Great experience! Central location, very large room, abundant and quality breakfast. The owner is very friendly, gave us suggestions for excursions, and allowed us to park in the center, just a few steps from the property. Highly recommended.

The structure is in a great location, very close to the beach and the center of Levanto, with a car park a few hundred meters away. Room with simple but functional furniture, equipped with a fridge, safe, TV, and air conditioning. Spacious shower. Valentina is a dynamic person and very helpful in providing useful information for any excursions or interesting things to do in the area. Breakfast could be improved, perhaps by adding a coffee machine.

Everything well organized, very convenient location for both the sea and the center, breakfast included with yogurt and fruit juice, no milk. Helpful and present staff. Overall excellent! To come back.

Clean and comfortable room. The only negative aspect is the proximity of a bar, which on the Saturday night of our stay, remained open until late at night, 3:30 AM, with little respect for the tranquility of others. Perhaps just sensitizing the owners to contain the noise, at least outside the premises, would be enough.

Very clean and beautiful place. Great spaces and services. The centrality, comfortable during the day, becomes difficult due to the excessive noise at night. Highly recommended for late sleepers.
