What distinguishes us is our hospitality, warmth, and friendship. We are happy to assist our guests in discovering the most interesting places, museums, churches, natural beauty, cultural and gastronomic itineraries.

We are located in a breathtaking location with views of the sea and lush greenery. The tranquility of nature will accompany you during your stay.

You can easily reach the major centers of the French Riviera and Liguria, with Menton, the picturesque French city, located about 4 kilometers away, the famous and wealthy Monte-Carlo about 14 kilometers away, and the beautiful city of Nice, less than one kilometer away.

Less than one kilometer away, you can walk to the Hanbury botanical gardens and enjoy a fantastic panorama and incredible vegetation, both spontaneous and cultivated, where various types of essences grow, especially succulent plants.

At Latte Bellavista, you feel at home. The climb may be a bit intimidating only the first time you do it. The slight discomfort is more than compensated by a spectacular view and the hospitality of Mrs. Miria. The house is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The host is ready to meet any request. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

It's a great bed and breakfast with an excellent host. The only drawback is the location. It is situated on a narrow private road with a steep slope, but don't worry, even low sedans can reach the place. The host is very kind and pleasant, and she is ready to help you and facilitate your access to the beach. In fact, the beach is 800 meters away from the place. The views from the b&b's terrace are breathtaking. The room, well, it's more like an apartment and it's very clean. The style is classic. It has everything you need to spend a few days there even if you want to have meals at the property. The breakfast is full of delicious food and drinks and the host makes the coffee just the way you like it.

The satnav was a bit naughty and didn't take us directly to the property but nearby. Without a comforting sign, I had to call Mrs. Miria, very kind. Superb reception, clean room, very comfortable bed, excellent and abundant breakfast, especially the famous homemade fig jam. Thank you for hosting us.

Enchanting location and view. Mrs. Miria welcomed us warmly and courteously, making us feel at home. A quiet place far from the chaos, a bit challenging to reach, but worth it. Excellent value for money.

We stayed 4 nights at this bed and breakfast as a base to visit the French Riviera. The structure is on a hill and has a splendid view of the sea. The owner Miria manages the bed and breakfast making you feel at home. Abundant breakfast with pleasant surprises.

The emotions I experienced here at B&B Bellavista, managed by Mrs. Miria, made me feel young again, in an authentic human context. A still intact landscape, with lemon trees, airy environment and a suggestive light, a breathtaking view. The structure is an elegant villa with a magnificent terrace overlooking the valley, with a splendid panoramic view. Not easy to find and a bit difficult to reach, but it is all rewarded by the position that overlooks the gulf from above, by the exquisite courtesy and availability of the landlady, and by the cleanliness and order of the rooms, spacious and equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioner. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back, highly recommend.

Cozy, family-friendly. Mrs. Miria is wonderful and goes above and beyond for every need. Not so easy to find, the road winds up to the section that leads to the Latte Bellavista. The distance is short and leads to a spectacular view. Recommended.

Lovely location, Mrs. Miria was helpful right from the moment of booking, having an 11-month-old baby we had asked if it was possible to have both a freezer and a microwave and she was so kind to have them in the room for us, which is not taken for granted; she also welcomed us as if we were family and made us feel at ease. \nA stone's throw from Villa Hanbury, it can also be reached on foot, a road that is passable with a sidewalk even with a stroller in tow.

I had a great time: with the navigator I reached Latte Bellavista without any problems. Everything clean and a plentiful breakfast on the terrace with a sea view, the lady was very caring and clear in her directions! I highly recommend it! Thank you for the hospitality! I will come back!

The location is great, but the street and parking are really challenging.\n\nThe owner Maira is very kind and hospitable.\n\nPersonally, I didn't miss it, but I would equip the rooms with a TV.\n\nIf I had the chance to go back, I would do it without hesitation.

Ottima struttura, la posizione è incantevole. Buona ed abbondante la colazione, il personale gentile e disponibile. Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo è la strada che raggiunge la struttura, non molto comoda, ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

Soggiornare a Latte è stato come stare in famiglia. Sono passata per una sola notte ma sono stata accolta e mi sono davvero sentita a casa. Miria e la sua famiglia sono splendidi e la posizione è una meraviglia. Vista mare dalla terrazza della mia stanzona, frigo e aria condizionata in camera. Colazione super abbondante. A un tiro di schioppo dai giardini Hanbury. C'è anche un comodo supermercato all'imbocco della strada privata che sale al B&B. Un consiglio a chi come me si affida ciecamente al navigatore: telefonate prima, per avere indicazioni. La signora non aspetta altro. E vi semplificherete la vita! È più facile arrivarci usando la testa e le indicazioni dei passanti, alla maniera di una volta. Lasciate perdere googlemaps che vi porta a perdere. Spero di ripassare dalle vostre parti. A presto.

Meravigliosa sensazione di sentirsi a casa anche viaggiando da soli. Le stanze sono ampie e hanno una vista spettacolare, bagni puliti. C'è una salita abbastanza ripida per raggiungere il B&B (in pieno stile ligure) ma permette in pochi secondi di essere fuori dal delirio delle strade trafficate e sentire solo il verso delle cicale e il rumore del vento. I proprietari sanno accoglierti in maniera eccelsa, sono molto disponibili a tutte le richieste. La colazione è abbondante. Molto vero che si arriva da ospiti e si va via da amici! L'acqua delle vicine spiagge (sia con i ciottoli che con la sabbia) è trasparente e sono riuscita a vivere momenti di solitudine spostandomi di poco rispetto alla spiaggia attrezzata. Tutto molto bello.

L'Accoglienza della signora Miriam ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Camere pulite e bagno grande altrettanto pulito. Vista mozzafiato. Colazione abbondante e buona per non parlare dei dolci e delle marmellate che fa la signora. Sono a dir poco squisiti. Per concludere la presenza di un cagnolino simpaticissimo.

Siamo stati in occasione del B&B Day e siamo stati molto contenti di aver soggiornato in questo B&B. Il luogo è molto bello e si può godere di un panorama spettacolare, anche se purtroppo la strada per arrivare non è delle migliori (ma d'altronde la Liguria è stata costruita tutta così). Gentilezza e disponibilità sono l'arma vincente di questo B&B, insieme all'ottima colazione che si trova al mattino, davvero, si arriva da clienti e di parte da amici!

Che dire, eravamo stanchi e dopo aver girato Genova per tutto il giorno un posto con un paesaggio così bello ci ha confortato. Per arrivare è stato non facilissimo ma la camera accogliente e pulita, la vista di un posto così bello e la casa così accogliente ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.
