The external building is not the best, you wouldn't say that inside there is a Bed and Breakfast worthy of being visited. We stayed on New Year's Eve 2021/2022 to spend the night. I must say the welcome was excellent, the room clean, and the location very convenient to reach the center of Genoa and many other tourist spots the city offers. At the entrance, there is a small relaxation area with armchairs and magazines, a microwave, tea, and herbal teas available, an automatic hot drinks vending machine, and one for snacks and cold drinks. The room where we stayed was very clean, with a small minibar, bathroom, and walls painted in a very pleasant green, and well-coordinated curtains. We really enjoyed our stay, overall a very clean and welcoming Bed and Breakfast, an excellent reference point.

Clean and beautiful interior structure, with every comfort. The only flaw is the second floor. I hope they fix the elevator. The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend it, I had a good time. I have already booked to return.

Overall good Bed and Breakfast, very clean, great availability from the manager (considering I arrived on Christmas day), located near one of the most beautiful villages in Genoa. Single room with private bathroom decent but clean. Breakfast not included but there are hot beverage dispensers, snacks, and drinks. Worth a stay.

Comfortable structure for those, like us, who wanted to visit Le Stanze di Boccadasse in Genoa. The street where it is located is not particularly charming, it is a main street of Genoa and as such should be interpreted (cars, traffic, tall buildings, etc.). The rooms where we stayed are instead commendable, well cleaned, with air conditioning and ceiling fans if preferred, small fridge, bathroom, and walls painted in a very pleasant shade of green. Outside the room there are vending machines for drinks and coffee for a fee, and a microwave for those who want a cup of herbal tea or tea (free). In essence, I liked the structure, reasonable price, and I recommend it. I had some difficulty finding parking, but in that case they have an agreement with a garage at a modest price.

The exterior building is not the best, you can see it's an old building that has been adapted several times. But this is the only flaw, and also the least important aspect. The rooms are quite spartan, but rather modern, and painted in a way to create a characteristic setting. Each room has a name written on the door, which is a quote or the title of a song (then you will find the complete text framed inside the room). The colors of the walls are impactful, energetic but deep, the effect is exactly that of feeling welcomed! The cleanliness is meticulous and impeccable (I am very picky, I say this to make it clear how much care they put in!), the towels are changed every day. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, for example, mine was in the corridor in front of my room, but still personal. In any case, I believe that just asking is enough, the owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful (qualities not to be taken for granted, among the Genoese!). Finally, I add that in the corridor which also serves as an atrium, they have arranged a small relaxation area with armchairs and magazines, microwave, tea and herbal teas available, a vending machine for hot drinks, and one for snacks and cold drinks. So, you can also have a quick breakfast!

Soggiornato con bambina di 3 anni e neonato Sulla stanza nulla da dire. Pulita, profumata. A parte rumori strada (forse è il caso di cambiare vetrate) Gestori gentili e disponibili Posizione non ottimale per chi come noi aveva oltre ai bagli la carrozzina. Il parcheggio non e facile da trovare, e anche se c è la possibilità di prenotarlo pagando logisticamente non è comodo La palazzina è un po' vecchia. E se becchi il we in cui non funziona L ascensore (come nel nostro caso) ti tocca fare 2 piani a piedi in più viaggi Per questi due punti, parcheggio e ascensore non lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini piccoli (sotto i 3 anni).

La stanza è ristrutturata e molto carina, ma gli scalini e l'ascensore retrò non rendono agevole l'ingresso e l'uscita con passeggino. È sito in una strada troppo trafficata e bisogna chiudere tutto per poter dormire.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona posizione. Camera e bagno puliti. Il tutto ha reso il soggiorno piacevole. Solo due consigli ai gestori: - il campanello dell'appartamento 7 permette di aprire direttamente il portone, però ogni volta suona in casa (inutilmente). Per cui se un altro inquilino torna di notte e suona il campanello sveglia tutti. Credo sia opportuno disattivare il suono del campanello nell'appartamento. - ho alloggiato in un periodo molto caldo e umido. Il ventilatore a lampadario è stato utile, ma avrei preferito aprire anche la finestra, ho evitato perché non ci sono le zanzariere. Credo sia utile provvedere a montaggio di zanzariere per perfezionare il servizio. Per il resto sono stato soddisfatto.

Stanza luminosa e confortevole con arredi e dettagli moderni di buon gusto. Bagno spazioso, pulizia impeccabile. Davvero bella l'idea di dipingere sulle pareti citazioni tratte dalle canzoni di Fabrizio De Andrè. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili; non è prevista la colazione ma ci hanno consigliato un tipico forno del luogo che offre una deliziosa focaccia, assolutamente da assaggiare. Mezzi comodissimi per raggiungere la stazione di Brignole, il centro di Genova, Nervi e dintorni. Unico neo: i vetri della stanza non sono doppi e non attenuano molto i rumori, comunque è un alloggio accogliente dove torneremo volentieri.

Ottimo B&B. Gestore accogliente e disponibile. La nostra camera era curata e ben tenuta. Nessun problema per il nostro cane, anche lui ben accolto. La collocazione è ottima per chi vuole visitare Genova, il cui centro è raggiungibile in autobus (fermata di fronte al B&B) in circa 15 minuti. Al rientro, in tarda serata ci siamo fermati a visitare la bellissima Boccadasse, borgo di pescatori ricco di locali e piacevolmente affollato. A pochi passi dal B&B, andando verso Boccadasse sulla destra, uno dei migliori panifici di Genova non vi farà rimpiangere la non prevista colazione.

Abbiamo pernottato qui, perché avevamo una visita al Gaslini. La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere l'ospedale, ma è anche a due passi dal mare. Il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza e si è dimostrato molto disponibile. La stanza era molto spaziosa e confortevole e non abbiamo rilevato problemi di nessun tipo. Consigliato!

Ho soggiornato presso le stanze Boccadasse, per una notte, insieme a mia madre e mia figlia di due mesi. La stanza molto bella e confortevole, dotata anche di piccolo frigo. Il bagno in camera è stato molto apprezzato dovendo alzarmi di notte per cambiare la bambina. Peccato esserci rimasti solo una notte.

Ci siamo trovati bene, ho trovato la struttura posizionata in un punto strategico, da lì ho raggiunto le varie zone della città (Ospedale Gaslini, Nervi, Boccadasse, Stazione Genova Brignole, centro città, Porto) con grande facilità, per la colazione ho messo un sette (7) in realtà la colazione era un servizio non compreso ma il gestore ha messo a disposizione, comunque, dei clienti macchinetta del caffè, brioches, tè, ci siamo (io e mio figlio che doveva subire un piccolo intervento presso l'Ospedale Gaslini) trovati molto bene, tv in camera e connessione wifi. Grazie, in modo particolare alla signora che è stata gentile e comprensiva, noi purtroppo non eravamo lì per vacanza, anche se nei giorni precedenti l'intervento abbiamo cercato di "ammazzare" il tempo visitando la città e dintorni che abbiamo raggiunto con grande comodità.. venerdì al porto, sabato all'outlet di Serravalle Scrivia, domenica a Vernazza uno dei borghi delle Cinque Terre, una bomboniera.

Gestori gentili e disponibili Stanza ampia e luminosa con piccolo angolo cucina comodo per pranzi in casa. In zona ci sono parcheggi con strisce bianche per lasciare la macchina Noi l'abbiamo usata per visitare il centro di Genova e l'acquario Di fronte c'è il bus (il 43) che ti porta diritto in piazza Vittoria e da lì partire per vedere quasi tutto (occhio che la Lanterna è aperta solo il pomeriggio e solo in certi giorni) Per tornare prendere il 31 alla stazione Brignole e scendere appena dopo Boccadasse Il piccolo porto di Boccadasse con i suoi localini è a 2 passi ottimo per passare una serata L'unico appunto è che lo stabile avrebbe bisogno di una tinteggiata agli esterni e qualche ripasso anche agli interni L'appartamento delle Stanze è però di recente ristrutturazione tutto nuovo e pulito.

Camera molto carina, ampia e ristrutturata a nuovo, con bagno confortevole. Molto gentile e disponibile la signora del bed and breakfast che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per la vacanza e che velocemente ci ha dato disponibilità della camera e di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottimale e strategica della struttura, vicina alla spiaggia bellissima di Boccadasse e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici per andare in centro o in stazione direttamente.

Per motivi privati salgo a Genova ogni 6 mesi e debbo dire che ho cambiato diversi alberghi e B&B. Finalmente ho trovato il mio B&B. Lo chiamo così perché ho trovato tutto quello che una persona desidera per stare bene e soprattutto idoneo alle sue esigenze. Mi dispiace non aver conosciuto i proprietari che giustamente si sono presi anche loro (comuni mortali) un po' di riposo. Li ringrazio ugualmente per aver scelto con razionalità una persona di fiducia Arianna che ringrazio vivamente per la sua cordialità, simpatia, gentilezza e soprattutto disponibilità che non è facile da trovare. La valutazione della struttura è ottima ma sottolineo soprattutto il rapporto umano. Grazie e ci vediamo presto. Jolanda.

Camera molto carina, spaziosa e pulita. Unico neo la mancanza del condizionatore e il rumore assordante del traffico, dovendo lasciare aperta la finestra tutta la notte. Il ventilatore a grandi pale nel soffitto comunque aiuta molto. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ubicazione della struttura pratica per ogni spostamento. Ci torneremo!

Mi sono trovata molto bene, stanza ok con piano cottura, posto centralissimo con tutto a portata di mano fermate bus, supermercati, etc i gestori molto cordiali e disponibili, pulizia e cambio tovaglie tutti i giorni. unica pecca manca il condizionatore, ma poi tutto ok ci ritorneremo volentieri.
