The property is welcoming, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. The rooms are comfortable. The owner is truly kind and is always ready to assist with any request from guests; he gave us advice on what to visit and where to eat. A delightful person! Recently renovated property, very tidy and clean, very close to the beach. Quiet and spacious room with a balcony and a large bathroom. The free parking with a pass in the blue zones was very much appreciated. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. You cannot find better value for money in Levanto. Le Divine are the best.

We stayed at Alle Divine during the first week of September. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location, from which both the sea and the town center and the train station can be easily reached on foot. The staff are very helpful in resolving any potential problems. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is not the fresh buffet style, but this is clearly stated at the time of booking. Definitely recommended.

Excellent facility, very well maintained, clean and functional, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a few pleasant days away from home. Perfect location, spacious and very well maintained room, air conditioning perfectly functional, very comfortable shower. Regarding breakfast, I renew some general comments because although they cannot "cook", I believe there is some room for improvement. First of all, it would be useful to equip the kitchen area with some extras in terms of cutlery and cups, maybe small cartons of milk and a water dispenser. If by "misfortune" the only available knife falls on the floor, you have no replacement, if you use the cup for a coffee, there are no replacements nor can they be washed... there are cereals but no spoons to eat them... in short, I understand that there are limitations, but something could be improved with little things. This is not meant to be a criticism but a suggestion for reflection. Eventually, a breakfast agreement with a closer café would be helpful, the one currently partnered is definitely too far away. For the room, I have some suggestions for improvement: it would be useful to provide guests with extra pillows, unfortunately for many people this is a physiological need. In the room, there are not enough power outlets, the USB ports on the nightstand are convenient but not suitable for new phones that all have fast charging, and if you happen to need to plug in something different like a tablet or a PC, you don't have outlets.

Highly recommended! Brand new room, cleaning done every day, almost on the seafront, just a stone's throw from the center and the station. Owners more than kind, we had a problem with the car and we solved it thanks to them! Very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One of the best places I have ever been. We will definitely come back!

Spacious, clean, new rooms, location very close to the waterfront and quite convenient to walk to the center. The owner is available and friendly. I gave a sufficient rating to the breakfast only because they do not have the possibility of having a kitchen, so the products are packaged. We will definitely return.

All in all, the accommodation was great, we recommend and would come back. I just want to point out some "details" that missed and could have been a game changer: iron in the room, a big fridge in the kitchen, real cutlery instead of the plastic non-environment-friendly ones provided.

A few steps from the sea and 5 minutes from the center. Spacious room (Greta Garbo) for 4 people and equipped with a bathroom with a nice large shower and a large balcony. There is no wardrobe, comfortable beds. The breakfast, although based on packaged products, as specified on the website, is of good quality. The ladies Elisa and Silvia were very courteous and helpful both in the reception and in providing us with information about the place and the various excursions to take in the surroundings of the 5 lands.

Room identical to what you see in the photos, we stayed in the Greta room with a balcony, 3 people. Everything very clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable and quiet. Approximately 10 blocks from the station. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The rest perfect. Would return without a doubt.

The coffee machine for breakfast is not working properly, too basic, no milk for the cereals, it would be possible to provide sachets like for the fruit juices. Too industrial the whole breakfast.

It was a really nice and clean room placed in a nice and quiet area in the center of the town. It is hardly fair to call the biscuits, etc., in the kitchen breakfast. We never figured out how we could use the cornflakes with no milk. And all the plastic cutlery was not appropriate.

I stayed, along with my 16-year-old daughter, at the property for 7 days and we had a great time. It is located just a few minutes from the free beach (but also from equipped beaches) and the center of Levanto. We were more than satisfied also with the tranquility, probably also due to the good manners of the other guests present at the property. I would have given a 10 even for the quality/price ratio, but I had to make a small observation regarding the bathroom mats. Nothing important and we were able to solve the small problem. If there is the opportunity, we will gladly return to stay at this property.

Three-day stay for three women in the 'Claudia Cardinale' room. I expected it to be tight, but the room is really spacious and nice, we were comfortably accommodated. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. A nice touch is the 'walk-in closet' where I would possibly add some shelves, as well as in the bathroom. This particular room doesn't have a balcony, but you can use (theoretically for exclusive use) one accessed from the common areas. Good for hanging clothes after returning from the beach but not very 'private'. Breakfast, as widely indicated, consists of packaged products so not the best. There are various products available for an Italian breakfast, not continental. I would suggest adding, to reach sufficiency, perhaps in the minibar in the room, some milk and yogurt. The location is perfect both for reaching the sea and the center and services. Davide is very friendly, helpful, and thorough in providing information. The prices are more than good, given the proximity to the 5 lands that can be easily reached by sea or train. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

Absolutely clean, Davide the manager and his team are very organized and extremely helpful. The only downside is the breakfast, in my opinion it would be necessary to have a fridge equipped with fresh milk, yogurt, lemons, fresh croissants, maybe a homemade cake, butter, fresh fruit, bread, cold cuts, cheeses, because as we all know especially Germans eat salty food for breakfast, a microwave to heat up.

The accommodation was clean and well located near the sea and the city center. We appreciated the calm, however the breakfast was really poor. No fresh bread, no fruit, no milk or yogurt. The breakfast was incomplete. There were corn flakes but no bowl or milk! COVID-19 seems to us a simple pretext to remove benefits in order to save money.
