For many years I was a graphic designer, tinkering with Photoshop and Illustrator like a pixel ninja. But then, one fine day, I said to myself: "Enough with Pantone colors and elegant fonts!" So I hung up the mouse and started dedicating myself to something completely different: building, dismantling, reassembling, and renovating. Now I spend my days with a hammer and drill in hand, working DIY miracles and making the people around me happy. In short, I went from redesigning logos to redesigning old objects, and I couldn't be happier!

I recently spent a truly pleasant stay at La Sbilenca, a holiday home unique in its kind, immersed in the most authentic Liguria. From the first moment you can tell that this is not just any accommodation, but a place designed for those looking for tranquility, comfort and character. The location is strategic: set in the greenery of Calice Ligure, it allows you to reach the beaches of Finale Ligure and Varigotti in a few minutes by car, while at the same time it is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as trekking, mountain biking and climbing, thanks to the proximity to the Rocca di Perti. The house, converted from a former monastery renovated with great care, retains an authentic charm combined with modern and functional solutions. The rooms are spacious, bright and tastefully furnished; the kitchen is well equipped and the living area is welcoming and ideal even for longer stays or in company. One of the real strengths is the large panoramic garden, well kept and enjoyable, perfect for relaxing, reading or dining outdoors. We spent two weeks at Sbilenca with our dog and we felt very good. Ilaria, the owner of the house, was always very kind and super available for every need. The location is high and allows for complete relaxation. The garden does not have proper fences, so you need to be careful with a pet. The fridge is a bit small and for long stays, it forces you to shop almost daily to have enough space. Cleaning, check-in, check-out all regular.

The house is very unique, cozy with a very personal taste. The view is beautiful even though you cannot see the sea. I recommend. The owner is very efficient, helpful, and kind. Small suggestion: a mosquito net on the entrance door.

The small apartment is exquisite, essential, and comfortable, equipped with everything needed for basic necessities, perfect for relaxing away from the chaos but also for easily reaching the beach center. The hosts are very kind and helpful. My dogs found a safe space suitable for them. I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time, a place full of charm in a lovely spot, sheltered from the great chaos but close to the coast. A sunny garden just for us, a very attentive management even in the details and caring. A spotless and organized house. Great for walking and biking and for climbing. We will definitely return.

We found a little gem among the hills. Strategic location to reach various points of interest. A super suitable place for those who want to stay away from the chaos and relax. View over the green hills amidst dragonflies and butterflies. Excellent position of the garden for practicing yoga with a view. Only the first night we had trouble sleeping due to the heat and insects but with some precautions we solved it and slept very well in the following days. Thanks to Ilaria who was available at any time for doubts and questions, always very kind and helpful! Thanks also to Maura who made the house perfectly clean!
