We rent the "Piazzetta del Mercato" apartment, a comfortable three-room apartment in the heart of Sestri Levante, perfect for tourists seeking comfort.
You will enjoy maximum privacy just 200 meters from the beaches. The apartment is equipped with terraces, air conditioning, heating, and an elevator (only 10 steps from street level). You can also take advantage of unlimited wifi and a private garage 300 meters away.
Reservations are available only for weekly stays with check-in on Saturdays. Prices range from a minimum of 850 euros to a maximum of 1600 euros. Additionally, we offer special rates for extended stays.
The prices are all-inclusive, including linens (with a change upon request for 50 euros), utilities, air conditioning or heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, private garage (300 meters away), and final cleaning (except for the kitchen area, which must be returned clean and tidy or a supplement of 30 euros will be charged).
Please note that a local tourist tax and a cash deposit of 300 euros upon arrival are required, which will be refunded upon departure in the absence of damages.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, with 2 bedrooms. Remember that smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Additionally, the apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities.

An enchanting peninsula lying in the clear waters of the Ligurian Sea: this is Sestri Levante "Pearl" of the Gulf of Tigullio!
Wonderful two bays: The "Bay of Silence" oasis of peace on the east, framed by the typical colorful fishermen's houses with trompe-l'oeil facades and the "Bay of Fables" to the west, with the large beach lined by the promenade sea.
Very much appreciated by the tourist for its natural beauties, long sandy beaches, hidden coves among the cliffs, the renewed and long promenade with the secular maritime pines, the new cycle track, the paths with unparalleled views of the gulf, the fishing village, The "carugio" (the shopping street), the extraordinary events such as the Carnival Summer (the last Sunday of July) with spectacular fireworks (in the Bay of Silence), the "Festival Andersen" fables and games for children (first week in June), restaurants where to enjoy great fish and Ligurian tradition foods and still handicrafts ice cream, focaccia.......... and then its strategic location between lively Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, the famous Cinque Terre, the superb Genoa, with the largest historic center in Europe, the monumental ancient palaces, the port restored by arch. Renzo Piano, the aquarium with the large dolphin tub, whale watching, the "Nautical Show" in October..........

The holiday apartment "Le Due Baie" is centrally located in Sestri Levante, very well-kept, clean and modernly furnished. Everything is available. All the attractions of Sestri Levante are easily accessible on foot. The beach is 5 minutes away, the train station 10 minutes, the indoor swimming pool 2 minutes, and the old town also only takes a few minutes. For our vacation, we were able to completely do without the car. We would like to emphasize that there is a lockable garage available in the building, which was very pleasant. All the excursion destinations in the area are easily accessible by public transport. The caretaker Monica and her son are incredibly accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful, and have given us many tips. From hiking, cycling, eating, excursion possibilities - really very warm. Sestri Levante offers incredibly many possibilities - a trip there is really worthwhile. We were very satisfied and can only recommend this apartment and Sestri Levante.

Everything was perfect. From the beautiful welcome of Mrs. Monica, to her very cute and ultra practical apartment, close to the historic center and impeccable! Full of ideas for walks and things to see listed in a binder, a nice chat and a check out right on time.\n\nI will definitely go back!

Very nice holiday apartment right next to the old town. It is well equipped and equally well furnished. Monica is a very friendly and helpful landlady. We will definitely return in the coming years.
