Description

Recently renovated guest house. Modern rooms furnished down to the smallest detail and equipped with every comfort. We are located 100 meters from the Levanto beach and 500 meters from the train station.

Upon request, subject to availability, it is possible to reserve a private parking space, about 700m from the building, at a cost of € 8 per day.

Area seaside

Just 100 meters from the Levanto beach, forget your car and in just 2 minutes you can dive into the sea. You will find both free, free and equipped beaches, or private ones with umbrellas and sunbeds. You will have all the choices available.
We are in the center a few steps from shops and restaurants / pizzerias, some of which have an agreement with us.
If, on the other hand, you prefer walks immersed in nature, a few hundred meters away, you can reach the train that will take you to the Cinque Terre and leave for excursions on many of the paths with breathtaking views.

Strategic location to visit the 5 Lands. We were welcomed by Mr. Migliorini who showed us the beautiful room and the parking spot we had previously booked. Highly recommended for those who want to spend beautiful days of relaxation in this corner of paradise.

I highly recommend this accommodation close to everything for visiting the 5 Lands and the sea 300 meters away and all the nearby restaurants, with parking. Easy arrival, very good exchange.

The room is nice and decent. The bathroom is pleasant and the bed is comfortable. It is a pity that there is no coffee machine or kettle to make hot drinks.

Very good location near the beach and the old town. Very nice room. The operator arranged a parking space for us 700 meters away (8€/day). Only a coffee machine was missing.

We stayed at Levante Central Rooms and the room was comfortable, very clean with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent and our host Manlio terrific. The only recommendation we would make is possibly include tea or coffee making facilities (kettle and cups). Otherwise would highly recommend.

Lovely property in a beautiful tree-lined street within easy walking distance of the beach and town center. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. If you wish to visit the Cinque Terre by train, the station is only a short (10-minute) walk away. The room we were in faced the street at the top of the 3-storey building and has an ensuite bathroom. There are no cooking or tea/coffee making facilities (we didn't particularly need these as we ate out all the time), although a small useful fridge is provided for your convenience.

Manlio is truly fantastic! He welcomed us kindly, providing us with various information not only about Levanto, recommending us a great restaurant always in Levanto where we had dinner for 2 evenings. The property is tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. To be remembered and suggested for a possible vacation again in the Cinque Terre.

A truly strategic place to stay in Levanto. Very close to the sea and the center. Clean and comfortable rooms, the plus is the kindness and availability of the manager, truly admirable.

The room is beautiful and comfortable, clean and modern, the manager is very helpful, in the town center. The parking is a bit far if you forget something in the car like it happened to me... I recommend it.
