Description
Our B&B Le Coccole was born inside the important noble palace Genovese Grillo Spinola in Piazza Delle Vigne 3. A building built at the end of 400, where you can appreciate the important frescoed façade partly attributed to Luca Cambiaso (painter) Ligure) who painted it with the help of some Genoese painters around the middle of the 16th century. Our B&B is born with the intention to welcome our customers in a family environment, where the care with which we have furnished the structure will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the ‘Superba’ Genoa relaxing in environments from the past. Our The house has all the conditioned rooms, and is located on the five floor (where you can directly access the elevator) from the windows of the suites you can admire the striking roofs of the historic center as well as admire the lovely square from above the splendid church of the Vigne built around the 10th century.

Le coccole B&B is located in Piazza delle Vigne 3, about 500m from the aquarium and the ancient port of Genoa. We do not have private parking, as we are inside the pedestrian area, you can have access on request for loading and unloading in the square near the structure. Walking path from the parking area (aquarium) is accessed from Piazza Caricamento along Via al Ponte Reale until you reach Piazza Banchi, from here you go along Via Orefici and at Piazza Campetto you turn left into the narrow Vico della Chiesa delle Vigne, after about 30 meters. you will find yourself in Piazza delle Vigne and in front of you you will find the civico 3 historic building with a completely frescoed façade.

A lovely apartment, beautifully furnished, very clean. The single beds were remarkably comfortable. Bathroom very sweet with everything you need. Within walking distance to all the sights and the waterfront. Only things worth considering are: the fridge being way too small for your guests, please think about getting a larger one, it's impossible to fit much more than a few bottles in there. Also, the heating wasn't working on our second day which upon waking up was cold. And, no rubbish receptacle apart from a tiny one in the bathroom.

Spacious, simple, authentic suite (excellent sheets) with views of rooftops and bell towers. Spotless. In an authentic ancient palace in the historic center. Hosts very attentive and helpful. Correct breakfast quality (the products shown in the photo are better than those provided). The only flaw is the customers and waiters in the downstairs local, who shout and make a lot of noise until two in the morning.
