"La Terrazza" is located in the village of Pugliola, just 5 minutes from Lerici, featuring a spacious and sunny panoramic terrace that overlooks the Gulf of Poets.
The property is a typical Ligurian house, with well-maintained finishes, an independent entrance, and it is spread over two levels connected by an internal metal/wooden staircase.
On the first level: entrance into a small living room with a courtesy service area that includes a mini fridge and coffee machine.
There is a private bathroom and a large terrace exclusively for the use of the room's guests.
On the second level: a double bedroom with a view of the gulf, equipped with a ceiling fan.
Included in the price:
Private parking space (outdoor, not supervised, about 50 m away).

Lerici, the Blue Venus and San Terenzo beaches are about 1 km away (a 10-minute walk). You can also take boats from Lerici to Portovenere and the 5 Terre.

Excellent property in the delightful village of Pugliola, just a step away from Lerici. Exceptional hospitality, very clean, very comfortable, terrace with a stunning view of the Gulf of Poets. Maximum kindness from the owner, very comfortable bed. In short, everything is top-notch.

Thank you for the incredible stay. Owners were super lovely and the apartment was stunning, clean, with great view and amazing location, very close to center, walking distance. They even provided us with some breakfast which was so sweet of them. I loved the place and definitely want to visit again. Totally recommended if you like to have a relaxed and slow vacation. Also there are so many beautiful places you can visit around which are great for exploring. Thank you for everything.

Very kind manager in welcoming us and providing us with all the information, the structure was very welcoming, clean, equipped with everything necessary and equipped with a splendid terrace overlooking a small and delightful village five minutes by car from the sea (parking space guaranteed by the structure).

Fine little apartment with a great terrace in walking distance from Lerici - home (goes up) you can take the shuttle. Not much space inside on a rainy day and a lot of noise from 8:00 - 16:30 due to renovation of houses nearby. The hosts are very friendly and even gave us a night for free due to bad weather.

Mrs. Lorella welcomed us very well, attentive and careful to our needs, made us experience a lovely holiday. The included parking spot is a strong point, which in Liguria is sometimes hard to find.
