Description
The Spell is a historic residence, located in the ancient heart of the fascinating Triora. After welcoming three generations of the same family, it is now in my hands.

I have completely renovated the house and dedicated the first floor to guests. The two rooms, named after the house itself, are characterized by a predominant color: blue in the enchanted dream room and lavender in the enchanted silence room. These colors adorn the walls, furnishings, sheets, and even the wardrobe hangers, creating a style that combines shabby and Provencal elements (the mountains of Triora are located near the border with France).

Check-in is done independently by guests, using a code that I provide before their arrival. This code allows them to open a small box placed in a niche next to the entrance door. This way, guests are free to arrive until 10:30 PM (if necessary, they can also inform me of later arrivals).

I was born and raised in Milan, with a degree in architecture that gave me a love for historic buildings, the search for aesthetics, a passion for colours. I spent several summers of my childhood and adolescence on the Ligurian Riviera, but I never explored the hinterland until about fifteen years ago. My family and I decide to spend the Easter holidays in Triora..from there, love at first sight, I fell in love with the Argentina Valley and Triora, with the enchantment that can be felt among its alleys, with the history that exudes in every corner and his homes. From there this project was born, which lived in me without me being aware of it. The house that hosts the Enchantment is a historic home, which has always belonged to the same family for generations, the family that created Pane di Triora and which still manages the historic bakery of Triora today.

It was a long renovation that I faced and not without difficulties, but today I am proud of how this house has become, which has its doors open ready to welcome you.

Area city center
L'Incantesimo, despite being in the old heart of Triora, has the advantage of being very close to the provincial road, the road that takes you from the sea to Triora (about 30 km from Sanremo and Taggia).

Parking is available along the road, which you can keep an eye on from the house window.

Just a 3-minute walk from the front door, through the typical narrow alleys, you will find yourself in the main square with the Church, where you can stroll through the alleys with their typical shops, bars, and a traditional Triorean restaurant (l'Erba Gatta).

If you don't feel like venturing too far from home, just 70 meters from the house there is Osteria La Loggia della Strega, a small gem of beauty and goodness (if you need to make a reservation, feel free to ask me, Jessica, the owner, is an old acquaintance of mine).

And if you feel like spending a day at the beach but don't want to drive due to the perennial parking problem, don't worry, there is a convenient bus stop right next to the house on the main road that takes you directly to the beach of Arma di Taggia!

The rooms were clean and the location was good, but there was a smell of mildew in the unit and the blankets smelled a bit too. There was no cell reception or WiFi. The host had mentioned the weather but even the next morning when it was sunny and calm there was no cell reception or WiFi. The normal rate of 150€ is excessive (I did not pay that rate).

The answer from the host:
