi la qualità del sonno è al primo posto. Ottima pulizia. Colazione abbondante con brioche, focaccia, crespelle, tè, caffè, cappuccino, yogurt, spremuta e, soprattutto, ottime marmellate fatte in casa. La posizione è strategica e la giovane coppia ti coccola e ti sa veramente mettere a tuo agio. Speriamo di poterci tornare.

Siamo state benissimo. Io e mia mamma abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti nella camera 1 (Scirocco) e nel nostro soggiorno abbiamo trovato solo lati positivi, soprattutto se si conosce la media delle strutture ricettive liguri (penose). La struttura è nuovissima, pulita (ogni giorno pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola frequente), a 5 minuti a piedi da alcuni lidi e spiagge libere (e con un lido - Il Castelletto, c'è anche una convenzione a un prezzo davvero ottimo). I negozi sono vicinissimi e il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Elisa e Alberto sono gentilissimi, disponibili, sorridenti, attenti a ogni esigenza del cliente, davvero 2 persone rare da trovare in Liguria dove spesso l'ospitalità non è esattamente di casa. La colazione non è particolarmente varia ma è quasi tutto fatto in casa e delizioso. Unica pecca della camera Scirocco (ma crediamo che sia l'unica, insieme a un'altra ad avere questo "problema") è il fatto che dando sulla sala colazioni al mattino dalle 8 si sente movimento. Noi siamo state davvero entusiaste della permanenza, torneremo e consiglieremo la Locanda Brezza Marina ai nostri amici che vorranno passare qualche giorno (o più) a Finale!

Posizione strategica vicino al centro e alle spiagge, accoglienza squisita. ottima la colazione soprattutto la focaccia e le torte casalinghe, camere pulite e accoglienti. Mare bandiera blu 2017 ! Siamo stati bene io e mio marito, abbiamo scoperto anche due borghi annoverati tra i borghi più belli d Italia: Finalborgo e Borgio Verezzi dove c'è una manifestazione teatrale top da cinquant'anni proprio dai primi di luglio. Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni ci siamo trovati benissimo i proprietari sono gentilissimi. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata tutto è nuovo pulizia ottima. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia tra l altro convenzionata. Niente di cui lamentarsi davvero un bel weekend. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posto piccolo ma molto, molto carino e vicino al centro, in 5 minuti arrivi al mare. Camera arredata in stile moderno, tutto praticamente nuovo. Bagno con doccia, bellissimo, non c'è il phon. Gestori molto cordiali e disponibili. Se ci sarà l'occasione mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Molto gentili e disponibili i gestori, la colazione ottima (soprattutto la focaccia preparata da loro), la camera quadrupla ampia e funzionale nonché la posizione della struttura ottima, molto vicina al mare e alle spiagge libere. Ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei due figli in una camera quadrupla molto spaziosa e arredata in stile moderno. L'intera struttura è appena stata ristrutturata. I proprietari, Elisa e Alberto, sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La spiaggia è a due passi. Da tornare sicuramente!

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questa struttura, nella camera quadrupla. Stanza molto ampia e confortevole. Livello di pulizia eccellente. La struttura è situata in ottima posizione: vicino al centro e alle spiagge libere e attrezzate. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Struttura nuovissima, arredata con ottimo gusto e accuratezza dei dettagli, gestita da proprietari molto gentili e cordiali che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Ottima posizione in quanto molto vicina alle spiagge (sia libere che attrezzate) e al centro storico. Camere da letto con bagno privato e spazio esterno dotato di tavolini sempre in stile moderno e curato come tutta la struttura. Ottima colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata, con prodotti fatti in casa di prima qualità. Al sabato sera magnifico apericena a base di prodotti tipici liguri (farinata, focaccia, torte di verdura...) fatti da tutta la splendida famiglia.. il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino consigliatoci dal gestore. Beh insomma che altro aggiungere se non che siamo stati benissimo e che non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci!?!

Siamo una coppia non abituata ai B&B ed in compagnia di altre due coppie di amici si è deciso di passare un paio di giorni a Finale. Grazie al figlio di una di loro si è scelto questa locanda. Scelta azzeccatissima. Locali nuovi, pulitissimi, molto illuminato, tutto con ottimo gusto. Ottima posizione vicino alla passeggiata. Gestita dal titolare con la moglie di una simpatia ammirevole, la coppia che ci ha preparato un'apericena di straordinaria varietà ed abbondanza con specialità liguri, accompagnate da ottimo vino locale. Colazione ottima, per ogni palato. Da ritornarci molto volentieri.
