Welcome to the website of Latte Bellavista bed and breakfast.

What distinguishes us is our hospitality, warmth, and friendship. We are happy to assist our guests in discovering the most interesting places, museums, churches, natural beauty, cultural and gastronomic itineraries.

We are located in a breathtaking location with views of the sea and lush greenery. The tranquility of nature will accompany you during your stay.

You can easily reach the major centers of the French Riviera and Liguria, with Menton, the picturesque French city, located about 4 kilometers away, the famous and wealthy Monte-Carlo about 14 kilometers away, and the beautiful city of Nice, less than one kilometer away.

Less than one kilometer away, you can walk to the Hanbury botanical gardens and enjoy a fantastic panorama and incredible vegetation, both spontaneous and cultivated, where various types of essences grow, especially succulent plants.

We had a wonderful stay. Ideally located between Menton and Ventimiglia. Myriam, the owner, was very attentive. Nice room on the 1st floor with a magnificent sea view and a small balcony. Very clean, good bedding. Good, hearty breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere; you feel a bit like being welcomed by friends. In short, not to be missed. Small note: if you do not have a car, there is a steep path of 500 m to reach the property. In the village there is a supermarket, a café, a restaurant and a pharmacy.

We greatly appreciated the welcome and kindness of the owner who trusted us from the beginning and only made us pay upon our arrival at the gîte. We benefited from a very clean and spacious small apartment, a private place to park our car, and absolute comfort and calm. We highly recommend it! However, it is important to point out that you must take the road where there is a no entry sign, reserved only for residents.

We had an excellent stay at Miria's, who is an extremely kind person and provides good advice. The breakfast is very plentiful and the pastries and jams she prepares are very, very good! The view from the terrace is exceptional and the accommodation is very well located to visit both the French side and the Italian side. You can walk to the beach and all amenities are nearby. It is very pleasant to chat with Miria during breakfast. It was a very beautiful stay that we keep a wonderful memory of. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you for everything.

The room is beautiful, everything is very clean. The decoration and the environment are truly incredible. The view from the terrace is truly breathtaking. The breakfast is very abundant and varied. We were amazed by the attention, kindness, and availability of Mrs. Miria.

Excellent structure with a sea view, close to the customs with France. Mrs. Miria is a wonderful, welcoming, and helpful person. Excellent breakfast enjoyed in the company of the owner and the guests of the structure. It feels like being with family. We will definitely return also for the great price.

At Latte Bellavista, you feel at home. The climb may be a bit intimidating only the first time you do it. The slight discomfort is more than compensated by a spectacular view and the hospitality of Mrs. Miria. The house is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The host is ready to meet any request. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

It's a great bed and breakfast with an excellent host. The only drawback is the location. It is situated on a narrow private road with a steep slope, but don't worry, even low sedans can reach the place. The host is very kind and pleasant, and she is ready to help you and facilitate your access to the beach. In fact, the beach is 800 meters away from the place. The views from the b&b's terrace are breathtaking. The room, well, it's more like an apartment and it's very clean. The style is classic. It has everything you need to spend a few days there even if you want to have meals at the property. The breakfast is full of delicious food and drinks and the host makes the coffee just the way you like it.

The satnav was a bit naughty and didn't take us directly to the property but nearby. Without a comforting sign, I had to call Mrs. Miria, very kind. We stayed 4 nights at this bed and breakfast as a base to visit the French Riviera. The structure is on a hill and has a splendid view of the sea. The owner Miria manages the bed and breakfast making you feel at home. Abundant breakfast with pleasant surprises.

The structure is an elegant villa with a magnificent terrace overlooking the valley, with a splendid panoramic view. Not easy to find and a bit difficult to reach, but it is all rewarded by the position that overlooks the gulf from above, by the exquisite courtesy and availability of the landlady, and by the cleanliness and order of the rooms, spacious and equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioner. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back, highly recommend.

Cozy, family-friendly. Mrs. Miria is wonderful and goes above and beyond for every need. Not so easy to find, the road winds up to the section that leads to the Latte Bellavista. The distance is short and leads to a spectacular view. Recommended.

Lovely location, Mrs. Miria was helpful right from the moment of booking, having an 11-month-old baby we had asked if it was possible to have both a freezer and a microwave and she was so kind to have them in the room for us, which is not taken for granted; she also welcomed us as if we were family and made us feel at ease. \nA stone's throw from Villa Hanbury, it can also be reached on foot, a road that is passable with a sidewalk even with a stroller in tow.

Staying at Latte Bellavista was like being with family. I stayed for just one night but I was welcomed and truly felt at home. Miria and her family are wonderful and the location is marvelous. Sea view from the terrace of my room, fridge and air conditioning in the room. Super abundant breakfast. A stone's throw from the Hanbury Gardens. There is also a convenient supermarket at the entrance of the private road that leads up to the B&B. A tip for those like me who blindly trust the navigator: call ahead for directions. The lady can't wait. And you will simplify your life! It is easier to get there using your head and the directions of the passersby, in the old-fashioned way. Forget about Google Maps that leads you astray. I hope to pass by your place again soon.

Wonderful feeling of feeling at home even when traveling alone. The rooms are spacious and have a spectacular view, clean bathrooms. There is a rather steep climb to reach the B&B (in true Ligurian style) but it allows you to be out of the chaos of busy streets in a few seconds and only hear the chirping of cicadas and the sound of the wind. The owners know how to welcome you excellently, they are very helpful with all requests. The breakfast is plentiful. Very true that you arrive as guests and leave as friends!\nThe water of the nearby beaches (both with pebbles and with sand) is transparent and I managed to experience moments of solitude by moving just a little from the equipped beach.\n\nAll very beautiful.

We were there on the B&B Day and we were very happy to have stayed at this B&B. The place is very beautiful and you can enjoy a spectacular view, although unfortunately the road to get there is not the best (but then again Liguria was all built like that). Kindness and availability are the winning weapon of this B&B, along with the excellent breakfast that is served in the morning, really, you arrive as customers and leave as friends!

What can I say, we were tired and after touring Genoa all day, a place with such a beautiful landscape comforted us. It wasn't very easy to get there, but the room is cozy and clean, the view of such a beautiful place and the house so welcoming made us feel at home.
