Triple room with private bathroom, spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Five minutes' walk from the center of Boccadasse. Good value for money. The only drawback is the exterior facade.

The external building is not the best, you wouldn't say that inside there is a Bed and Breakfast worthy of being visited. We stayed on New Year's Eve 2021/2022 to spend the night. I must say the welcome was excellent, the room clean, and the location very convenient to reach the center of Genoa and many other tourist spots the city offers. At the entrance, there is a small relaxation area with armchairs and magazines, a microwave, tea, and herbal teas available, an automatic hot drinks vending machine, and one for snacks and cold drinks. The room where we stayed was very clean, with a small minibar, bathroom, and walls painted in a very pleasant green, and well-coordinated curtains. We really enjoyed our stay, overall a very clean and welcoming Bed and Breakfast, an excellent reference point.

Clean and beautiful interior structure, with every comfort. The only flaw is the second floor. I hope they fix the elevator. The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend it, I had a good time. I have already booked to return.

Overall good Bed and Breakfast, very clean, great availability from the manager (considering I arrived on Christmas day), located near one of the most beautiful villages in Genoa. Single room with private bathroom decent but clean. Breakfast not included but there are hot beverage dispensers, snacks, and drinks. Worth a stay.

Comfortable structure for those, like us, who wanted to visit Le Stanze di Boccadasse in Genoa. The street where it is located is not particularly charming, it is a main street of Genoa and as such should be interpreted (cars, traffic, tall buildings, etc.). The rooms where we stayed are instead commendable, well cleaned, with air conditioning and ceiling fans if preferred, small fridge, bathroom, and walls painted in a very pleasant shade of green. Outside the room there are vending machines for drinks and coffee for a fee, and a microwave for those who want a cup of herbal tea or tea (free). In essence, I liked the structure, reasonable price, and I recommend it. I had some difficulty finding parking, but in that case they have an agreement with a garage at a modest price.

The exterior building is not the best, you can see it's an old building that has been adapted several times. But this is the only flaw, and also the least important aspect. The rooms are quite spartan, but rather modern, and painted in a way to create a characteristic setting. Each room has a name written on the door, which is a quote or the title of a song (then you will find the complete text framed inside the room). The colors of the walls are impactful, energetic but deep, the effect is exactly that of feeling welcomed! The cleanliness is meticulous and impeccable (I am very picky, I say this to make it clear how much care they put in!), the towels are changed every day. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, for example, mine was in the corridor in front of my room, but still personal. In any case, I believe that just asking is enough, the owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful (qualities not to be taken for granted, among the Genoese!). Finally, I add that in the corridor which also serves as an atrium, they have arranged a small relaxation area with armchairs and magazines, microwave, tea and herbal teas available, a vending machine for hot drinks, and one for snacks and cold drinks. So, you can also have a quick breakfast!

Very clean room, excellent friendliness of the owners, good location! I recommend if you want to take a tour of Genoa! The building is very old and ugly to see.

We stayed with our 3-year-old daughter and newborn at Le Stanze di Boccadasse. Regarding the room, nothing to complain about: it was clean and fragrant. However, there were noises coming from the street (perhaps it would be advisable to consider replacing the windows). The managers were kind and helpful. The location is not optimal for those, like us, who had both luggage and a stroller. The parking is not easy to find and, even if it can be reserved for a fee, it is not convenient logistically. The building is a bit old and if you happen to be there when the elevator is out of order, as in our case over the weekend, you have to climb two floors on foot multiple times. Due to these two issues, parking and elevator, I would not recommend it to families with young children (under 3 years old).

The room is renovated and very nice, but the steps and the retro elevator do not make the entrance and exit with a stroller easy. It is located on a too busy street and you have to close everything to be able to sleep.

Good value for money. Good location. Clean room and bathroom. All made the stay enjoyable.\n\nJust two recommendations to the managers:\n- The bell of apartment 7 allows to open the main door directly, but every time it rings in the house (unnecessarily). So if another tenant comes back at night and rings the bell, it wakes everyone up. I believe it would be appropriate to deactivate the bell sound in the apartment.\n\n- I stayed during a very hot and humid period. The ceiling fan was helpful, but I would have preferred to also open the window, I avoided it because there are no mosquito nets. I believe it would be useful to provide mosquito nets installation to enhance the service.\n\nFor the rest, I was satisfied.

Bright and comfortable room with modern and tasteful furnishings and details. Spacious bathroom, impeccable cleanliness. Really nice idea to paint quotes from Fabrizio De Andrè's songs on the walls. Very kind and helpful hosts; breakfast is not included but they recommended a typical local bakery that offers a delicious focaccia, definitely worth trying. Very convenient transportation to reach Brignole station, the center of Genoa, Nervi, and surroundings. Only downside: the room windows are not double-glazed and do not attenuate the noise much, however, it is a cozy accommodation where we will gladly return.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast. The manager is welcoming and helpful. Our room was well-kept and well-maintained. No issues for our dog, also warmly welcomed. The location is great for those who want to visit Genoa, its center is reachable by bus (stop in front of the Bed and Breakfast) in about 15 minutes. On the way back, late in the evening, we stopped to visit the beautiful Boccadasse, a fishing village full of restaurants and pleasantly crowded. A few steps from the Bed and Breakfast, heading towards Boccadasse on the right, one of the best bakeries in Genoa will not make you regret the unplanned breakfast.

We stayed here because we had a visit to Gaslini. The structure is in a very convenient location to reach the hospital, but also a stone's throw from the sea. The staff welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we did not encounter any problems of any kind. Recommended!

I stayed at Le Stanze di Boccadasse, for one night, along with my mother and my two-month-old daughter. The room is very beautiful and comfortable, also equipped with a small fridge. The en-suite bathroom was greatly appreciated, having to get up at night to change the baby. It's a pity we only stayed for one night.

We had a good time, I found the property located in a strategic point, from there I easily reached various areas of the city (Gaslini Hospital, Nervi, Boccadasse, Genova Brignole Station, city center, Porto). For breakfast, I rated it a seven (7); in reality, breakfast was not included, but the manager provided a coffee machine, croissants, and tea for the guests. My son and I, who had to undergo a small procedure at Gaslini Hospital, had a very good experience. The room had a TV and wifi connection. Special thanks to the lady who was kind and understanding. Unfortunately, we were not there for vacation, but in the days before the procedure, we tried to "kill" time by visiting the city and surroundings, easily reaching them: Friday at the port, Saturday at the Serravalle Scrivia outlet, Sunday in Vernazza, one of the villages of the Cinque Terre, a gem.

Kind and helpful managers. Spacious and bright room with a small kitchenette, convenient for meals at home. In the area there are parking spaces with white stripes to leave the car. We used it to visit the center of Genoa and the aquarium. In front there is the bus (43) that takes you straight to Piazza Vittoria and from there you can start to see almost everything (be aware that the Lantern is only open in the afternoon and only on certain days). To return, take the 31 to Brignole station and get off just after Boccadasse. The small port of Boccadasse, with its little bars, is a stone's throw away, great for spending an evening. The only note is that the building could use a paint job on the outside and some touch-ups on the inside. However, the apartment at Le Stanze has recently been renovated, all new and clean.

Very nice, spacious and newly renovated room, with a comfortable bathroom. The lady of the bed and breakfast was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information for the holiday and promptly making the room and everything we needed available. Optimal and strategic position of the structure, close to the beautiful beach of Boccadasse and excellently served by public transport to go directly to the city center or the station.

For personal reasons, I go to Genoa every 6 months and I must say that I have changed several hotels and B&Bs. Finally, I found my B&B. I call it that because I found everything that a person desires to feel good and above all suitable for their needs. I'm sorry I didn't get to know the owners who rightly took some rest (like common mortals). I thank them anyway for choosing with rationality a trusted person, Arianna, whom I thank warmly for her cordiality, sympathy, kindness, and above all availability, which is not easy to find. I found myself very well, ok room with kitchenette, very central place with everything at hand bus stops, supermarkets, etc. The managers are very friendly and helpful, cleaning and towel change every day. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning, but then everything is ok we will gladly return.
