Only few minutes away from the fantastic seaside resorts of Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso, in a quite and relaxing position, "Le Fiabe" is the ideal place to enjoy your holiday.

Only 3 km away from the beautiful town of Sestri Levante, our home is located in the middle of a green area, surrounded by olive trees. From your room you will have a fantastic sea view on the Golfo del Tigullio.

Our "Le Fiabe" is the perfect starting point to visit the famous Five Lands, Portofino, Genova and all the wonderful places that you can find on the seaside or in the inland parts of Liguria.

All our rooms have a fantastic sea view, private bathroom and all the best comforts, such as air conditioning, satellite TV, internet wi-fi, safe and hairdryer.

Rooms:
- MOON ROOM (double room with private bathroom just next to the room)
- STAR ROOM (double room with ensuite bathroom)
- SUN ROOM (double room with large ensuite bathroom and terrace)
With our buffet breakfast, that it's possible to personalize in case of particular needs or allergies, you will taste some typical products of the Ligurian tradition.

You will also find at your disposal a private parking place completely free of charge.

Prices are per room per night and they include breakfast.

Possibility to add a third bed for children and young people from 3 to 18 years old at a cost of €20 per night.

For children up to 3 years there is a supplement of €10.

We can offer a special baby-sitting service for families with children.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean and well located. It has a nice terrace that all guests can use, offering a lovely view of the sea. Sandu is a very good, attentive host who is very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable there and would be very happy to come back.

I stayed at B&B Le Fiabe from April 25 to 27 with my partner, my mother, and two little dogs. Everything was more than positive. We had a wonderful time, the structure is in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive trees with a spectacular view. Abundant breakfast, well-cleaned rooms and bathrooms, and Sandu always available. What can I say? The Ligurian villages are worth visiting, Sestri, Camogli, Rapallo... truly enchanting places... and we were lucky with the nice weather. Highly recommended.

Very practical for getting around, parking next to the property, located at the end of the road so easy to find. Very quiet home immersed in nature with olive trees and forest. Located 5 minutes from the Sestri Levante exit, it takes only 3 km to reach the waterfront, the breakfast is excellent, the host is very polite and always attentive to anything. From the terrace, there is a unique view of the entire gulf. Comfortable beds, the rooms are decorated with attention to detail and are spacious, plus there is a kettle in the room for tea, herbal teas, chamomile, etc. I was satisfied.

The structure is immersed in the green of the hills, 10 minutes by car from the center of Sestri. The road to get there is quite narrow and could be a bit problematic at night in the dark if you encounter another car. The room was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory. The young owner is polite, helpful, and speaks excellent English. Good value for money. I feel like recommending it to anyone looking for tranquility.

Hi, we spent a wonderful week at Le Fiabe. Splendid view, quiet and safe location. The host is very kind and helpful with attention to details and providing us lots of tourist information and hints. It is an ideal hub for visiting Cinque Terre and Liguria in general. We appreciated very much the hints we got from him on not frequently visited gems along the coast! Rooms are big enough and very clean, breakfast is abundant and can be enjoyed on the nice terrace if the weather allows it. In a nutshell, the place to be! To put on one’s bucket list for a short break. We certainly will come back! Congratulations.

We spent a weekend in Sestri Levante mainly biking. Excellent welcome, very beautiful structure: the room was great, very clean and tidy. The terrace is spectacular, where you can also have breakfast with a great view. The owner is attentive and available. The reserved parking for guests is also excellent, with plenty of maneuvering space. There is a lack of a dedicated space for storing bicycles, but the place is quiet, so it was not a problem to store them in the car. I recommend adding scrambled eggs and espresso coffee, with which the rating for breakfast would be a full 10. These are details, overall everything was fine and we will return.

Per quanto riguarda l'appunto sulle uova mi dispiace che lei non le abbia chieste e che io probabilmente mi sia dimenticato di chiedere se le volevate. Le uova le propongo già, non solo strapazzate, ma come più vi possono piacere, dal uovo in camicia all'omelette fino ad arrivare all' uovo alla Benedict. Spero di avere un'occasione futura per accogliervi nuovamente e potervele far assaggiare. Per quanto riguarda il caffè è stata una nostra scelta quella di farlo solamente con la moka per dare più una sensazione di casa e perché non avendo una struttura sufficientemente grande, l'unico modo che abbiamo per fare il caffè espresso sarebbe con le cialde (opzione che abbiamo escluso per garantire un'esperienza più familiare). Vi ringrazio per aver soggiornato nella nostra struttura e dei suggerimenti.

Grazie per la vostra recensione. Mi dispiace che abbiate reputato la struttura lontana, quando in 10 minuti in macchina siete direttamente in centro. La nostra posizione è ben indicata quindi se avete deciso, nonostante non aveste un mezzo per spostarvi, di venire da noi mi stupisce la lamentela. Oltretutto a soli 20 minuti a piedi avete, 1 supermercato, 3 ristoranti e la fermata del autobus. Per la camera con bagno adiacente è stata una Vostra scelta selezionare tale camera. Anche perché nel momento della vostra prenotazione non era l'unica disponibile.

First of all, I would like to thank Sandu, the manager of the establishment, for his availability and kindness, a rare person, made us feel at home. The journey to Le Fiabe is a bit adventurous in the last kilometers, but you are rewarded with a very beautiful house and a breathtaking view. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Everything is very clean and nicely prepared. The landlady gladly provides tips for excursions or for the little things that make tourist life easy, such as cheap parking spaces, if you speak Italian. Overall, a very successful holiday.

A beautiful experience even though only for one night, the structure is very welcoming and the lady is very kind and helpful, a rich breakfast accompanied by a very peaceful panorama!

Very nice and clean structure, Mrs. Gabriella and her husband are courteous and helpful, and it was pleasant to chat with them during the good and abundant breakfast served.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is reached by a narrow and winding road but the view is magnificent. Very positive experience.

Good morning, I would like to recommend this Bed and Breakfast to everyone where I spent a wonderful weekend with my family, for the kindness and availability of the owner who always made us find a good breakfast every morning, and for a splendid view from our room. The only downside is the road to reach the structure is not very pleasant at first sight because it is very narrow, quite steep, and poorly lit; then with the reassurances of the owner and her tips, we calmed down. Thank you so much for everything!

It is a beautiful place, the road to reach it is a bit steep. But I assure you it is really worth it. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. Upon arrival, we even found it set up for a snack with juices, fruit, croissants, water, tea, and coffee. The common areas are very well maintained, and what can I say about the terrace? Well, it is a gem for a fairy tale B&B. We recommend the place to everyone, even for those like us who have children. Mrs. Gabriella and her daughter Gaia are very kind and always available. They will really make you feel at home.
