Description

Le Caravelle is located in a strategic position, close to the railway station (from which trains depart to reach the wonderful Cinque Terre) and to the center of Levanto, full of shops and restaurants. Our comfortable and functional rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air cinditioning or heating, safe, WiFi, refrigerator, microwave oven and TV.

Initial bed linen and towels are provided.

There is the possibility to book for our guests, depending on availability, a private parking, about 250 meters far on foot from the structure, at the cost of €8 per day.

Accommodation located in the center of Levanto, well equipped and with a host who is very kind and welcoming. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Cinque Terre. The value for money is good.

Excellent stay! The accommodation is extremely clean, welcoming, and cared for down to the smallest details. The location is convenient and the host was always available, kind, and attentive to every need. The only very minor drawback is the lack of a washing machine, which could be useful for longer stays, but this detail did not in any way affect the quality of our stay. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

The room has a great location and was very clean. However, for three guests, the bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, which is extremely limited in space and may be uncomfortable for a larger person. Also, the air conditioning was not powerful enough for the size of the room. We stayed for three nights and unfortunately experienced a lot of heat, as the room never cooled down properly. Overall, the location and cleanliness were positive aspects, but the bathroom size and air conditioning could be improved.

Buongiorno, La ringrazio per la sua recensione. L’aria condizionata è regolabile utilizzando il tastierino sul muro accanto alla porta del bagno. Potete selezionare la temperatura e l’intensità. Mi spiace per il disagio, se mi avesse contattato durante il vostro soggiorno vi avrei sicuramente dato tutte le indicazioni. Il bagno ha una dimensione standard ed è dotato di doccia, lavandino, bidet, cassettiera, wc e finestra.

The rental is really nice. Just one complaint about the air conditioning: it is poorly placed and therefore struggles to cool. When we are not present in the rental, it does not work, which is not ideal. As someone who enjoys a good bowl of coffee, you can only make one cup. Also, there is no breakfast kit (bowls; we had to buy some).

Buongiorno, L’aria condizionata si spegne automaticamente quando viene rimossa la tessera elettronica della camera, come in tutti gli hotel del mondo (non ha nessun senso far andare l’aria condizionata se non c’è nessuno in camera). Le tazze si trovavano sopra alla cappa della cucina (anta con sportello push-pull)…ci sono varie tipologie di tazze disponibili (se mi avesse avvisato vi avrei indicato lo sportello della cucina da aprire). La macchina del caffè è per tre persone e voi eravate in due. Saluti

Very charming and furnished with care. Everything was very clean and the accommodation had a fully equipped kitchen. In a small space you had everything you need. The train station is a few minutes' walk away and the beach and village center are about 10 minutes away. The person responsible for the accommodation was easy to reach via WhatsApp and always responded promptly. The parking is only a few minutes' drive or walk from the accommodation and is in a secure, locked location. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Nice apartment for a small family. The air conditioning could be more effective; sometimes it wasn't functioning at all.

É necessario impostare la temperatura desiderata dal pannello che trovate in camera: quando la temperatura dell’ambiente è inferiore a quella selezionata la macchina, ovviamente , si spegne. Se mi avesse contattato durante il suo soggiorno sarei stata felice di mostrarglielo. Cordiali saluti

Short one-night stop on the return from San Gimignano to visit the Cinque Terre before returning to France. Very nice room with all necessary amenities and a friendly host who speaks a little French, which helps. I will keep very good memories of it.

The property is in an excellent location, halfway between the sea and the train station. The sea is easily reachable. The manager was friendly, helpful, and provided a number of indications and advice that turned out to be very useful.

The accommodation is pleasant, well located near the train station but also the center. Everything can be done easily by foot. The person who welcomed us was friendly and spoke very good French. It is a perfect accommodation to spend a few days in the Cinque Terre.

Buongiorno, la camera è esattamente quella che voi avete scelto, visionando anche le foto (avete scelto quella più piccola). Le altre camere della struttura sono più grandi ma, ovviamente, hanno un costo maggiore. Il bagno è moderno, ristrutturato pochi anni fa. Le suggerisco di informarsi sui prezzi delle strutture ricettive della nostra zona a ferragosto, perché voi avete speso 105 euro in due (poco più di 50 euro a persona) e avete attribuito 6 al rapporto qualità-prezzo, per un monolocale con cucina, wifi, cassetta di sicurezza. Il prezzo è anche comprensivo di pulizie finali e biancheria. Cordiali saluti.
